Wow, such a sad story, but I’m glad he didn’t have student loans because if he did, the PLF would be suing to prevent him and millions more like him from attaining any small relief being offered to him during these dark economic times. Because the PLF would love to have this nation become a huge dog eat dog libertarian nightmare. I bet this poor man’s company got a bunch of money in PPP loans that they never had to pay back, and that was OK with the PLF.
Student loans are a completely voluntary choice a person makes. Property taxes are not voluntary. There is also an enormous difference between pushing for some latitude, due process, and the inability to keep proceeds over the debt owed (plus costs) and making it where the debt itself is reduced or not owed at all.
Big difference, idiots who get 100, 000 student loans for careers that don't exist or only pay $40,000 a year. They shouldn't get relief for being financially retarded. I don't get relief for my nursing loans but my taxes will pay for some gen z assholes loan? Not ok.
Thank you for fighting the good fight.
Pacific Legal Foundation rocks harder 🎉!!
Thank You PLF.
How this ever came to be allowed is the real question. Democracy dies in the legislatures.
Answer. Decentralization of Govt. How? Belligerently. ❤
The judiciary and their friends do this in a number of ways. Forced sales by commissioner is another method when families are in crisis.
This is scandalous!
This is how Marvin Heymayer Dozers are born.
That man is a hero for the American tax payer who gets pushed around by greed and corruption.
My home equity was stolen in Nebraska.
Ohhhhh ... this fella has got to love the College Loan "shift of burden" that he now gets to pay as a taxpayer.

We only ask that government obey the law.
