Sue every single person involved. The DCFS worker, the cops, the nurses, everyone. They all need to be in jail. This injustice will not stand
Very much appreciate the Pacific Legal Foundation taking this case and more importantly the family allowing it to be made public. Hopefully the city pays out a big settlement for their illegal and immoral actions.

As a parent, this brought me to tears! I remember this story and family. I am so happy to hear an see this. Every single Dcf office in Massachusetts is completely HORRIBLE at/with their jobs. They have WAY TO MUCH authority/power over parents and our children, when they haven't met them a day in their lives nor know nothing of the child or family. This is just ONE family out of the thousands if not millions, whom DCF have done unfairly. I personally haven't had a issue like this with them but unfortunately I do know many other's, mind you who are great parent's who have had to deal with them an their BS. The way someone can call and say WHATEVER they want, are able to file a report, (51A) an there goes someone's life turned upside down is the most outrageous thing Massachusetts has EVER allowed to happen to it's citizen's.💯😤💔 Everyone who agreed to this "Law" (which is a MAJOR violation of our rights I feel!) should be considered as part of this lawsuit as well. I think all the way down to THE JUDGE'S involved in this case also. THIS and MANY other cases in the commonwealth of Massachusetts should have NEVER been allowed to happen from DCF. "Dcf" needs a whole new way of existing and their authority over our children need to be revisited immediately as well because I know for a fact, their authority NATIONWIDE cannot be legal. NOBODY should have the right to come into someone else's life an remove their children without ABSOLUTE PROOF that the child is being abused by the caretaker. Please fight them tooth and nail all the way for us all💪🏾 and if there is anything we can do to help y'all as citizen's of Massachusetts PLEASE let us know, because I honestly feel like almost every family in Massachusetts would want to see MAJOR consequences and change within this department as a whole. Thank you so much for helping this family and all of us with this MAJOR situation that plagues ALL of the United States, especially here in Massachusetts👏🏽🙏🏽🇺🇲♥️

My family had MAJOR problems with DCF. It was shameful. They did the EXACT OPPOSITE of what needed to be done. We gave them all of the information that they needed and helped them (my sister was a drug addict) and they still dropped the ball. I would not trust this agency with a fucking pet gerbil!!!!!!! Horrible, horrible agency!!!!
North Georgia DCFS did this to my son as well. Said he was "malnutritioned" even though he continuously ate 4oz bottles every 2 hours. They always pick the caring families next door rather than the actual abusive, neglectful parents.
