Nice microscope Tony and a first class review. I also suffer from the over magnification problem when working on PCB's so it was really encouraging to see a microscope offering the wider view. The tilting column is also a very useful addition as it helps with reflection issues. The image filtering and digital zoom was a lot more useful than I expected. Nice product and thanks for the review.

Thanks Ian!, yes thsi x200 is more usefull for our hobby than the x1200, and well spotted the tilt is great for reducing reflections

Thaunks Tony! Very nice review! I’m still on the fence about which micro scope I want. Really want an Am Scope tri. Maybe something like this would be nice until I pull the trigger on a big purchase. This. Seems like a cost effective way to start. Unit I decided the exact microscope I want.
I agree 200x seams to be a good compromise between magnifying and field of view!

Hi Tony. Nice review. As I commented on your other video, I was looking for something like this for my workbench. Did you already use this Andon⭐ with a soldering iron? Do you have enough space to work? How do you fix the PCB? I would like to see a real electronics micro with a possibility of adjustable fix for PCB, like old one's with rails and a spring to hold the PCB in the place. And a possibility to move around X,Y, as they have for Z. Does it maybe have a video output and what connection/format? To use with another monitor? I see the AD407 Pro model that has much more working space, HDMI out and adjustable Y-axis. But double the price.

Hi Ernest, yes i did an other review also about a bigger one and HDMI output.. but will be more expensive.. bit gives you more space to work. You get what you pay for...

You are a lucky guy, you got this rare IR-remote. The problem I have with this device is: Every time you use on of the build-in switches the image jitters and may change a bit. Very annoying.. . It seems that nobody captures the IR-codes so far. Maybe you do.. ?
Not sure, if you mention that threre is a bay for a LiPo-Cell, it seem that this akku already fitted with your device (due to the up-to-date clock).

Thanks, i did not know... mine does not work without external power... well spotted, but the time i set myself, it was on 2000 or less when arrived. i think mine has not a battery. while video recording worked.. the snapshot i made were not stored to the card... or i needed to push longer on the snapshot button..

Nice video!
