This are good tutorial for those who have not purchased a car yet and have to go through this process. Thanks for sharing your video gang. It is very helpful. Greetings from our family here in Las Vegas USA.
You missed a key step - getting a pre-purchase inspection by an auto mechanic or shop. Don't think you should be advising others if you are such an amateur with this topic...
Hi ma'am. This is off topic but i've been following you and I read that you're a lawyer from the philippines. I just want to ask, why didn't you take the bar in your state? I have a JD degree too from the phils, and just moved in the US, that's why i'm curious.
Hello. Thanks for watching my videos. The requirements for Nevada are different. A foreign lawyer must have ten years of practice to be able to file a petition for functional equivalency. I have less than 10 years of practice in the Philippines. But California bar admission requirements are more suitable for foreign lawyers. But then, you can only do federal practice if based in Nevada even if you have California bar admission.
@@AdventuresinAmericaUSA1 Do you think it's better to take the bar exam or be a paralegal here instead? im based in the east coast, NY bar requirement is probably diff. And i don't know anyone here who has a JD degree from phils, so any advice from you, i would really appreciate.
Hello. You can pursue it depending if you meet the requirements . I worked in a law firm but pay is not the best and work is stressful. I would rather work in corporate or target other legal related jobs such as compliance or federal jobs if you are a US citizen. There are other job opportunities in other fields where you can make more money and with better company benefits and work balance. I chose this path and never looked back.
@@AdventuresinAmericaUSA1 Thank you so much sa advice as it is much needed. I'm a green card holder po. What are my job opportunities kaya? i don't mind working in another field. I just thought paralegal was my only option. Thanks for replying.
