Any guy that can beat arcade games without dying deserves respect, I mean they are designed to be unfairly hard so you'll die a lot and spend more chips, on top of that, a no-damage is an achievement in it of its own. This is crazy
this one seems fair tho, they give you a way to back off the bosses with a charged attack, the bosses does an animation before jumping, if they put megaman 1 bosses in the arcades the exact way they were O_O boi no money is safe
I found that weird too. Especially with Freeze Man and Ice Man's themes. Freeze Man uses Gemini Man's theme and Ice Man uses... Freeze Man's theme? Also even though I prefer the sampled tunes in the CPS2 version, the FM synth remixes here are still awesome! In fact there are a few I prefer on the CPS1, such as Napalm Man's theme (which I briefly confused as Burst Man's because of how similar the themes are) and the MM2 stage select.
Dr. Light: Robots should be able to tell right from wrong on their own! Now, I have to go activate my newest project - Skynet! It should fix things once and for all.
My Aunt has owned an arcade cabinet for a decade with this game on it that whenever I would go over, I would ALWAYS play. Sadly it doesn’t work anymore but I want to fix that cabinet for myself just to play this game again, seeing this video fills me with hella nostalgia.
This the perfect game for you, you do perfect runs of game bosses, and this game is only bosses! Btw you nailed the fights yet again, I wish I had half your skills LOL
Only issue is it cranks up the boss difficulty depending on which one you fight first, boosting their health, changing their patterns, sometimes straight up adding new attacks... I do hope someday they make an "all max level" fight video, but all of these runs were amazing.
Great playthrough ! Just wonder since this game is also made by Capcom, why the music of several robot masters do not match with that of the original classic 8-bit NES version? Perhaps this crop of new programmers are just too lazy to re-create some robot masters tunes, but how can they get Crashman's music wrong since it' was played when fighting Plantman? What a mess-up of music!
I remember back then when i was little, i went to the arcade park to play this game after playing football. It was one coin for each play. I always get 3 coin to do 3 perfect run like this. Bunch of kids gathered around watching me play like a pro. Good old time
Just curious but have you played the Fan made Ghosts and Goblins called Ghosts and Demons? I highly recommend it for you. Another great upload btw, thanks Shadowserg.
Is it just me or do Cloud Man and Shade Man not sound terribly intimidating? I mean clouds don't strike me as particularly dangerous, unless they are clouds of acid/toxic chemicals, but then that would be toxic or poison man. And Shade man? He can throw shade all he wants.
The stages intro sounds like knuckles chaotix: Isolated Island: Boss ☆Knuckles☆ hability: Knuckle punch and climb wall 8:50 hey that boss looks like the plant boss from Mickey and Donald Magical Adventure 3
Is the ending still the same if you defeat wily before the said time limit goes to 0 and he flies off? Cause im sorta wondering.. Really megaman you beat his ass and he still gets away. BOI!
@@Dragonmaster_5001 i agree with this guy, i have played and completed the game multiple times (not to brag) and the endings are always the same, it only changes depending on the character you chose
yes, in the Megaman 1-2, the Yellow Devil has lots of attacks, but in Megaman 3-6 it just jumps from side to side, then it breaks into three mini Yellow Devils
Mega Man and the first seven bosses look pretty weird with there SNES sprites in front of larger backgrounds and the redrawn 8-bit bosses... actually, this looks like a pretty weird game overall.
Despite the music and the HUD this games looks WAY better than MegaMan 2 the power fighters... The robot masters introduced there look horrible. The style doesn't fit and the sprites don't work, the movements feel really unnatural
GamingCentralPlayer Wait until you play the game. Being an arcade game, it's much harder than it looks. Your health is also carried to every level too, with only one chunk of it restoring per round.

I only played this at my local rec center when I was very young. One of those strange memories you have, all fuzzy no detail. I remember this was it.
Damn Capcom games were so charming i remember playing this game over and over with a friend.
Such a neat, but weird game. I mean... So many music tracks play, but for the wrong level/robot master.
I found that weird too. Especially with Freeze Man and Ice Man's themes. Freeze Man uses Gemini Man's theme and Ice Man uses... Freeze Man's theme? Dr. Light: Robots should be able to tell right from wrong on their own!
Now, I have to go activate my newest project - Skynet! It should fix things once and for all.
Given what ended up happening in the X and Zero series, you're not really that far off. Albeit, a lot of that was Wily's fault, but still...
I really enjoyed playing this game on the mega man collection on ps2. So thanks for the memories.
I like how they had the nice touch where ice man is clinging onto the mechanical whales back and watching the fight during the fight with freeze man.
I personally prefer MegaMan 2: The Power Fighters, but I still remember playing this on my Gamecube version of Anniversary Collection. Good times :)
I’m glad there’s so much Mega Man 7 representation it’s very underrated

That's an awesome story! What a cool aunt! My aunts just fight and disown family members.
"But Dr. Wily escaped again."
Me: "Megaman, he was bowing and you bolted. Kinda thinking it's on you this time..."
Megaman: "...he. Es.Ca.Ped!"

Love the backgrounds for this game and it's sequel
Seriously? Of all the Wily Bosses they could have chosen, they put VAN Pookin? A MINIBOSS?
Well MegaMan Power Fighters has Mad Grinder as a boss, who was first a mini boss, so....

without the "Mega".
So is just "Man: The Power Battle"?

Clouds of lightning.
i bet Spring Man and Bounce Man intimidate you way too much
Yellow Devil and VAN Pookin have the same theme. It's so weird that their theme is not remixed from any Mega Man games.
The first videogame I ever played
The music sounds like they remade all of their past tracks with the Soundfont of Hill Top Zone from Sonic 2.
Got a chance to play this on a multicade. Was pretty cool and I loved it
Onimusha 3 pls, I really want to see you killing all bosses, your videos are great :p
