Hello. I have been scouring the Internet to try to find out how to test the siren on the radio that you recommended. I would like to know what the siren sounds like and how loud it gets. Do you know if there’s a way to test the siren?
My LED light under the solar flap turns on automatically when I open it. How do I turn it off?
There is a switch on the side of the radio. Just click it and should turn off LED.
My CR1009 has a parasitic drain that drains the lithium ion battery even with nothing turned on.
That sucks. I don’t have that problem with my item.
so is it an 18650 battery?

DO NOT BUY. This radio is absolutely trash. I bought 3 for testing and none did the solar charger work. The light worked on one and the hand crank takes hours of cranoing for minutes of sound, ifnyou can tune.
This radio shouldn’t be your main source for information. This is a SHTF radio. Just back up to your
Main radio. This is my 3rd string radio 📻.
