Yes, you can put anything you want on the focaccia. It's just carbs and almost anything goes well with it. The last one I made I put garlic, shallots, oregano and rosemary and it turned out delicious. The aroma in the house is really good. The only thing is I let the dough rise for 24 hrs. So, it has those wonderful air bubbles when you cut it. Hers look a little too dense.
I watched you make this twice&loved hearing the Italian I bare understand but it reminds me of your mother&mine although I'm closer in age to your mother than you haha & now Im laughing on Utube as you pat the dough You are the best👍
