I’m from🇹🇹 and I just love how Lidia recipes are so simple because I don’t like to cook. Few ingredients, tasty dishes, less time in the kitchen and everything comes out right.
I love pasta and I love all of these vegetables. I'm one of those people who will keep trying something until they find one day like. I don't have to like pasta primavera like others do but I have a deep desire to enjoy it!

I just finished eating a huge zucchini boat with italian sausage, ricotta, mozzarella and red sauce, but I sure would have room for this primavera. Woooooow. Tomorrow is another day.

To Veganized this coconut cream the fat part and nutritional yeast with Fine cashews. Oh my goodness I really love your channel. I like the idea of cooking and I like to and I like watching you remind me of home.

I will try making Primavera with some frozen vegetables. I figure I can skip blanching, as that has already been done. When you live in some places outside big, older cities it is hard to find real food :( .

Believe it or not, in the last week I came across somebody who had the nerve to disparage her "American accent". Whaaaa? was my reaction. Lidia has an Italo-Slavic accent to her English. To my ear anyway. That commentor, imo, needs to visit to an ENT specialist. Real soon.
Becco is not a propitious name in Italy. It means the male of the sheep or a man betrayied by his woman. It means also the beak of an animal, of course.
I like to make a pesto with 2 c basil leaves 1 1/2 c mint leaves 1c peas 1 1/4 c Parmesan cheese 2/3 c garlic and black truffle olive oil pulse in Prosser whole drizzling in oil I like to put about a cup in the sause
not really. grated cheese is mostly air, it always looks like more than it actually is. once youre really experienced, you know how much youll actually need
Chop up pre-cooked chicken and add it to the mix, give it some pepper, and add more cheese on top after it's served. Blackoned salmon and garlic bread is also great with this dish.

Non dairy cheese can be made with cashews and bread crumbs.
Or finely-crushed, flavored, dairy-free croutons. Take note of the salt content which can be high.
