Been making this for my daughter since she was a little girl because she refused to eat the spaghetti sauce. I use olive oil, some butter and garlic powder... sometimes I use fresh garlic too... and once its done.. toss the noodles in the sauce, top with parmesan cheese.

Oh my goodness! I just saw this video in my video feed, and I was so happy to see you were on RUclips Lidia! Me, my mother (who is Italian), and my sister have watched your program regularly on PBS for so many years, and have always loved watching you cook! So many times we wished we could dive into the TV and taste your food! Your love for the Italian culture, love of family, love of cooking, etc. was so inspiring to watch! I will always remember your signature line at the end of all of your shows "Tuttia tavola a mangiare!" (I hope I said/ spelled it correctly, forgive me if I didn't!) It's so nice to see you are still doing what you do and the love and pure enjoyment is still there! God bless you Lidia, we love you!! I am now subscribed to your channel and look forward to watching your videos! This meal is one of my ultimate favorites!!
