Hi Sonam, thanks for video. Could i ask you , if we can adjust also fields like : ,,Requested by,, & ,,Date created ,, which is in the TOP, resp. bottom of the email ? It was not part of ,,Details,, in PA flow ,, but it is generated in the email. It is generated automatically or we can adjust it ?...My idea is to have both these categories ( requested by and date created ) in the bottom of the email. Thanks

How do I insert a space/ empty line to create paragraphs? I have been trying using interpunktions like ( , ) suggested on other websites, however it does not work for me :/
