Don`t know why this popped up but I live in Jomtien Plaza Condotel and have a 94sqm condo on the opposite side to this one. The location and view is great but that condo is seriously lacking, I mean where`s the hob and counter space for your appliances, I have four rings, and a washing machine in the shower, lol. Finally the price, I pay 17,000 per month and have been here 2 years. I think she was right when she stumbled and said 20k, that would be more like it, that unit is on the 12th floor and for some reason prices go up by the floor here, I prefer to stay lower.

Nice room... and I'm shocked... Three years ago.. I was condo hunting.. . I never went inside this one.. Because it was an absolute tip under the condo... I think I went in the wrong way 555...from beach road

Love the size and view, but not even a 2-burner cook top? As it has no decor to speak of, just empty shelves and no paintings or nick/nacks, that 25,000 baht price is just for the view and beach proximity. There's so much more to be had for 25,000 baht in Jomtien, Prattumnak, Pattaya, Na Jomtien, etc. The owner needs to step up their game. We leave the Western countries because we're tired of being ripped off. The 51/49 ownership regulation/law is a great blessing for protecting the Thai economy and its people from predatory inflation caused by greed.

As others said, the washing machine location is a huge danger of electrocution. The question is not if it could happen but when it will happen.
Excluding that, the apartment is amazing.
