Fantastic video & fantastic place to live. People complaining if they had money to live there they wouldn’t be in Thailand. You would never get such luxury for £1400 a month.
Also probably get it for 650k (baht) if you pay annually upfront

Why on earth place the toilet that way in the master bedroom, no door 🙄 they might as well have placed it in the middle of the bedroom. Besides from that it was a very nice pool villa.

You always find really nice places. but as for the pricing I am not sure if this is the kind of price range the majority is looking for. For this money i could stay anywhere but Thailamd. For my personal budget i may take 25-35k/month as a guideline to find some interesting houses, this would be awesome.

This channel is quickly devolving into a real estate marketing ploy. One video is about how cheap Thailand is and the next is about very expensive real estate. If you are going to do this kind of marketing just get a license.
