This is amazingly healthy and delicious desert. However mam, you have discarded the most nutritious fibers of both ragi as well as coconut by straining the juices and throwing the fibers. Ideally this recipe must include all the natural fibers..
what u say is very much true if u do not discard d final product vl not b that glossy however i include d entire ground paste can b prepared in milk too instead of coconut

I use the regular jaggery you get in Kirana store

It is made exactly the way she showed traditionally since ages. We can add the pulp while kneading our chapati dough. I always do that.
