    I made it, I used chicken drumsticks and chicken stock powder. I took the drumsticks out and left them to cool so I could shred the chicken and remove the bones. It was delicious.

    You make it look so easy. I notice in a lot of your recipes you use potato starch. I eat a wheat free diet. Do you have any recipes that are completely wheat free. Can you do an equal substitution of tamari instead of soy sauce.

    • @TheArtOfCooking
      @TheArtOfCooking  10 лет назад

      Yes, I do use a lot of potato starch. The potato starch is for the purpose of thickening the soup and the sauce. Since you eat a wheat free diet, you can just omit the potato starch. As for substitution of soy sauce, yes you can substitute the soy sauce with tamari. Sometimes, I use potato starch/corn starch to coat chicken and fried them, but in your case I would recommend to oven bake, sautéed or boil. If you look at my channel I have several that are wheat free can be changed to wheat free.
