Yes not a bad hunt. Nothing too spectacular but nice to get out and find stuff even in summer

I’m on holiday for a week of fossil hunting in Whitby starting Monday and am planning on doing a decent amount of fossil hunting, which will be only my second time doing it! I’ve been having some trouble finding good resources on what to look for and how to identify fossils. I’ve really enjoyed your videos and was wondering if you could recommend any books, websites, or local tips for fossil hunting in Whitby. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If you head into the fossil shop in whitby they have a fair bit of literature. For finding things youtube and Facebook groups are always a good start or look at getting on a guided walk.

I’d love to go to Yorkshire to find fossils. How’d your trip go?

Probably athleticum again. They are hard to tell apart. Have a look at Andys blog.
