FOSSIL HUNTING at ROBIN HOODS BAY - Yorkshire Jurassic coast.

I decided to try my luck at RHB going North to look for Pliensbachian stage fossils approx 193 to 184 myo. This is where it is possible to find Androgynoceras, Pleuroceras, amaltheus and very rarely lytoceras ammonites.

Any trip with Pleuro finds is a good one in my book, plus the nice beach-prepped tenuicostatum!

I do like a good pleuro. I've done quite well with them though and they are less rare here than you might think.

Some great finds 👌 I was thinking the pseudo (not sure of spelling lol) might be 2 sat together unless as u say it could have split and 2 separate bits of same one.
