From what ive read it i haven't seen many comments where changing the Sensor B fixed their issue. I have 09 Envlave that runs great, never heard and rattle, but does periodically lose some power. 135,000 miles on it. What are the chances changing sensor will fix it?

Sounds like your timing chain is busted. Symptoms before that happening would be those codes with the check engine light on, plus on start up, you would hear a rattling sound. If your car is no longer starting, that might be the cause if the timing chain is no good.
