Bailey says " Don't worry , if ya drop that pizza I got your back "
7 second rule
Thought the same thing! haha
I literally went to the comment section to make this exact comment 😂
We love Bailey. I love how she was patiently waiting at the start of the video but clearly had enough of you not sharing by the end.
I would think the Pizza peel should be tested with fresh dough.
100 percent should have been and is the only application it would be intended for. No one needs this for frozen pizzas.
the channel 'emmymade' reviewed this with fresh dough. She hated it and shes an eternal optimist, so you know it was bad.
@@michmirichand she’s far worse than him. She clearly forces this and ruins the item. Beyond that, this is one of many options out there for this and this item is clearly trash.
Also this doesn't have sharp edges and fresh dough is only a few milliliters thick. Even the thick wooden peels have a sharp leading edge.
Also, what kind of psychopath bakes their pizza straight on the oven grill? It's not gonna bake evenly.
I went straight to the comments hoping someone would point this out. It blows my mind that he completely missed the point of this product.
Bailey lurking in the back waiting for a pizza to fall.😂😂
The pizza thing reminds me of opening the zipper door on a tent lol
There is no louder sound in the universe in the middle of the night
Not a pleasant sound if you haven't had good experiences camping lol
im oddly nostalgic for that sound. Also sounds like full suiting up in the winter with snow pants and everything or a bodysuit. lol
I've always seen that weird pizza peel used to pick up spilled condiments on countertops. Had no idea it was supposed to be a pizza peel
That's what I've seen it being marketed as for like a decade.
The action lab video?
Same!
I don't think it's been marketed as a product before more as a science experiment not ready for mass production with this being the first commercial iteration I believe @@nashjonas
I saw it advertised as a NASA invention for spills that can pick up anything.
Took me way too long to realize he wasn’t talking about the NHL Stanley Cup. Was so confused 😂
Something Chicago will never see in my lifetime again, sadly. 😢😢
I heard about the Target one on the news, I thought it was some Canadian thing. Like a mini Stanley cup for the current winner collectable.
Wasn't till later I saw a video on Ytube, explaining what it was. And how it became a fade thing to buy, was interesting honestly how it got started.
Same here 😂
I have a measuring tape made by these guys.
@@dtylerb Me too! I actually have 3 of them. You know, you lose one for a while, purchase another, then find the first one. Then lose 2...etc., etc. LOL!
3 products immediately going to the boneyard 😂
I'm disappointed we didn't see the sauce pick up test with the pizza tray. I see that ALL OVER online and done belive it.
Bailey LOVES the idea of having the snacks up on the couch lol
NEVER in my life i worried about how im gonna pickup or move a pizza
Same
A sale tactic to solve a problem you never knew existed.
It's really for fresh dough situations, not a pre baked crusts or frozen like he had. I've seen enough fail videos to know that transferring a fresh dough with toppings is tricky and liable to complete messes. But it would seem that if one made enough fresh pizzas to warrant getting that thing, they'd probably have figured out the transferring skill by then.
Me either. I have it down pat how to get it done. 🐣🐣🐰🐰🐥🐥
I don't put mine directly on the rack always a pizza pan. 🍕🍕
"This has not been used."
By you.
Thats what I was thinking!
"It's like Boeing, I feel like it's gonna break off any second now" haha
Funny as that is, I think he meant Bowing as in bending under the weight.
@@BlissfullWulf yah, I know......that's what makes it funny.
Ugh for the pizza grabber. That screech noise alone would send me in a tail spin.
Air filter - end commercial. Tru aUVli??lizers.?
What’s wrong with that guy who is sucking out his tongue like a dog?
Too weird!
Boeing is reliable. More reliable than your brain cells for sure.
Bailey is patiently waiting for a pizza to hit the floor lol
The sliding peel is absolutely great for putting loose, raw dough in the oven. Once you get the hang of holding the yoke steady while sliding the tray back, things just drop onto the stone. Way less stressful than worrying a square mm of your dough has stuck as you're yanking a wooden peel. Picking things up with it won't work so well (build your pie on it), but you can pull out cooked pizzas or bread onto a tray or cutting board with tongs.
It's zero value if you're doing frozen pizzas, but so is a regular pizza peel. You really need floppy, potentially sticky dough to see the difference. Bonus, because the dough doesn't have to slide you use less flour on the bottom, so your pie contacts the stone directly and cooks better.
I feel like it's a great idea that clearly works, and if anything the biggest issue looks to be the build quality. They'd have a better time convincing someone that it's a good product if only they made it feel less flimsy than it seemed to be, even if that meant making it a bit more expensive.
@@Fox_RZK Go tell that to the Chinese that make it.
Ideally, home made pizzas should be baked in two steps (you first bake the dough with just the sauce, then you add the topping and bake again) because home ovens cannot reach the temperatures of a log oven (around 400-500°C). The excess flour is necessary both for the peel to work and so you don't burn the dough.
Bailey hoping for a fail on the pizza grabber
Haha! My thoughts exactly 😅
The Stanley cup caddie would be more appealing if it had a lid you could pop on it, but I agree with your feelings on all of those!
I got my daughter a strap for her Stanley cup and it makes it so much easier to carry around. She also has a snackie drink cup with a food container and she hatted it. It’s so big and bulky.
Hi Freakin' Reviews, I've been subscribed to you for at least 2 years. You have the best reviews for so many reasons.
1. First of all, you actually use the products and show it.
2. You give pros and cons. You frequently go through the advertised claims and give your opinion as to whether or not the claims are valid. If something doesn't work well, you make no bones about it. When something works well, it seems that you incorporate it into your life.
3. If you have a competitor or comparable product, you do comparisons. You provide a full disclosure, stating the age of the older product so it's clear that you're comparing a new product to something that may have some age and wear & tear on it.
4. You provide updates on the things that you've used for a bit. This is great for the purposes of durability. On Amazon, a lot of the reviews lot of review are, what I'd call, surface level. A reviewer just received the product and it looks good or the reviewer has used it only once. Sometimes a reviewer will say that they'll provide an update in a few months after they've used the product for a while, but when I look at the date of the review, it's several years old. The reviewer never provided an update. Your updates are invaluable. A lot of times, things work great right out of the box, but start breaking down after a few uses.
5. You review a variety of items. Some are a little goofy, but most of them are practical household items.
So, I greatly value your reviews above all.
With all of the above, in mind, I would like to ask if you'd review Power Spin Scrubbers. I'm an older woman with very serious back pain. I was nearly bedridden for 13 - 15 years until I found a genuine pain management doctor (There are a lot of doctors out there who are not properly or adequately trained as pain mgmt doctors. When you get a genuine pain mgmt doctor who started Med School AND was trained in that discipline, you'll know it.) After 13 years, I had a lot of muscle atrophy and it took me about 2 years to get onto my feet, permanently. Roughly every 6 months, I have to have medical procedures to remain on my feet. So, I try to do whatever I can to avoid stressing out my back. This is the reason I'm interested in a decent Power Spin Scrubber. It seems they are helpful in washing bathtubs and floors (linolium, tile and perhaps wood). Is there any chance you could incorporate a few of these scrubbers into your schedule?
Thank you so very much for your reviews. I just watched a supposed review on one of these scrubbers. Ugh! It wasn't a review at all. It was roughly a 30 minute review with these women blabbing about the product, saying nothing of value. After some fumbling, they got it together and then showed each of the 6-8 scrubbing attachments spinning on the end of the device. I spent about 5 minutes watching after I skipped through to their unboxing and then skipped here and there until it was clear their review was a waste of my time.
If you already did a review on these scrubbers, I apologize. I happened to see this review and started writing. If you already did a review on these scrubbers, I'll find it.
Again, thank you, Freakin' Reviews for your excellent reviews!
my mom has the microwave caddy (in red) and before I moved out I use to use it a lot it's real helpful
I use the Safe Grab as the microwave caddy. I leave it in and it's always ready for use. Never gets too hot to hold any plate or bowl.
The noise that pizza thing makes is a torture device.
Bailey is the picture of subtlety
The pizza thing makes the "fat guy in corduroy pants sound".
It did. LOL!
The pizza peel noise has my dog running around looking for something in distress. 😂
Omg. That was so funny when Bailey tried to snatch that chip right out of your hand!!!😂
No thank you! Yet another solution for a problem that doesn’t work!
the sliding pizza peel sounds like it's made of raincoat fabric or smth
Similar polyester texture but this is stiffer.
@@blairhoughton7918 i wonder if that's really the best material to use for smth like this, or if it's just the cheapest thing they could get
Bailey was banking on the pizza hitting the floor
2:20 that's chef excellence right there
(i haven't watched ashens in years, but thought i'd drop a reference in)
It's not, though.

I never needed help getting a pizza in the oven. Hands work fine for that. Getting a hot pizza out of an oven? Never needed more than a spatula. As for getting hot plates/bowls out of a microwave, a tea towel usually works. Oven mitts for hotter or heavier items.
the pizza peel is for fresh dough that you have rolled out on the counter with toppings and stuff on it before you bake it. obviously it isnt needed for a pre made pizza
Yeah it’s for transferring the unbaked raw pizza into the oven
I love how Bailey photobombed the pizza shots.
Happy Easter James and family! 😁
Are potholders such an absurd product?!?! Also, i just use the cardboard that the pizza comes on for frozen pizza.
Your dog heard the words, "might fall on the floor" and perked up ready for action.
My cats HATED the sound that pizza stone made! TBH, they aren't wrong.
It's so refreshing to see such blatantly honest reviews
That Stanley cup holder needs to come with a longer straw to put in the cup otherwise it is going to be very awkward to drink out of the cup, especially when it gets to the bottom.
I was surprised he didn't show trying to drink out of the cup with the tray on there. It looks really awkward, even with a straw, like you couldn't get it very close to your face and would have to kind of lean over it.
@@kathykrisko3228 That is why I was thinking you need a longer straw. For me, I just don't see the point and the other 2, I think the pizza thing is to flimsy and the microwave caddy maybe useful, but I rarely use the microwave nowadays. A lot of things I used the microwave for, I now do in an oven type airfryer.
@@kathykrisko3228I was thinking the same. The snacks would spill when you are awkwardly trying to take a drink.
I have a question; did you actually drink out of the Stanley cup with the snack tray attached? It looks like it would be very awkward especially sitting down.
Exactly what I was thinking!
The pizza peel sounds like fingernails on a chalkboard😖😖😖
I love watching all of your reviews I am always recommending your channel.
Guess I'm old. When I heard "Stanley Cup Snack Tray" my first two thoughts were: the hockey trophy should be big enough on its own to hold snacks, no? and only a handful of people in the world can make use of this product because who has a championship hockey trophy? Times are changing I suppose.
I have these things called “potholders” that have worked for my whole life (I’m 76+) and don’t see one single reason for that microwave bowl holder! Just one more plastic thing I’d have to find a space for! I love kitchen gadgets but - really!!!
If i want snacks with my drink, i take a small plate or bowl and sit down with my drink. I've never wanted it all in one hand...lol. Perhaps someone else finds it useful?
6:47 "Cool touch handles" 😂
yeah, the sliding pizza peel isn't new; that tiktok version looks kinda cheep. But to really test something like this, you need to make your own pizza and use raw dough, not premade or frozen pizza.
Yep, shoulda been fresh!
My grandmother used to do these with a cookie sheet and parchment paper way back since the 50's. I witnessed it in the 70's and 80's. It also picked up messes.
I used to do a portable pizza oven to shopping centres and the company supplied me with this KICK ARSE pizza cutter - it was deathly sharp. I was given the like, prototype and when I mentioned its sharpness, they changed the design.
Ten years later and I still have this awesome cutter which goes to a professional knife sharpener. It's that good and solid too
I am going to check to see if you review pizza cutters as you have just shown up in my videos and I clicked on this one haha, now off to explore your other vids. Subbed too!
Bailey was waiting at the ready during the pizza test--she knew that one more trip that handle was going to snap or the pizza was going to slide off and she'd be the winner! I've seen people glowing over that product and it's good to know it's not worth it!
Once again you save us money!
Would have loved to see you try to pick up mustard/ketchup off a table with the pizza peel like they do in some of the videos.
if you wanted something that would boil over, use 2 packs of oatmeal and 2 cups of water on high for 4 minutes. you'll have a nice lava effect at minute 3 when the oats start to absorb the water.
The bowl caddy looks like you can use it to hold your soup and put your pieces of bread in the trough while you’re eating on the couch or something. Multi functional lol
Good Tiger!! Aspirations is one of my favorite songs ever. I’ve seen the shirt several times, but finally felt compelled to comment lol
*_Pizza Peel:_* Looks like it's one of those items made by a bunch of different manufacturers, so the build quality can be kinda hit-or-miss. And it looks like its sheet is made out of the same material as reusable baking mats, which would explain the discoloring, which should be totally fine. Shame about it having an edge tear so quickly though.
*_Microwave Caddy and Stanley Cup snack bowl:_* Wow, those are wonderful. And I'm glad to see someone's also making a bowl for the 30 oz Stanleys.
Put tinfoil on your oven floor by lifting the element when cold. It will save cleaning- just change tinfoil. I use an extra-wide tinfoil roll. Make a lip around the perimeter to catch liquids.
Trick with pizza is put it on a little wire rack before placing it in oven. Easy to remove.
Thank you for being the realest reviewer on RUclips
I don't understand the whole Stanley cup crazy.
When you said Stanley Cup, I thought he was talking about the NHL.
I've been seeing on TV the Ninja outdoor grill/smoker/air fryer all in one it looks interesting but sort of pricey I think it was like $300.....I'm sure you have enough of those Ninja products.... :)
He's reviewed that already
@@HeyThatWeirdGuy Oh ok I guess I missed it....:)
I have the "Super Pizza Peel" which I suspect this is knocking off. The Super Peel uses cloth, which is quieter, but also I'm not a huge fan of food on fabric. The handle on the Super Pizza Peel has a handle that's the same piece of material as the rest of the peel, so it's quite sturdy. Given how many pizzas I've made that have failed because I couldn't get it on/off the peel, this was a game changer.
Emmymade just reviewed this too. She also proved that it'll pick up ketchup (or other condiments) if you like squirt it on the counter and then doing exactly what you'd do with pizza to pick it up, which was pretty neat. But she did say it feels very cheaply made. Hers got stuck too and snagged the sides of it
I mean, picking up condiments isn't really the point of it, and if that's such a problem you want to buy a $20 tool for it instead of paper towels or something, you probably should try to be a little neater. 😆
I know the perfect situation for that Stanley cup snack holder. Years ago I was laid up for weeks and weeks with two broken ankles. I couldn't get up on my own and I couldn't walk. That snack holder would've come in really handy.
When you said "Stanley cup", (as a Canadian) I thought (the hockey) Stanley Cup 😂
We use those Bowl Huggers for our oatmeal bowls. Only bowls we microwave so they are great and easy to wash when I overcook the oats and it boils over in the microwave.
Regarding hot bowls and plates from the microwave, I have a simple trick that works wonders...
You take a paper towel tear it in half, then fold it over a few times on each half, then use those 2 pieces to grab onto the bowl or plate and protect your fingers. Once the bowl or plate is set where you want to eat you can use the paper towels to clean up messes or wipe your face when finished. The added bonus is if you like "wet naps" to clean your face with you can wet one of the halves and keep the other dry. Economical, effective, ecological, and efficient.
Oh and after your review of the selah water bottle. I ordered mine with 10 flavors. It's pretty cool. I like it. It doesn't seem like the pods last that long. Maybe my next two. I'll keep a count and I'm just using two pumps each. That's pretty decent flavor. I don't mix if I do. Maybe one pump each but it seem like it ran out pretty quick. But again, maybe I'll do a count next time. See how many pumps I could get
The Stanley Cup Snack Tray looks like the perfect companion for your Dune Popcorn Bucket.
FYI, they make a plate hugger too. It's exactly like the bowl hugger, just larger for plates.
As someone who professionally made pizza, mastering a traditional pizza peel is definitely worth the effort. Especially for premade crusts, its extremely easy.
Sliding Pizza Peel! Tom Horsman has test both the regular and heavy duty one. Very cool product.
I got a real wonderful pizza cutter from Snake Discover. It works great! Even though plastic, it can be taken apart for cleaning. I forgot, it doesn't leave score marks on your cutting surface.
I imagine you could mitigate the noise of the sliding pizza peel by removing the cloth and sanding the bearing edges of the peel, rounding them over.
I was waiting for these trending products 👏👏👏👏
Why??
@@David-cc8xeto know what’s all the hype is about
Oh James, you said Stanley Cup snack holder, and my first thought was that'll never fit on that hockey trophy 🏆 lol! Happy Easter 🐣 Happy Saturday 👍
Predict that the Pizza Slider will not make it to the 1 year review video.
The sliding peel is a take on these oven sized canvas peels used in French bakeries. They can slide an ovens worth of bread loaves in and out of the oven in just a second. I think it just needs some work.
"Fleshy feeling but not in a good way. I'm sure you know what I mean."
🤣🤣🤣
I just use a strong pancake spatula to get my pizzas out of the oven
Snack tray over Stanley cup 👍👍 Road trip, car camping, movie night. Beer & peanuts.
I’m definitely not a fan of the whole Stanley Cup or even the yeti cups the cost doesn’t justify the product.
I have several different cups that hold 24oz. of my favorite drink and none cost more than about $10 each! I, not jumping in the wagon of either of these cups!
If you want something that looks like a trademark, you have to pay the trademark owner.
The only Stanley products I still use are my really old Stanley Thermos. I have 2 that are more than 60 years old. They keep my hot stuff hot for more than 48hrs.. every other Stanley product I have bought over the years can't last more than a few hours.
I have several of the TAL brand from Walmart. They are amazing. And definitely not Stanley prices and hey they have cute colors
As a Canadian, I really thought the Stanley Cup snack holder was made to eat from while watching the Golden Knights! I know 😮
My $12 aluminum pizza peel works just fine for over 20 years. And super easy to clean up
Speaking just for myself, I make homemade pizzas with fresh dough on a pizza stone on my grill. I have almost lost them before trying to slide a traditional pizza peel underneath a cooked pizza and nearly pushing it right off the grill. That may be niche but it does seem like this peel would solve that problem but I wish the build quality was higher.
The pizza thing is shown on TikTok as something that can pick up liquids etc. would be cool to try
The pizza gadget i seen vidoes of being used to clean up spills on surfaces put it up to the spill and pull the handle to clean up spill
I love my Microwave caddy. Although mine does fold up for, what I think, easier storage.
Until you actually showed the cup... I thought you were talking about a snack bowl for watching the NHL Stanley cup. I was so confused. Lol!
The Pizza Peel is a great idea but still needs more Refinement.
8:40 My wife and I make that kind of Ramen on the stove. Ramen Cups are OK for the microwave. But whatever makes you happy. 😏
You're supposed to use the Pizza Peel on raw pizza dough before backing. That is what that idea was meant for.
The mini version of the device is meant for thick liquids like mustar ketchup jams and honey, and stuff like that. I have one of the small types and use it every time i spill something on my counter 😉.
Thanks RUclips for making me sit through 2 fifteen second ads, then ANOTHER 2 fifteen second ads less than a minute into the video.
The original sliding peel has a cotton belt and no longer made. I think americas test kitchen picked it as best peel.
Pizza on the floor? That's what pets are for.😊
Stanley Cup caddy is great for those "standing room only" house parties.
oatmeal always boils over
It’s primary use if for sticky dough bro
if the dough is that sticky that you would need that device it would be too weak to be self supported on the oven rack and would just fall through to the bottom of the oven. you would need a pan to hold it and if you have a pan you wouldn't need this device.
@@DragnmastralexIt would be for a brick oven. I still think it is a horrible design though.
@@DragnmastralexYou must be American. Maybe look up how pizza is made :)
When you see that kind of discrepancy, you know TikTokkers will take money to say anything is good.
The pizza peel can be remade using a piece of parchment and a cutting board we remember
As a homemade pizza maker I feel like there is something to this peel! Maybe not this exact version but something like it because that could really make life easier when dealing with sticky dough.
It's easy to pick up a frozen pizza, you just grab it with your hands and put it. also removing a cooked pizza is easy, I use kitchen tongs and pull it into my cutting board. The only problem is to pick up a self made fresh with cheese and toppings
You should’ve tried cooking cream of wheat that always boils over and I use oversized cups for things like cream of wheat and I don’t think it would fit in the center because of the handle
