Hello dear, this video has been so helpful. But my situation is abit complex. My mum applied for a visa first and was denied, then the second time we applied as a group of 2, but when the interview came I had just given birth, c-section, was unable to go since the place was quite far and the interview was pushed to this year in July. Now I am pregnant again 3 months now, my baby is 10 months. And I want to add him to our visa application and yet am pregnant.
The main security I have back home is my husband and unfinished education. My mom is a stay at home but my other 6 siblings are here too. My dad has got quite many visas to the USA. His visa got expired he’ll renew it on his own. We are definitely planning to just go visit my bro and his wife and then come back.
My son is really young and the only person I could live him with is my mom who also is going. My mom-in-law is quite busy. I really want to add my son on the application. My due date for delivery is October but my interview is in July.
What do you advise me. I’ll be so grateful if you help me on this one.?! Am in a dilemma.

Hi! So i failed my visa interview last 2018, now i will be trying it again. I did not mention my tourist history in Malaysia last 2016, since the stamp was on my old passport. But now i am thinking to mention it to add up a travel history, is that a good idea? Will they be able to check my travel history last 2016 since that was on my old passport?

I'm a U.S. citizen an been living with my wife here in the Philippines an she went for her interview for just visitors visa to visit with my family an was denied...should she respond with a different answer ...or was it the first person she came across that ask her the purpose to U.S was a Filipino an she told her tourist but the American ask the same question an my wife answered to visit my husbands family..could that of been why she failed..thank you...
There are many factors and personal situations that may affect the approval/denial of visa.

Jacqueline thank you😊 now to clarify my understanding concerning the meaning of this your post is #1that immigration is more concerned about your ties with family and work in the Philippines, to show that you have intent,a reason to come back to family and work, and that you are only going on vacation! is this correct ?...secondly#2 the financial proof or affidavit that you can afford to take this trip and return to the Philippines 😊 .. #3 as a tourist!.. is it important to tell them what you're going to do as a tourist! ,all? 😮. #4 and also as a tourist visiting the USA there is no intent or participation in schooling and no intention of working for pay there!.... is this correct? ....seems pretty basic😮... what else to be on guard about? Thate might disqualify a Filipino from coming on a vacation to America? Thank you my friend 😊please advise
Thank you for watching. There are a lot of factors involved but only the consul can approve/deny a visa based on what facts are being presented during interview.

Yes. For example, your destination is Mexico city but you'll have a layover in Los Angeles, you'll need a transit visa for the USA. If you can get a flight which doesn't pass by the USA, I think it will be better.

Hi. A letter of intent is not required. I didn't have one but I was approved for a visa. You have to answer the questions in the DS160 and in the interview honestly. Bring all relevant documents. You should have financial capacity and strong ties to home country. Travel history is a plus factor.
Naexperience ko before ang nadeny as US TOURIST VISA😅way back 2012 at matagal na kaming wala ng ex ko na nagpumilit sa akin mag apply for tourist visa noon😅US CITIZEN pa rin new partner ko now pero dipa kami nag apply ng kahit anong visa at may anak na kami ng new partner ko pero mas prefer namin magstay muna dito philippines.

@@emmanmerkes9975yes, nasa US embassy website. B2 visa (tourist) ang apply mo. You need to create a profile, fill out the DS160 form, pay the fee, get schedule for interview. Then wait until your interview date arrives - gather all supporting docs while you wait.
@@emmanmerkes9975 nung nag apply po ako noon meron po malapit sa US EMBASSY na pwede ka mag online application.Wala po ako kasi ako kaideidea noon kung paano ang gagawin kasi nga pinilit lang ako ng ex ko noon ang rason ng pagkadeny ko noon Strong ties sa PH kasi that time kakauwi ko lang po as OFW from UAE and wala pa ako work sa pinas that time.Kaya mas maigi magresearch muna at magtanong sa mga may kaalaman about US VISAS ETC kesa mgpadalus dalos po.If i am not mistaken DS 160 una ko ipinasa then ang bayad noon sa application is nasa 6k plus pero ngayon nasa 10k plus na po yata sa RCBC na po yata magbabayad dati kasi BPI

Can I ask po need ba na Myron travel history kapag mag apply ng tourist visa sa US? Like me I denied the Consul give me a 214b form. I have stable work I have a family I have house. But she did not ask about that. The Consul ask me where I go. What I am doing there. Can I have a travel history what I do in living. And last who with you after I answer the Consul said I am denied I don't have chance to give my home ties
There are probably not enough reasons to approve a visa.
Travel history is a plus factor in the visa application. My suggestion is to travel to nearby countries first (shows financial capacity to be a tourist & that you returned to home country) before you reapply for a tourist visa.

Hi. You can reapply after 6 months or when your circumstances have improved. You should have your own financial capacity & strong ties to home country. Travel history (as tourist) is a plus factor.
