Who can I personally call and ask questions about this? I told you in another video of yours about the homeowner bringing someone from the Philippines to the US. I just want to be sure that I don’t get caught up in their mess. He claimed she is a nurse. And you’re talking about B1 and B2 visas, he mentioned she’s coming out here and he’s going to hire her to take care of his mother which she has never had anybody, she’s never had a caretaker like in the home. I just need to know what’s going what I need to do to make sure I don’t get caught up in their mess.

    Hi
Really hope someone can share their experince.
To give you a time line.
1996 I was convicted of a minor crime.
2000 - Travelled to the states with the Army no issue.
2003 - Travelled to the states for a holiday no issue.
2007 - It became apparent that as I have a conviction I need a B2 Visa, applied no issues and travelled around 8 times. Last trip 2018.
My visa has now expired. Apparantly the questions for the ETSA have changed to along the line of if you have caused damage to someone or their property.
It used to be have you ever been arrested for anything even if it didnt lead to a conviction.
If I answered the new questions to the ESTA in theory I should be fine.
Has anyone travelled on an ESTA who used to need a VISA due to the different metrics prior.

I have traveled to the U.S four times before. But was refused the last time I was interviewed. I was heartbroken, still in shock due to my sister's passing two weeks prior to my interview date. The visa officer was querying why I stayed in the U.S during my last visit, due to the fact that I said I would be staying for three weeks when I was interviewed. He suggested I worked, and I didn't work. The period I traveled was shortly after the pandemic (COVID 19). Do you think I would still be issued with a visa? (B1/B2)

Ge wiz still faster to cross over the southern border on foot. You will get better treatment and don't have to return to your home country. You receive a credit card cell phone and flight to whatever city of your choice . Faster than a K1 Visa approval. Its ridiculous how long it takes to do things legally to come to the USA.

    • @Fox_Zero
      @Fox_Zero 5 месяцев назад

Go ahead and try it and tell me how it works out for you. Stop missleading people in to believing that entering the U.S. without a VISA by land is easy and rewarded, this type of missinformation is part of the reason our borders are being flooded, by people that believe they can simply enter and get benefits! It is worth it to do things legaly, it may be tedious and time consumming but in the long term it is worth it.

Please do something for legally waited immigrants. USA should be increased the Immigration Yearly VISA CAP. Married daughter and son of usa citizen and siblings of usa citizens wait 14-18 years for immigrant visa,
unmarried child wait 7 to-9 years it's totally frustrating. We are requesting to usa government please reform usa immigration policies. Please increase the annual visa cap.
All the Immigration petitioners and who are waiting for immigrant visa they should be making a campaign before election of USA. Reform immigration policies and Increase Annual VISA CAP. Then people don't come to USA illegally. This campaign start by two ways, at first make a campaign on social network Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and other way is ON ROAD CAMPAIGN. On Road Campaign should be arranged in USA AND led by all petitioners who really want their family members lived with them together in short time.
Request to all petitioners to make a campaign before election of USA 2024 for your family members.

Karapat-dapat kayong lahat kaya simulan mo itong ipaglaban.

Are you allowed to work on B1 or B2 visa or change your status of visa while on B1 B2 visa?

Heard that you can search for a job while you are in your B1 and B2 and the changes have been brought very recently.

Just fly to the southern border. You're not required to follow the immigration law there...and u will receive money as well.

I suggest to apply after 6 months. It's better if you have an improvement in your situation: travel history, own financial capacity and strong ties.

If it's an elected position, you must renounce your foreign nationality. If it's a low position (example, clerk) then I don't think it will matter. If it's for a higher/ managerial position, it may be an issue.

Its a disgrace that i can take my wife to visit 7 different countries for a visit in 5 months, and i can have her get a tourist visa to the US and have her stay there illegally, faster than i can get my wife a residency visa to be with me, her husband, in the US.
ITS BEEN 3 YEARS ALREADY SINCE I FILED MY APPLICATION/PETITION, 2 YEARS SINCE THE APPROVAL OF THE PETITION, 16 MONTHS SITTING AT THE DPT OF HOMELAND SECURITY WAITING FOR A VISA......AND WE ARE STILL WAITING. DISGRACEFUL!
