The MOST COMMON REASON why an Interviewer will deny your visa application is -- mukhang mag-TNT ka.
I live near DisneyWorld I see many many tourist groups from China, Japan, etc. maybe the answer is to have an detailed itinerary of your trip when you are interviewed. This would include where you are staying and the activities that are planned for that time. Which could be 5 day trips at Disney 3 day trips at Universal. Visit clearwater beach, St Augustine, NASA, Orlando soccer, etc. This over a 30 day period. Just my $0.02
salamat sa mga tips very interesting and helpful napakaliwanag ang paliwanag more power happy vlogging
In my humble opinion, it all depends on the interviewer. For example, I invited and sponsored my niece to come to the US so I have a family support (my loving husband just passed away), I provided invitation letter stating that I will pay for her airfare and expenses for her entire stay, my proof of funds, my niece also provided Cert of Employment from her job, her proof of funds and all other credentials, but the interviewer did not even look at the addtl requirements she brought, instead told her that she should be paying for her airfare because shes employed, so she wasn't granted a US Tourist Visa.. Per my niece, the lady immigration officer was not even friendly.. I knew several of 1st time applicants also have denied visa
US VISA application are depend on quota and mood of interviewer ,
There are no quota for tourist visa . Stupid comments like this is why Filipinos get refused … lack of brains
It too unfair all of us who denied why they not give enter to this country specailly for visit to the critical boyfriend i dont understand this law now my boyfriend is passed away last mont and they dont give a chance to see until his last breath stupid law
@@josephinebrabante3664 Because first world countries look at every third world " visitor " as an immigrant first, not as a tourist. Your bf should have gotten you in on a fiance visa before he sadly passed away or took a one way flight to your country and had you care for him until he passed away. Sad options
Sure the hell are!!!
Same situation here .my boyfriend has terminal cancer and want me to visit him.We were planning to apply for a k1 visa after he visited me here in the Philippines but he was diagnosed with cancer a week after he got home in the US..now he's dealing with his illness and we're hoping for God's miracle..and he want me to be there.Out second option is to apply for a tourist visa for me and he will sponsor all the expenses..I don't know if is it possible and will not just waste money if it will not approve
As per experience & frm others, i believe past travels in various neighboring countries can help the consul decide to approve B2 visas as travel is the utmost goal....also if older and have properties in the country where the applicant resides ....
Yes. Travel history and social media accounts are now asked for in the DS160 form (they weren't asked ~5 yrs ago). Travel history as a tourist indicates financial capacity, also real estate/ vehicle ownership, which are some of the factors for tourist visa approval.
Requirements are just a plus factor. when you apply online requirements are already stipulated in the form. I think it depends on the person who will conduct the interview and by his/her judgement and the sincerity of the applicant just looking straight to their eyes they already know the intentions of the individual.
or they think they do...
The interviewer knows they have total control over those peoples lives! If they have had a bad day or in a bad mood, guess who they take it out on.... THAT'S A FACT!
Thank you for information I have plan to apply U S visa
True, di din ako hiningan ng supporting docs during interview some people with the same say interview with me they have a lot but also denied. Honesty plays major role too.
Hi, i have an annulment case going on here in the Phils, and i just wanted to travel for a short period of time since i still have hearings to attend to, will this affect my application for tourist visa? I really appreciate it if you have an idea to share. Thanks
I watched videos like this prior to my interview last week, to get tips. I was granted a tourist (B2) visa good for 10 years.
I got mine yesterday
@@alimaftah7640 Congratulations
I have appointment in October hopefully malampasan ko ito lalo na sa interview nerbyusa pa naman ako tyak. Ma denied talaga ako nito feeling ko talaga.😔
Good hints of advise , yes , the USA is very rigid when it comes to applying a visa , you have to passed all the relevant requirements but once your visa is approved you can go in and as often as you like .
WHAT ARE THE COMMON QUESTIONS ASKED BY THE VO WHEN YOU WANT TO VISIT DISNEY WORLD?
I was lucky to get visa, The Officer just What is my purposed of going to The US and I just answered I want To see the Disneyland with gdaughter and that’s it, He said for your visa.
Hello, I am in need of advice, myself and my husband filed for a tourist visa, he was denied, they did not look at none of his documentation, he said didn't seem to have no intention on coming back. Which I felt was so unfair, do you think we should use a lawyer to try again? Also because I have been to visit twice, since we got married.
Hi ma'am jocelyn just wanna ask po.Year 2012 nag apply ako US tourist visa pero denied after that po never na ako nag apply isa pa ex ko yung pumilit sa akin noon na mag apply😂tapos never ko sia nameet.
A friend went TNT 13 yrs ago. Is ok for her to re apply? Thks much.
hi im applying tourist visa and may work ako pero wala ako bank accntna sarili, pero may sponsor naman ako pag punta sa us.. may mga suppporting documents naman ako from my sponsor , do you think makakapasa ako? sa interview?
Hey Jocelyn, what exact date will the 59 days Free Visa go into effect? Any info on that please 🌞🏝🏖
May tanung lang po ako maam, since nag apply ako ng b1b2 visa kung tatanungin ako what is my purpose in going to US,pwede ko pa bang isagot na sasamahan ko kasi ung kapatid ko sa paghatid ng 3 anak niya sa america, specially maliliit pankasi sila at may baby pa siya, kasinung mga pamangkin ko is only 3yrs/old,1year old and 5months ung last do you think maam tama po na na isagot ko eto?
If you told them that u have a nf in america what the best reason to tell them to allow enter USA
i just want to ask what to put on my status ( married, separated or others) because im separated with my first wife 11 years ago and we both now have a common law partner, thanks.
Hello’ I petitioned my kid’s Daughter & Son I-130.. single petition. The priority date is Sept’2016..
But now they both have their own kids 2 yrs old( but not married) How they can bring their kids if the visa got approved. Thank ypu
My visa was revoke I traveled four times on this visa 2013 2014 2018 2019 I was trapped in the country so my duration for return could not be accomplished then I reported to the US embassy that the earliest flight after reopening of the ports I,would,be out.of the country..
Can I apply again for a visa.
Honesty is the best policy. You cannot lie your way to a visa.
Consular officers are very strict towards those from Third World countries. Their default stance is to assume you want to migrate to the US regardless of status or reason.
Having no job and the like is another sign you can be denied a visa.
Mam i will be going on a self finance trip.i dont have an address to.put on the application.what should.i.do? Pls i need your advice
Yes thank you to all of us 🙏💞 please please help me
What about an American planning to travel in the Phil.?
Paano po pag mag eexam dun for equivalency exam since dun lang kami pwede mag take po?
I was having an approval on 4th preference Visa.My petitioner was not able to processed my approval completely no.1questioned was the only answered and sent to USCIS and waiting for an invoice but in vain instead I RECEIVED THAT MY VISA WAS CANCELED LAST MARCH 23,2023 AND REQUESTED ME TO REAPPLY BACK HOME IN THE PHIL.SO,I AM NOW GOING HOME THIS COMING MAY 5TH 2024.I 2024.I WILL TRY TO REAPPLY FOR MY IMMIGRATION VISA.HOW LONG DO YOU THINK IT WILL TAKE ME TO VOME BACK IN US?
A friend of mine was denied because she was in her early 30's single mom , has government job "teacher" showed at least 500K bank account, no previous history trip outside the Philippines and put 2 months tour in US.
Too many red flags.
- what is she gonna do for 2 months in US? Where is she gonna go/stay?
- who will take care of her kid who will be left behind for 2 months?
- this is seen as someone who will go to US to find an American to marry or overstay and find work illegally
- 500k - not enough; how about her kids expenses in PH for 2 months; airfare; possible medical expenses in US; food; accommodations?
I would say establish a good travel history (within neighboring countries) to show that you actually come back to PH. Also have real properties in her name. Save more than 500k.
Hi. If she wants to re-apply for a US visa, tell her to travel to nearby countries first: at least 1 ASEAN country (no visa required), then Korea or Japan (visa-required). Previous travel experience is a plus point in visa applications (shows financial capacity).
Hello mam, maayong adlaw , can you help me about my fiancee visa ..?
hi ma’m.
is it not enough to tell the consul applying for a tourist visa that your family is ur sponsored by ur sister from the Phils and in the US ?
thank you
Yes..its better file family petition coz ur 1st blood..
My purpose of going to US is first to buy a house ,& lot in the US. Cos it will be costly to stay at the hotel for a month or stay at relatives and friends ! Is it good good for me to look for house first before I take my family for vacation ?
So you want a headache. What will you do with the house once your vacation is over? Stay in air bnb. No headache. You won’t be a burden to relatives.
Hahaha if you tell that to interviewer you will be denied right away...
What is the requirements for business visa.?
how can you convince an officer in a verbal convo?
Actually consuls most of them rely on aswers of applicant no nid to have many docs...just luck!!
Applied for a visit visa in 2014 and I was given 10 years easily. I guess if you have a job that guarantees you don’t want to work in the US and that you’ve got previous travels then the visa officer will be happy to give you one. Don’t apply if you have other plans apart from visiting, simple as that because they’ll know it for sure.
I’m married to a US citizen and currently working in Hongkong.
I’ve been denied for a B2 visa last mos and the consular officer told me that they are not yet issuing a tourist visa at the moment.
Actually they don’t even ask my invitation letter or my employer supporting letter.
It’s a good experience though.
Why apply for tourist visa. Your husband should apply for immigrant visa since you're married. You're a red flag when you're applying for tourist and you're married to American citizen.
It is the wrong kind of visa to apply for.
If your husband is base in USA it will be hard for you to get a tourist visa, coz they will think you have no plan of leaving the country.. i am also married to a US citizen but we base sre in the Phil. And i was able to get 10yr multiple entry tourist visa.. since then I've been in and out with no.problem
@@lilys5095 it is not wrong kind of visa if she is not planning to stay for good in USA, but assuming the husband is base in USA and planning to live there for good.. then your right.. just my piece
@@lornzkixpatwifey205
It is. As there is no guarantee when she will be approved for B1/B2 visa and she can get denied multiple times. It is better for them to apply thru Form I-130 (petition for alien relative).
First time applying for a USA visa with my 2daughter ages 28 both single but with stable job in the Phil, we all have a travel history 5 years ago in Asian countries like Thailand, Taiwan, and Singapore my kids just recently visited Japan
I'm a housewife 56years old we have an invitation letter from my nephew who is a resident and US citizen in that country
Do you think we will denied in applying USA visa
Hi. Since you all have travel history (to multiple countries), I think you'll have chances of approval. You must emphasize on your strong ties in PH - why you need to return, example job, properties, business, aging parents, etc.
HOW MUCH POCKET MONEY WOULD BE SUFFICIENT TO BRING IN THE US. ONLY THE NEEDFUL ONES LIKE DAILY LIVING COSTS
the officer did not asked me any documents about my financial or house title.. she just asked me about my family and work! then i got approved! hala mag expire na visa ko sa 2025!
Ako 2029 pa
Will you pls give a monthly update for F2B VISA IN MANILA US EMBASSY thanks
I will check. Thank you for watching.
my brother was denied twice not sure what the reason is it because im here and my othere brother too. my brother file change of status to be resident and im citizen. is that why my younger brother got denied for tourist visa?
Hi. He must prove that he has his OWN financial capacity (not dependent on sponsor) and strong ties. Travel history is a plus factor. The presence of his siblings in the US may be viewed as positive/ negative. Age is also a factor.
🙏🙏
My sister is a green card holder can she sponsor me a tourist visa im here in Canada as a worker visa.
Nowadays, young Filipinos are traveling to visa free countries in asean including the favorite destination of japan and korea. Very few intend to travel to the US because of strict visa requirements and it's expensive to go there, airfare, hotel, etc.
To many illegal immigrants filipinos in the USA some are also homeless becoming burdens to the society, Use to be only professionals are travelers either medical professionals and US navy’s recruited in Subic now more and more human trafficking victims.
Japan is not visa free to Filipinos i don’t know Korea.
@@arlenemacabuhay579No..only Jeju is visa~free.😊
Philippine passport holder _visa is required to go to Japan.
If you go Korea - visa is needed, unless your entry to korea is in jeju Island, and just stay in the island.
yes my lady got 10 YEAR VISA but she showed that she had a job a house and family back in philippines she said she brought allkindsof documents but thye did nt ask for them just her employment and house title
Congratulations 🎊
Yes i was granted a 10yrs tourist visa, certification of employment, payslip and a copy of my resident permit, that's all they asked from me,i was able to travel already last year, and looking forward for my next trip on september
Me too
Now not strict cuz of their backlog during pandemic
Not they are open for tourist visa
My daughter applied for us an immigrant visa , she submitted all documents and paid all the requirements its more than 7 months we/she did not recieve mail regarding interview date , how long will it takes to receive an interview date for immegrant visa
You have to apply for a appointment date
You have immigrant visa why u will change to tousrist
Hello po
Even Senator Robin Padilla was recently denied a U.S. visa to visit his wife who just delivered their baby in America. Imagine that.
That's because he has a prior conviction.
Can I visit myhusband as a touristvisa
Is it possible go n stay in USA without relative or family after apply B1/B2 visa ?n if yes which procedures can I follow
If your given purpose to go to US is for travel/tourism, stick to it. You cannot work in US. You must leave and return to your home country. Do not add to the numerous Filipinos who overstay in US.
Yes 180 days as long u have proper document..travel history in other 5G member and close ties in your home country..
Why travel to America? There are so much to see in the Philippines! It is more fun there in the Philippines!
How many months again to apply a Us Visa after denied
I think 6 months.
@emily and @lily - I also think it's after 6 months BUT there must be change in circumstances (example better financial capacity, became regular in the job, travel history, etc). If the applicant's situation is the same, he/ she will likely get denied again. Even Robin Padilla (the actor & now senator) got denied several times (but it was because he had a conviction & was imprisoned). He later got approved to be with his wife for the birth of their child. The wife had a delicate pregnancy & preferred to give birth in the US. (just trivia, lol).
Senator na my governtment worker
I-assess kayo based on own financial capacity & strong ties. Travel history is a plus factor. Visa fee is $185 or around 10k pesos and non refundable.
For your protection when u in USA..maybe or di maasikaso ung papers works u as sponsorship gawa ng my maysakit siya..
Hindi enough yung bank acct or property as proof of strong ties. Usually, dapat po may sariling work/ business (OWN financial capacity, not dependent on a sponsor), plus strong ties (land or vehicle ownership, job/ business). Travel history is a plus factor.
Usually, hindi sila nagbibigay ng visa for compassionate (awa) reasons. Try nyo i-register sa DTI yung rice field nyo as a business (or mag regiater kayo ng business). DTI permit can be applied online, sa DTI website. Kuha rin kayo ng barangay or municipal permit. I've heard na 3 to 6 months ang waiting time ngayon for the interview slots. So kahit mag apply kayo ulit, di kayo makakuha agad ng interview schedule. Tsaka nagtaas na yung visa fee, $185 na ngayon (around 10k pesos).
Kung di talaga kayo mabigyan ng visa, then maybe your partner can arrange to have assistance from the airline. Then pagdating sa US, arrange for a relative or friend to assist him. Mahirap po talaga magkaroon ng US visa. Dapat may sariling pera, strong ties & travel history (plus factor).
Not qualified to receive US tourist visa? What is the qualification then?
They will view your answers in the DS160 form and evaluate if you have strong ties and (own) financial capacity. Travel history is a plus factor.
Hello I have a question for you. How to reach out to you?
Hello. You can send me an email or private message to my Facebook page.
If you are young, single, have unstable job or finances you are automatically denied.
Of course. Because if you can’t provide for yourself in PH, how can you provide for yourself in US?
@@lilys5095I am 19 in my gap year. I have a green card but overstayed in indonesia. Applied for returning resident visa but denied. How about fiancy how to get visa?
He needs to file K1 visa. You should have met each other in person. After he has filed, it can take 1 to 2 yrs.
My girlfriend applied for a Visa she is a Filipina has 6 children has a job and rents off of her empboyer and she only wants to stay here one month what do you think are odds are.
No she won't get approve. You're better off apply for fiancé visa
Not likely. Embassy will see her as someone who wants to go to US to look for an American to marry just to help support her 6 kids.
@@lilys5095 Most of her kids are growen and are self supporting. So I don't see the problem
@@jimwise4029 if she is older (maybe 50+) and has her own financial capacity, then I'd say that she has a chance for tourist visa approval. She could say that she wants to visit the Grand Canyon, New York or Disneyland (but Disneyland is a dodgy excuse if no kids or grandkids). If the reason is "to visit BF/ GF" the applicant is usually denied. Another thing to consider is does she have prior travel abroad? Previous travel experience as a tourist is a plus point for visa approval (shows financial capacity to travel). It also helps if she has real property in her name.
@@kitty_s23456 Actually, sometimes that is not a guaranty that if you travelled to many countries they will give you visa..When I had my interview there’s this lady who had travelled to Canada and middle east and she was denied..And the young consul who interviewed me don’t even asked for any documents or bank statement..he gave me multiple..that was 1997 very easy no online appts..I just queue in line at 5:00 am..I just wore simple clothes..no expensive jewelries..that was my first try..I believed swertihan talaga..
Hello, need some guides on converting a valid US migrant visa to US tourist visa. How and where to apply, how much, thanks.
Consult Immigration Law like. Gurfinkel,Mercan Law. Etc..
What’s a good amount to show you have for your trip? 200k pesos? Or do I need more?
Million
It depends on your lenght of stay in the US. you can even show 2,000 pesos only as a closing balance in your bank statement as long as they can see that money comes in to your account regularly and that you have credit cards with sufficient credit limit.
200$ per day estimation
Philippines is americas friend that’s why always denied😅
I dont want to try it again after my tourist visa application got denied.... I honestly answered all the question...I dont know why i am denied, i got stable job, hefty savings, and very good salary.....well nothing to lose! If they dont like me I dont like them either!! They're overrated!
I'm sorry for your visa denial. Do you have travel history?

Hi,sorry I apply already 3x and always denied, all question and requirements asked.and needed on the form filled up.Really too sad for me applying tourist always denied. And actually no plan to work there ( US).☹☹☹
Try to improve on these things: financial capacity, strong ties, travel history. If you re-apply and your situation is the same (you'll rely on a sponsor), you may get denied again.
Americans should also be given denials so they know how it feels.. their passport is even welcome anywhere? who decided on that? I was given an Italian Visa and after my trip I applied for a US visa which was denied despite complete documents...US is not great anymore anyway
Well why do you want to come to US if they are not great anymore..
Stop being bitter and travel in your own country

Once issued how much time do you have before you have to use the tourist visa?
If it's a 10-year multiple entry visa, one can travel anytime within those 10 years. If it's a single entry visa, one has to travel within the dates given for validity of the visa.

They totally forget, all of this is not free, these are human beings, they are not caged animals. They treat all of them the same, some of these people are not trying to commit a crime, they just want a better life , this whole system needs a make over. They making money off of these people freedom.WRONG
They will be denied if they found out that they are not legitimate tourists…. they are do many of them.

For renewal easy they will not ask too much😊
Tell them you want go to US to vote for demacrats......approved immediately.
Right!! Lol
You can't vote unless you're a U.S. citizen. If you say you'll be definitely denied since you already planned to commit a crime. Many illegal voters are already put to trial and deported after serving their prison term.
The best statement that a person should tell the immigration officer in case the person is denied is to say "you have an open border and people entering your border are NOT vetted." This is true. Imagine no substantiated documents for the illegals to enter the USA and they are giving the Filipinos a hard time !!! Really sad. Two tier jusyice.

Those of us that have gone through the expenses and extreme vetting process along with long wait are Furious at the government walk in policy's!
Rules for all or rules for None!
2 1/2 years for my sister in-law, 2years for my wife, and currently 1year and counting for my son's wife all Filipina.
Mean while government paying people to take in ILLEGALS ?
@@thomasgordon1792I thought if you're married to a citizen..like if your spouse is a Filapina it was automatic that they could travel with you to and from
@@bobabooey5853 lol no you must have an approved visa to start then must apply for green card, work card, travel permit, then one must comply with the conditions of the visa/green card, and each step is lengthy and expensive for those of us that are doing it LEGALLY!
@@thomasgordon1792 what about with intent to stay in the Phillipines?
Just go to Mexico and walk over…
Ma'm why are engrossed with the US. Are you endorser for US!BS!!!
This doesn’t work most of the time. Even with all the proof, immigration officers can be complete jackasses and deny you. I suggest all Filipinos start writing letters and complaining to government officials the unfair treatment you all get. If you were considered a “1st world” country, you could enter the US anytime with no issues and no visa required. It’s insane to me that the PH is an ally of the US yet you citizens are all treated as suspicious criminals or squatters. I encourage filipino citizens to start pressuring your government to force changes with the US “allies”.
No thank you. Why go to US anyway? Hahahaha
All tgese requirements for us but they let south America cross border for free and pay for plane tickets hotels and busses to any state
Lol don't think it's not pissing us Americans off also!
Especially those of us that went through the Legal immigration process and paid dearly and waited years !
Please could you help us with the answears one by one or you can inbox
Same 2 you my also today 😢
