What is the green Clean, Red Dock and Red (!)? I just bought a refurbished unit and that was the error code out of the box. In the process of returning it now.
My AI self dumping vac keeps saying its roller brush is stuck,we cleaned it one end was pretty wrapped up with dog hair. We cleaned it up put back and it will not run keeps saying brush stuck. It is very Hard to turn.

@@RoboRescueI have this problem with this exact unit and they are both definitely green. No entry in the manual for this. Vendor suggests motherboard problem but not sure.
is it flashing in an alternating red then green over and over with the ! blinking , did you figure it out I'm having that issue and cant seem to find anything just yet

I took the wheels out and cleaned them. Cleaned the sensors, no obstructions anywhere. It was a new robot.

About error 7, would letting it dry or changing the sensors not solve it?
What about error 2, obstruction underneath the robot?

I just had this happen on mine yesterday. Called Shark and they are replacing the unit. Told its a motherboard issue.
