Error number two, clean button flashing blue dock flashing red exclamation mark flashing red. I have cleaned out all the brushes I’ve taken all the hair out from the roller, made sure the bumper can move freely, I have checked it all, I go to hit the clean button and it says “please check underneath the robot for an obstruction error #2” Trust me there isn’t one lol I have looked all around and I can’t figure out what’s wrong with it Model #RV1101ARCA

My AI self dumping vac keeps saying its roller brush is stuck,we cleaned it one end was pretty wrapped up with dog hair. We cleaned it up put back and it will not run keeps saying brush stuck. It is very Hard to turn.

So, I've been getting the error message that the side brush is stuck. I can actually take the brushes off easily. I spray some compressed air and either put on a new brush or put the old brushes back on if they're still in good enough condition. It just seems that one side brush is harder to spin than the other. What's the fix?

MY shark robot RV1002AE has 1 brush with 3 bristles / 1 tri brush with short brushes.. The one with the 3 brushes, there is only 1 brush head. IT misses dust bunnies. . How can I change this featire? It NEEDS 2 brushes. Can the be corrected??

Well, I feel like the biggest idiot in the world! I have two of these shark Robo vacuums, and was ready to throw both of them away. I’m so glad I watched this before throwing them out. Note to self, next time an electronic doesn’t work check to make sure it’s actually turned on! 🤦🏽‍♀️
