You definitely need to make a part 2 as you still have lots more crimes to cover, such as how in the first movie plankton steels the kings crown and sells in, hires an assassin to kill SpongeBob and Patrick, tuns the entire town including the king into his slaves via mind control, Plankton tries mind control more then once
To be fair plankton isn’t a human so a lot of these charges technically don’t apply also bikini bottom isn’t located in America so therefore USA laws don’t apply.
