@@TheFoolishSamurai it would probably also be attempted murder, since they won't have any food, water, or restrooms until they get to Madagascar, which could be days or weeks on a cargo ship

6:03 their plane also has a literal ball turret which is illegal for an aircraft for non military usage to have (exceptions being replicas of planes such as the B-17 and B-24) which they could've gotten an attempted murder charge for shooting Dubios with it, except the plane fired non lethal ammunition and they also didn't register the plane in France meaning they illegally crossed the border to Monaco through Kenya by air which is also illegal.
Gonna be that guy. The b-29 didnt have a ball turrent, just the b-17 and b-24. Sorry, sorry. I work at a museum focused ENTIERLY around these two planes, I had to do it.
@@notrius7754 not ball turrents though. Two remote top side turrents with 4 12.7 machine guns in the fore, 2 in the aft, one manned tail gun with 1 20mm and 2 12.7 cannons/guns early model, later versions just two 12.7s, and two remote bottom turrents with both having two 12.7s.

For the property damage one in the hotel, I would make the sentence heavier, as it, quite honestly, looked like an incredibly top of the line place. I know I said it was Versailles initially, but clearly my memory was very off, and I was confusing it with something else. I think I just thought that because of how utterly exquisite the room looked. Also, for the second degree attempted murder charge, that could be seen as in self defense, since Dubois was intending on killing Alex (plus the other animals probably)
For your second point: Yes, but unlike in the United States most countries say you need to prove there was no other way to get out of that situation without causing harm to the person attempting to kill you, and since they probably could’ve evacuated the plane or at least notified the authorities they wouldn’t be able to say it was in self defence.
Congrats on giving the Penguins a lighter sentence for surrendering to authorities, since you just decided to view escaping from the zoo as escape from lawful custody, but just like Alex, Marty, Melman and Gloria, they were trespassing in Grand Central Station. Why did you ignore that charge?
Because GCS is a public space only closed from 2am to 5am. Considering there was other people in the station (crazy old lady) I highly doubt it was during the 3 hour window of being closed. If a public space is open the staff actually has to ask you to leave before it's criminal trespassing
@@simonnachreiner8380 Thanks for letting me know. Also, do you think attempting to kill DuBois and her minions should have been chalked off to self-defence since DuBois tried to abduct the rest of the other animals and the fact that she is going after them throughout the film?
Private: Skipper that guy is charging our crimes should we run away? Skipper: Nah Just smile and wave boys smile and wave! Edit: (The penguins in jail) Private: Well This sucks
As I understand it, he generally avoids charging TV characters because of how much content he has to watch to make those videos. It’s why he only charged Doofenshmirtz for his Season One crimes (plus all the times he trapped Perry.)

Criminals do nice things for non-criminal people all the time. Someone can be a petty thief or a murderous terrorist and still have friends or loved ones.
Well done Mousait, well done. Once again you outdid yourself with another fantastic video. I never realized that the Penguins' list of charges would be this long given the sheer scale of their operations.
You forgot the plane scene in which Skipper opened the cargo bay door when the plane was airborne, which meant that millions to billions of dollars worth of cargo was lost.
Lets not forget... After breaking out from Dave's sub from captivity, they stole a rowboat, caused property damage along the way, stole a segway, and break the boat while running into a bicycle rider. While they were at the Northwind's base, they were taking their weapons and gadgets, and they ended up blowing a Northwind plane, which turns out to be 19 million dollars as mentioned in the movie. Also while there in the aquarium in Shanghai, they broke a leopard seal exhibit sending the seals in a petting zoo for kids and took down a whole whale fossil display to catch Dave. In addition, they have stolen and 'destroyed' another Northwind plane, which is where the price was mentioned concerning of the first plane. Near the end, they have taken Dave's ray, which they did use to save the other penguins, but they took it after saving all of them as seen in the credits. There could be more that I've missed, but there is definitely more that they have done in the movie. Hope this helps.
Imagine if we had a jury made up of other cartoon characters. Would Scooby-Doo be the defense lawyer, trying to convince everyone that it was all a misunderstanding? Or would the Powerpuff Girls swoop in to save the day, claiming they were just misunderstood?
- If Dreamworks Villains were charged for their Crimes 1. Glady’s Star from Over The Hedge 2. The Bad Guys from The Bad Guys - Bank Robbery 1. Goldilocks from Puss in Boots The Last Wish - Breaking an Entering 1. Jack and Jill from Puss in boots - First Degree Murder - Coercion - Second Degree to commit murder - Assault 1. Prince Charming from Shrek 2 and Shrek the Third - Conspiracy to Murder - Impersonation - Coercion - Sexual force kiss 6. Don Leo from Shark Tale - Mob 7. Vincent The Bear from Over the Hedge.
For your information, it's Gladys Sharp, not Glady's Star. Also, you tackled the assumed crimes of Prince Charming, Jack and Jill and Don Lino (even though it wasn't much). But I should correct you on their charges a bit: Prince Charming: - Conspiracy to murder - Identity fraud - Sexual assault - Trespass (since Mabel tells him he's not welcome in the bar) - Inciting a riot - Treason and terrorism - Breaking and entering - False imprisonment x9 - 1st degree attempted murder x3 Jack and Jill: - Mass murder & evading capture (since they are both murderous outlaws from what those men in that bar Puss met described, I think it means they've killed in the past and evading capture was all I could find over being on the run) - First degree murder - Coercion - 2nd degree attempted murder x3 - Kidnapping x2 - Attempted grand larceny (tried to steal the Golden Goose) - 1st degree attempted murder x2 Don Lino: - Organised crime - Battery and extortion - Mobile death threat - Kidnapping - 2nd degree attempted murder And because you put Vincent on the list without his crimes, here they are: - 2nd degree attempted murder & extortion (tried to kill RJ for stealing his food and causing it to get destroyed by a truck until RJ said he could get it all back so Vincent allowed him to do that in just 1 week under threat he will kill him if he fails or runs away) - Property destruction, trespassing, reckless endangerment, 1st degree attempted murder & 2nd degree attempted murder x11 (trespassed in the Verminator's truck, destroyed most of the vehicle, tried to kill RJ and the rest of the animals & put the Verminator's life in danger) Estimated sentences: Prince Charming: 2 death + 4 life + 158.5 years + $1,000 fine Jack and Jill: death + 6 life + 42 years + $250,000 fine Don Lino: life + 123.5 years Vincent: 13 life + 19.5 years + $5,725 fine If I missed any further crimes in these 4 cases, let me know.
Then, after Prince Charming, Jack and Jill, Don Lino and Vincent, he should tackle Pitch Black, Dave, Smek and Chef. Here are their estimated crimes: Pitch Black: - Psychological torture of a minor (on mass) [because he scares kids which isn't technically illegal itself & it is his job but scaring a kid would be some sort of crime against children and that charge up there is all I came up with] - Trespassing - Kidnapping and false imprisonment (on mass) [unless he decides to work out how many fairies Pitch Black has done this to] - Theft (on mass) [unless he decides to work out how many Easter Eggs Pitch Black stole] - Terrorism - 1st degree attempted murder x18 (Jack Frost, the Sandman, the Guardians, Jamie & his friends) Dave: - Trespassing, evading & assaulting police, theft & kidnapping x4 - False imprisonment x4 - Mass kidnapping x2 & mass false imprisonment x2 (several penguins and unknown animals as well) - Identity fraud (throughout the movie, he pretended to be a scientist called Dr Octavius Brine) - Mutilation & unethical experimentation - Computer hacking - 2nd degree attempted murder - Mass mutilation and mass experimentation - Kidnapping x4, false improvement x4 & trespass (along with Private and 3 other penguins that weren't Skipper, Kowalski and Rico which Dave put in a cage, he was also trespassing on the ship as well) - Terrorism (releasing the penguins he experimented on with the Meduza Serum into NY to terrorise the citizens) - Conspiracy to commit and attempted genocide (since he says that with the Meduza Serum, he has the power to destroy all penguins, this would give him a conspiracy to commit genocide charge and from that scene where he says that once the exterminators arrive and take those penguins he experimented on away, they never come back which JT said was basically an attempted genocide of all the penguins) - 1st degree attempted murder x9 Smek: - Grand larceny & property fraud - Abuse of power - Earth invasion charges (several illegal border crossing, kidnapping and unlawful relocation charges [I didn't consider it human trafficking because it's similar to what PAL was confirmed to have done by the end of the movie because the relocation of those people on Earth is unlawful but it wasn't for work or anything like that] so yeah, that's all I know of) - Assaulting a police officer - 1st degree attempted murder x2 - Reckless endangerment and 2nd degree attempted murder Chef: - Trespassing, property damage & kidnapping x9 (unlawfully entering and causing damage in Troll Village along with 9 counts of kidnapping since Poppy helpfully said that she took Cooper, Smidge, Fuzzbert, the Icona Pop twins, Biggie, the Gwen Stefani Troll DJ character, Guy Diamond and Creek) - False imprisonment x9 and high treason (in addition to the caging of those victims Poppy mentioned, she also plotted to overthrow Gristle as King of Bergen Town) - 1st degree attempted murder, extortion & false imprisonment x11 (it was later revealed that Creek didn't die but was instead forced to betray the Trolls and sell out their location in exchange for him not being eaten when Poppy, Branch and those 9 victims she mentioned were again caged) - Trespassing, property damage, mass kidnapping and mass false imprisonment (once again she unlawfully entered and caused damage to Troll Village and kidnapped every single Troll that lives there and I marked them on as mass since we clearly don't know how many Trolls live in Troll Village) [unless MOUSAIT can work out how many Trolls live in Troll Village] - 2nd degree attempted murder Estimated sentences: Pitch Black: death + 21 life + 30.5 years Dave: 3 death + 15 life + 215.5 years + $754,000 fine Smek: death + 6 life + 40.5 years + $20,000,000,000 fine + removal of position Chef: death + 4 life + 320 years + $7,000 fine If I've missed any crimes in these 4 cases, let me know.
That's nice to say. But anyways; lastly, this should take him all the way to part 7 where after part 1 having been Lord Farquaad, Fairy Godmother, Makunga and Tighten, part 2 having been The Verminator, Rumpelstiltskin, Tai Lung, Lord Shen and Kai, part 3 having been Humpty Dumpty, Red Death, Drago Bludvist & Chantel DuBois, part 4 having been Gallaxhar, Professor Marmalade, Jack Horner and Death, part 5 having been Prince Charming, Jack and Jill, Don Lino and Vincent & part 6 having been Pitch Black, Dave, Smek and Chef, part 7 shall be Eris, Francis E Francis, The Evil Drone from Wild Robot and Velvet and Veneer. Here are their charges: Francis E Francis: - False imprisonment x2 & company genocide (Tim and The Boss & the 2nd charge was all I could come up with over his plot to destroy BabyCorp) - Grand larceny & extortion x2 (Francis steals Boss Baby's formula and threatens to kill Tim's parents if Tim and Boss stand in his way) - Kidnapping x2, false imprisonment x2 & 2nd degree attempted murder x2 (Tim's parents who get trapped in a heart box and nearly die in there had it not been for Tim and the Boss, that's probably what would've happened) - 1st degree attempted murder x2 Eris: - Reckless endangerment and property destruction (sending Cetus to damage a ship and endanger life) - Kidnapping, 2nd degree attempted murder & extortion (Eris kidnaps Sinbad, who nearly died while being dragged through deep water & violently threatens him if he does not meet her demands of stealing the Book of Peace) - Trespassing, identity fraud, assault occasioning grievous bodily harm, grand larceny, terrorism, attempted populicide, frame-up, high treason, attempted regicide & terrorism conspiracy (This is literally going to be the darkest case MOUSAIT has ever had to do in DreamWorks history, but Eris snuck into the Syracuse Palace grounds, stole Sinbad's identity, badly knocked out the guard & stole the Book of Peace which isn't just grand larceny since it protects everyone in the 12 cities, but also an act of terrorism and attempted populicide because almost all of Syracuse was destroyed not only that but she also framed Sinbad for the theft and since Sinbad was found guilty of treason, that's the charge I'll give her in addition when Proteus agreed to take Sinbad's place for execution we were told that if Sinbad did not return Proteus would be put to death in Sinbad's place and we learned that Eris framed Sinbad for the theft not so they'd execute him but because she knew Proteus would take his place thought Sinbad would disappear and after Proteus would supposedly die, Syracuse would be left without its next rightful king and tumble into chaos which means that all of it was done just so she could end the bloodline of succession to the throne of Syracuse which means I will also add an attempted regicide and a terrorism conspiracy charge) - Conspiracy to murder x12 (she tried to have both Sinbad and Marina killed 6 times in the movie) - Emotional abuse (over making her actions in a verbal manner look as if Sinbad betrayed Proteus to which he didn't) - Blackmail & 2nd degree attempted murder x2 (In this scene Eris asks Sinbad if he will go back to be executed & accept blame for her crimes, demands that he answers truthfully where she'd give him the Book of Peace if he did and when he says he will, she tells him he's lying and nearly kills Sinbad and Marina herself over it - Property damage, emotional abuse & terrorism conspiracy (Eris destroys a sword, calls Sinbad a liar and after seeing the error of her ways, disappears and admits her plans to continue to create chaos elsewhere) The Evil Drone: - Property destruction, reckless endangerment, involuntary manslaughter & attempted mass murder (she sent clones out of Roz to attack a garden area which resulted in a lot of damage, endangered life and it almost got several migrating ducks including Bright Bill killed and it also resulted in the death of the migrating ducks leader) - Kidnapping, false imprisonment, torture and 1st degree attempted murder (Roz) - Arson, property destruction, attempted mass murder & 1st degree attempted murder x2 (she caused a wildfire in the forest, destroying it, nearly killing all the animals and once again tried to kill not just Roz but Bright Bill too) Velvet and Veneer: - Kidnapping, false imprisonment, torture & 1st degree attempted murder (the duo kidnap, falsely imprison Floyd in a glass gem & extract him of his essence which is not just torture but also attempted murder since they know throughout the entire movie that this process will kill Floyd) - Worker abuse & false imprisonment (Crinkles; I think that's the name of Velvet and Veneer's sidekick) - Kidnapping & false imprisonment x3 (JD, Clay and Bruce) - Copyright infringement (it's clear that their crimes were done just to steal BroZone's talent) - Torture, 1st degree attempted murder x4 & driving an unregistered vehicle + reckless driving as well (Floyd, Clay, Bruce and JD) - Property destruction & 2nd degree attempted murder x3 (damage at $500k and Poppy, Viva and Branch) - 1st degree attempted murder (This time, Floyd almost died from the talent the duo were sucking out of him) - Fraud and tax evasion (Those charges were said by their former assistant and one of Branch's brothers) Estimated sentence: Francis E Francis: 5 life + 113 years Eris: 6 death + 15 life + 95.5 years + $350,085 fine The Evil Drone: 2 death + 4 life + 73 years + $5,650,000 fine Velvet and Veneer: 14 life + 98.5 years + $500,500 fine + points off license + severe lawsuit If I've missed any charges against these villains, let me know.
If you're gonna cover another video game series, may I recommend "If Ace Attorney culprits were charged for their crimes"? The series is all about unraveling crimes so it'd thematically fit
I see you only covered the Madagascar trilogy and the Penguins Of Madagascar movie, but not the Penguins Of Madagascar TV show and the videogame The Penguins Of Madagascar: Dr Blowhole Returns AGAIN!! I recommend the show, and also count Dr Blowhole's crimes too, heck it would be funny if ya charged him for being surprisingly smooth to the touch
MOUSAIT if you see this comment You should've fined the penguins Euros instead of Dollars Because in Europe, they use Euros € as their currency and not Dollars $
I think you just did the movies here. There was a whole animated TV series with them. I can't imagine how high the count would get if you counted all their shenanigans in the TV series.

I just realized, these guys are small for emperor penguins. For example, emperor penguins can reach anywhere from 3 - 4 feet tall, that's almost as big as a human and the size of a child. Imagine if the penguins were their accurate size. Oh imagine the chaos they could cause
They are not emperor penguins. They didn't do the research which is why they are just a generic mix of penguins with inaccurate height and so on. In-universe it's stated they are Adélie penguins (even though they don't look like it).
@@madagascastOh, I did not know that. They always looked like emperor penguins to me and I just assumed they were. But if they were Emperor Penguins, just imagine how the scenes would play out if they were 3 or 4 feet tall, they would beat the crap out of those security guards on the boat
Main character suggestions: • Tom Cat (Tom & Jerry) • Ren Höek (Ren & Stimpy) • Stan Smith (American Dad) • Peter Griffin (Family Guy) • Homer Simpson (The Simpsons) • Clark Griswold (National Lampoon) • Rick Sanchez (Rick & Morty) (Part 2)
If I were MOUSAIT, the main character suggestions I would lean towards are either Homer Simpson or Peter Griffin. Just a few points to make and questions to ask: 1) If he wanted to do Homer Simpson, he'd have to charge him through all Simpsons episodes, which would take very long given how many seasons the show has. 2) The previous point explains why these are the basic cases that should be tackled against Homer: Child abuse - Strangling Bart DUI - Assumed to be driving drunk every time he goes home from Moe's Tavern, had an arrest on that charge in S4 & did it again in S15, but framed Marge for it Grand theft auto, destruction of a motor vehicle, accessory after the fact to insurance fraud, escaping lawful custody & running a bar without a license - In the S9 episode Dumbbell Indemnity, Homer assists Moe with committing insurance fraud, steals and destroys his car, escapes jail & helps Moe run his tavern via his house without a license Reckless driving, property destruction & accidental attempted regicide - In the episode where Bart coincidentally earns the family money to go to the UK, Homer drives recklessly to escape a massive roundabout & crashes into the Queen's carriage by accident and she almost dies. Contempt of court x2 - When Homer gets put on trial for attempting to kill the Queen of England, he disrespects her & mistakes the judge for a female Perjury & attempted obstruction of justice - In the S3 episode where Bart gets put on trial for allegedly murdering Principal Seymour Skinner, alongside Fat Tony and his crew, he lied to the court about Bart being guilty of the crime and Bart gets wrongfully convicted & nearly receives a certain death sentence had it not been for Principal Skinner bursting into the courtroom to tell them the truth, that's probably what would have happened Misconduct - In the S5 episode where Mayor Quimby's nephew gets tried for allegedly beating up and severely injuring a waiter, Homer gets called for jury duty and when they get sequestered in a hotel with free food and free HBO, Homer takes advantage of it, which is of course, strictly prohibited from what Principal Skinner, who was also called for jury duty told Homer Frame-up - As mentioned in the DUI case, he framed Marge for that crime in S15 Stalking, jaywalking & minor property damage - In a S5 episode, Homer chases down the Flanders family by running after them in the road and causes damage to the back of their car Attempted bribery of a police officer - In a S13 episode where him and Marge are wrongfully arrested for allegedly murdering a woman whose death earned them $25k, which is clearly believed to be a mistake, Homer tries to bribe Chief Wiggum into letting them go Assault with intent to kill - In a S7 episode, Homer attacks George HW Bush with intent of killing him Telemarketing - A S8 episode where he pulled this scam with an automatic dialer Engaging in riots - A S9 episode where a soccer riot took place, an episode where Marge turned Bart, Milhouse & most of their friends against each other and the kids and adults fought each other at a stadium but stopped when they saw Marge weeping over her failure to teach the kids good citizenship by turning Bart and Milhouse against each other and the first episode of S20 where a Saint Patrick's Day riot between the Irish and Northern Irish took place Bail jumping, trespassing x5, jaywalking, petty theft & 2nd degree attempted murder - In the first episode of S20, Homer also skipped bail, trespassed in 5 areas, stole a horse and jaywalked again and I'm pretty sure he was gonna kill Ned Flanders for trying to bring him in Drug trafficking - In a S16 episode where Mr Burns without legal authority terminates the drug employee prescription program. Poisoning, 1st degree attempted murder x3 & 2nd degree attempted murder x4 - In the S20 episode Mypods and Boomsticks, Homer poisons a cake with the intent of killing a Muslim family from Jordan and could've killed his own family if they ate it Reckless endangerment, property destruction, involuntary manslaughter, theft & use of explosives - In the S20 episode where Homer tried to kill the Muslim family from Jordan, he also stole explosives in an attempt to dispose of them in the river & ended up blowing the bridge up, resulting in the disappearance of a Duff Beer truck and the driver probably died Voluntary manslaughter - Maude Flanders Obstruction of justice & tampering with evidence - In a S16 episode where Bart lied about being kidnapped so he wouldn't be punished for sneaking out to a rap concert, he destroyed as much evidence as he could in order to help Chief Wiggum and Bart cover up the crime And that's everything. If I've missed any basic cases, let me know. 3) How many kills does Peter Griffin have in total? 4) We have to hope that it's either Homer Simpson or Peter Griffin that he tackles. Lastly, Homer's estimated sentence: 10 life + 299.5 years + $35,967,690 fine + points off license + restraining order I also have to ask, how many kills does Stan Smith have if he even has killed anybody?
when the penguins destroyed all the columns in the casino, it immediately reminded me of when Loki tells Thor that he missed destroying a column in Thor 2
It depends on the size of the reactor, if we install a nuclear reactor illegally, such as installing a large reactor at a city, it will be like ~20 years and approx a million dollars. Like how the Bhopal Gas Tragedy occured.
And here are the charges that I feel were missing against the Penguins: Building and driving unlicensed aircrafts 'cause all those aircrafts are not only unsafe and not only has the operation of them resulted in serious situations where they've lost passengers, but you also have to take into account that the aircrafts they build and drive are unlicensed. Air piracy because they stole the North Wind's plane. Anything else I'd be missing 'cause that's as far as I know. However, I'd chalk the 2nd attempt on Nana's life off to self-defence because she was trying to kill all the animals. Same goes for Chantel DuBois 'cause I am proud that you didn't include the scene where banana juice got fired at her since that was chalked off to self-defence offscreen I believe. However, the same should apply for the whole London circus ordeal 'cause she was trying to capture the rest of the animals and Alex called the penguins to rescue them.
@@NascarAviationDude Good luck with that, bro. Also, would you agree with me when I say that what they did to DuBois in London should have been chalked off to self-defence?

@@peppapig9987 B29 was armed to teeth with 12cal turrents IIRC the hell you talking about

It a casino in Monte Carlo.
@@jakubn3809
Thanks for clarifying that. I forgot it happened in Monte Carlo

Intended to comment exactly this, yet I immediatly saw this comment.

- If Dreamworks Villains were charged for their Crimes
1. Glady’s Star from Over The Hedge
2. The Bad Guys from The Bad Guys
- Bank Robbery
1. Goldilocks from Puss in Boots The Last Wish
- Breaking an Entering
1. Jack and Jill from Puss in boots
- First Degree Murder
- Coercion
- Second Degree to commit murder
- Assault
1. Prince Charming from Shrek 2 and Shrek the Third
- Conspiracy to Murder
- Impersonation
- Coercion
- Sexual force kiss
6. Don Leo from Shark Tale
- Mob
7. Vincent The Bear from Over the Hedge.
Charge Puss In Boots too because Dreamworks shills woobify him too much
For your information, it's Gladys Sharp, not Glady's Star. Also, you tackled the assumed crimes of Prince Charming, Jack and Jill and Don Lino (even though it wasn't much). But I should correct you on their charges a bit:
Prince Charming:
- Conspiracy to murder
- Identity fraud
- Sexual assault
- Trespass (since Mabel tells him he's not welcome in the bar)
- Inciting a riot
- Treason and terrorism
- Breaking and entering
- False imprisonment x9
- 1st degree attempted murder x3
Jack and Jill:
- Mass murder & evading capture (since they are both murderous outlaws from what those men in that bar Puss met described, I think it means they've killed in the past and evading capture was all I could find over being on the run)
- First degree murder
- Coercion
- 2nd degree attempted murder x3
- Kidnapping x2
- Attempted grand larceny (tried to steal the Golden Goose)
- 1st degree attempted murder x2
Don Lino:
- Organised crime
- Battery and extortion
- Mobile death threat
- Kidnapping
- 2nd degree attempted murder
And because you put Vincent on the list without his crimes, here they are:
- 2nd degree attempted murder & extortion (tried to kill RJ for stealing his food and causing it to get destroyed by a truck until RJ said he could get it all back so Vincent allowed him to do that in just 1 week under threat he will kill him if he fails or runs away)
- Property destruction, trespassing, reckless endangerment, 1st degree attempted murder & 2nd degree attempted murder x11 (trespassed in the Verminator's truck, destroyed most of the vehicle, tried to kill RJ and the rest of the animals & put the Verminator's life in danger)
Estimated sentences:
Prince Charming: 2 death + 4 life + 158.5 years + $1,000 fine
Jack and Jill: death + 6 life + 42 years + $250,000 fine
Don Lino: life + 123.5 years
Vincent: 13 life + 19.5 years + $5,725 fine
If I missed any further crimes in these 4 cases, let me know.
Then, after Prince Charming, Jack and Jill, Don Lino and Vincent, he should tackle Pitch Black, Dave, Smek and Chef. Here are their estimated crimes:
Pitch Black:
- Psychological torture of a minor (on mass) [because he scares kids which isn't technically illegal itself & it is his job but scaring a kid would be some sort of crime against children and that charge up there is all I came up with]
- Trespassing
- Kidnapping and false imprisonment (on mass) [unless he decides to work out how many fairies Pitch Black has done this to]
- Theft (on mass) [unless he decides to work out how many Easter Eggs Pitch Black stole]
- Terrorism
- 1st degree attempted murder x18 (Jack Frost, the Sandman, the Guardians, Jamie & his friends)
Dave:
- Trespassing, evading & assaulting police, theft & kidnapping x4
- False imprisonment x4
- Mass kidnapping x2 & mass false imprisonment x2 (several penguins and unknown animals as well)
- Identity fraud (throughout the movie, he pretended to be a scientist called Dr Octavius Brine)
- Mutilation & unethical experimentation
- Computer hacking
- 2nd degree attempted murder
- Mass mutilation and mass experimentation
- Kidnapping x4, false improvement x4 & trespass (along with Private and 3 other penguins that weren't Skipper, Kowalski and Rico which Dave put in a cage, he was also trespassing on the ship as well)
- Terrorism (releasing the penguins he experimented on with the Meduza Serum into NY to terrorise the citizens)
- Conspiracy to commit and attempted genocide (since he says that with the Meduza Serum, he has the power to destroy all penguins, this would give him a conspiracy to commit genocide charge and from that scene where he says that once the exterminators arrive and take those penguins he experimented on away, they never come back which JT said was basically an attempted genocide of all the penguins)
- 1st degree attempted murder x9
Smek:
- Grand larceny & property fraud
- Abuse of power
- Earth invasion charges (several illegal border crossing, kidnapping and unlawful relocation charges [I didn't consider it human trafficking because it's similar to what PAL was confirmed to have done by the end of the movie because the relocation of those people on Earth is unlawful but it wasn't for work or anything like that] so yeah, that's all I know of)
- Assaulting a police officer
- 1st degree attempted murder x2
- Reckless endangerment and 2nd degree attempted murder
Chef:
- Trespassing, property damage & kidnapping x9 (unlawfully entering and causing damage in Troll Village along with 9 counts of kidnapping since Poppy helpfully said that she took Cooper, Smidge, Fuzzbert, the Icona Pop twins, Biggie, the Gwen Stefani Troll DJ character, Guy Diamond and Creek)
- False imprisonment x9 and high treason (in addition to the caging of those victims Poppy mentioned, she also plotted to overthrow Gristle as King of Bergen Town)
- 1st degree attempted murder, extortion & false imprisonment x11 (it was later revealed that Creek didn't die but was instead forced to betray the Trolls and sell out their location in exchange for him not being eaten when Poppy, Branch and those 9 victims she mentioned were again caged)
- Trespassing, property damage, mass kidnapping and mass false imprisonment (once again she unlawfully entered and caused damage to Troll Village and kidnapped every single Troll that lives there and I marked them on as mass since we clearly don't know how many Trolls live in Troll Village) [unless MOUSAIT can work out how many Trolls live in Troll Village]
- 2nd degree attempted murder
Estimated sentences:
Pitch Black: death + 21 life + 30.5 years
Dave: 3 death + 15 life + 215.5 years + $754,000 fine
Smek: death + 6 life + 40.5 years + $20,000,000,000 fine + removal of position
Chef: death + 4 life + 320 years + $7,000 fine
If I've missed any crimes in these 4 cases, let me know.

- 1st degree attempted murder x2
Eris:
- Reckless endangerment and property destruction (sending Cetus to damage a ship and endanger life)
- Kidnapping, 2nd degree attempted murder & extortion (Eris kidnaps Sinbad, who nearly died while being dragged through deep water & violently threatens him if he does not meet her demands of stealing the Book of Peace)
- Trespassing, identity fraud, assault occasioning grievous bodily harm, grand larceny, terrorism, attempted populicide, frame-up, high treason, attempted regicide & terrorism conspiracy (This is literally going to be the darkest case MOUSAIT has ever had to do in DreamWorks history, but Eris snuck into the Syracuse Palace grounds, stole Sinbad's identity, badly knocked out the guard & stole the Book of Peace which isn't just grand larceny since it protects everyone in the 12 cities, but also an act of terrorism and attempted populicide because almost all of Syracuse was destroyed not only that but she also framed Sinbad for the theft and since Sinbad was found guilty of treason, that's the charge I'll give her in addition when Proteus agreed to take Sinbad's place for execution we were told that if Sinbad did not return Proteus would be put to death in Sinbad's place and we learned that Eris framed Sinbad for the theft not so they'd execute him but because she knew Proteus would take his place thought Sinbad would disappear and after Proteus would supposedly die, Syracuse would be left without its next rightful king and tumble into chaos which means that all of it was done just so she could end the bloodline of succession to the throne of Syracuse which means I will also add an attempted regicide and a terrorism conspiracy charge)
- Conspiracy to murder x12 (she tried to have both Sinbad and Marina killed 6 times in the movie)
- Emotional abuse (over making her actions in a verbal manner look as if Sinbad betrayed Proteus to which he didn't)
- Blackmail & 2nd degree attempted murder x2 (In this scene Eris asks Sinbad if he will go back to be executed & accept blame for her crimes, demands that he answers truthfully where she'd give him the Book of Peace if he did and when he says he will, she tells him he's lying and nearly kills Sinbad and Marina herself over it
- Property damage, emotional abuse & terrorism conspiracy (Eris destroys a sword, calls Sinbad a liar and after seeing the error of her ways, disappears and admits her plans to continue to create chaos elsewhere)
The Evil Drone:
- Property destruction, reckless endangerment, involuntary manslaughter & attempted mass murder (she sent clones out of Roz to attack a garden area which resulted in a lot of damage, endangered life and it almost got several migrating ducks including Bright Bill killed and it also resulted in the death of the migrating ducks leader)
- Kidnapping, false imprisonment, torture and 1st degree attempted murder (Roz)
- Arson, property destruction, attempted mass murder & 1st degree attempted murder x2 (she caused a wildfire in the forest, destroying it, nearly killing all the animals and once again tried to kill not just Roz but Bright Bill too)
Velvet and Veneer:
- Kidnapping, false imprisonment, torture & 1st degree attempted murder (the duo kidnap, falsely imprison Floyd in a glass gem & extract him of his essence which is not just torture but also attempted murder since they know throughout the entire movie that this process will kill Floyd)
- Worker abuse & false imprisonment (Crinkles; I think that's the name of Velvet and Veneer's sidekick)
- Kidnapping & false imprisonment x3 (JD, Clay and Bruce)
- Copyright infringement (it's clear that their crimes were done just to steal BroZone's talent)
- Torture, 1st degree attempted murder x4 & driving an unregistered vehicle + reckless driving as well (Floyd, Clay, Bruce and JD)
- Property destruction & 2nd degree attempted murder x3 (damage at $500k and Poppy, Viva and Branch)
- 1st degree attempted murder (This time, Floyd almost died from the talent the duo were sucking out of him)
- Fraud and tax evasion (Those charges were said by their former assistant and one of Branch's brothers)
Estimated sentence:
Francis E Francis: 5 life + 113 years
Eris: 6 death + 15 life + 95.5 years + $350,085 fine
The Evil Drone: 2 death + 4 life + 73 years + $5,650,000 fine

• Ren Höek (Ren & Stimpy)
• Stan Smith (American Dad)
• Peter Griffin (Family Guy)
• Homer Simpson (The Simpsons)
• Clark Griswold (National Lampoon)
• Rick Sanchez (Rick & Morty) (Part 2)
If I were MOUSAIT, the main character suggestions I would lean towards are either Homer Simpson or Peter Griffin. Just a few points to make and questions to ask:
1) If he wanted to do Homer Simpson, he'd have to charge him through all Simpsons episodes, which would take very long given how many seasons the show has.
2) The previous point explains why these are the basic cases that should be tackled against Homer:
Child abuse - Strangling Bart
DUI - Assumed to be driving drunk every time he goes home from Moe's Tavern, had an arrest on that charge in S4 & did it again in S15, but framed Marge for it
Grand theft auto, destruction of a motor vehicle, accessory after the fact to insurance fraud, escaping lawful custody & running a bar without a license - In the S9 episode Dumbbell Indemnity, Homer assists Moe with committing insurance fraud, steals and destroys his car, escapes jail & helps Moe run his tavern via his house without a license
Reckless driving, property destruction & accidental attempted regicide - In the episode where Bart coincidentally earns the family money to go to the UK, Homer drives recklessly to escape a massive roundabout & crashes into the Queen's carriage by accident and she almost dies.
Contempt of court x2 - When Homer gets put on trial for attempting to kill the Queen of England, he disrespects her & mistakes the judge for a female
Perjury & attempted obstruction of justice - In the S3 episode where Bart gets put on trial for allegedly murdering Principal Seymour Skinner, alongside Fat Tony and his crew, he lied to the court about Bart being guilty of the crime and Bart gets wrongfully convicted & nearly receives a certain death sentence had it not been for Principal Skinner bursting into the courtroom to tell them the truth, that's probably what would have happened
Misconduct - In the S5 episode where Mayor Quimby's nephew gets tried for allegedly beating up and severely injuring a waiter, Homer gets called for jury duty and when they get sequestered in a hotel with free food and free HBO, Homer takes advantage of it, which is of course, strictly prohibited from what Principal Skinner, who was also called for jury duty told Homer
Frame-up - As mentioned in the DUI case, he framed Marge for that crime in S15
Stalking, jaywalking & minor property damage - In a S5 episode, Homer chases down the Flanders family by running after them in the road and causes damage to the back of their car
Attempted bribery of a police officer - In a S13 episode where him and Marge are wrongfully arrested for allegedly murdering a woman whose death earned them $25k, which is clearly believed to be a mistake, Homer tries to bribe Chief Wiggum into letting them go
Assault with intent to kill - In a S7 episode, Homer attacks George HW Bush with intent of killing him
Telemarketing - A S8 episode where he pulled this scam with an automatic dialer
Engaging in riots - A S9 episode where a soccer riot took place, an episode where Marge turned Bart, Milhouse & most of their friends against each other and the kids and adults fought each other at a stadium but stopped when they saw Marge weeping over her failure to teach the kids good citizenship by turning Bart and Milhouse against each other and the first episode of S20 where a Saint Patrick's Day riot between the Irish and Northern Irish took place
Bail jumping, trespassing x5, jaywalking, petty theft & 2nd degree attempted murder - In the first episode of S20, Homer also skipped bail, trespassed in 5 areas, stole a horse and jaywalked again and I'm pretty sure he was gonna kill Ned Flanders for trying to bring him in
Drug trafficking - In a S16 episode where Mr Burns without legal authority terminates the drug employee prescription program.
Poisoning, 1st degree attempted murder x3 & 2nd degree attempted murder x4 - In the S20 episode Mypods and Boomsticks, Homer poisons a cake with the intent of killing a Muslim family from Jordan and could've killed his own family if they ate it
Reckless endangerment, property destruction, involuntary manslaughter, theft & use of explosives - In the S20 episode where Homer tried to kill the Muslim family from Jordan, he also stole explosives in an attempt to dispose of them in the river & ended up blowing the bridge up, resulting in the disappearance of a Duff Beer truck and the driver probably died
Voluntary manslaughter - Maude Flanders
Obstruction of justice & tampering with evidence - In a S16 episode where Bart lied about being kidnapped so he wouldn't be punished for sneaking out to a rap concert, he destroyed as much evidence as he could in order to help Chief Wiggum and Bart cover up the crime
And that's everything. If I've missed any basic cases, let me know.
3) How many kills does Peter Griffin have in total?
4) We have to hope that it's either Homer Simpson or Peter Griffin that he tackles.
Lastly, Homer's estimated sentence: 10 life + 299.5 years + $35,967,690 fine + points off license + restraining order
I also have to ask, how many kills does Stan Smith have if he even has killed anybody?
1:57 don’t know why I’m dying 😂😂😂😂
when the penguins destroyed all the columns in the casino, it immediately reminded me of when Loki tells Thor that he missed destroying a column in Thor 2
you should do Dr who villains! I'm sure the charges would rack up over 60 years of TV content.
2:14 this is intimidation, not assault
@4:18 erm actually it's a ferrari 😂
@theasandys it's a testarossa if u wanna be technical
@@theasandys tf you getting a million dollars from?
@@DropXplode The video. You should watch it, it’s pretty good.
Bro deleted it 😂
@@DropXplode That’s right, I did. Very observant of you.
The whole sequence on the plane and them getting charged with criminal negligence killed me 😂
5:14 Only 3 years and 20000 dollars!? I know it isnt common but isnt this too low for installing a NUCLEAR reactor.
It depends on the size of the reactor, if we install a nuclear reactor illegally, such as installing a large reactor at a city, it will be like ~20 years and approx a million dollars. Like how the Bhopal Gas Tragedy occured.
It isn’t a nuclear reactor, it’s a NUCULAR reactor
NucUlar.
Just sternly saying "No." and then driving forwards is so much better than saying "Not yet!" or "She's about to be!"
5:05 But it's fine because it's a nuc-U-lar reactor.
The car they destroyed in Monaco is in fact a Ferrari Testarossa and not a Lamborghini. The going rate for one of them is around $140,000.
1:34 Even though it's King Julian's plane?
big props for putting the sponsor after the video!
Penguins Of Madagascar Finally Facing Justice. 🐧
I waited a long time for it. But didn't you notice any charges missing against the Penguins 'cause I did.
And here are the charges that I feel were missing against the Penguins:
Building and driving unlicensed aircrafts 'cause all those aircrafts are not only unsafe and not only has the operation of them resulted in serious situations where they've lost passengers, but you also have to take into account that the aircrafts they build and drive are unlicensed.
@@ajbattiato8233 Thanks For The Update. I’ll See If I Can Find Any More Charges That Were Missed….If There Are Any
@@NascarAviationDude Good luck with that, bro. Also, would you agree with me when I say that what they did to DuBois in London should have been chalked off to self-defence?
@@ajbattiato8233 I Mean, DuBois Was Hunting Practically ALL Of The Madagascar Gang (Focus On Alex The Lion 🦁), The Penguins Were Aiding And Abetting Alex And His Gang And Were At Times Involved. So The Penguins Firing DuBois Out Of A Cannon Like A Human Cannonball Was Probably Self-Defense ( *INSERT BETTER CALL SAUL THEME* )
I hope Mousait does more video game characters life Afton & Bowser. I'd like to see Sephiroth
1:00 I would say that since this is on a ship it would count as piracy
It would be mutiny
@@unknownprofile2830 cant mutiny only be committed by the crew of the ship?
@@devonmyhre766 and they hijacked the ship what he said on henry stickmins case
How come the rest of the Penguins Movie crimes weren’t counted?? As Classified said “You guys wrecked a 19 MILLION DOLLAR VEHICLE” and that’s only 1 of the things they did to the North Wind 😅
7:39 you missed where they stole and broke a ( and Classified stated this very claerly) a 19MILLION DOLLAR AIRCRAFT
