Been wanting to try this recipe for awhile and it turns out it was as easy as combining my keto fudgy brownie recipe and my keto soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie recipe. And it turned out delicious!

Keto Brookie Ingredients
1/2 Batch Keto Chocolate Brownie Batter (can use a full batch, same net carbs but more calories and fat)
8 Tbs./4oz./1/2 Cup Salted Butter (softened)
80 g/about 1/2 Cup Allulose (can use any sweetener you like but allulose is less sweet than others and it won't be as moist)
72 g/about 1/2 Cup Powdered Erythritol Sweetener of choice
2 Eggs (room temp.)
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
31 g/about 1 Scoop Chocolate whey Protein Isolate (Isopure Dutch Cocoa and perfect keto work well)
15 g/about 2 Tbs. Coconut Flour
24 g/4 Tbs. Dutch Cocoa Powder
3/4 tsp. Xanthan Gum
If not using salted butter add a 1/2 tsp. of salt to the dry ingredients
Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie Ingredients
16 Tbs. Salted or Unsalted Butter (1 Cup/8 oz. Room Temp.)
96 g Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (or any sweetener you prefer, approximately 1/2 Cup)
1 Egg (room temp)
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
29 g Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate (Isopure is my preferred brand, 1 scoop)
42 g Coconut flour (1/3 Cup)
1 Tbs. Unflavored gelatin
2 tsp. Arrowroot Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt (if using unsalted butter)
7 oz. Keto chocolate chips (I used any keto chocolate that is 1g net carb per half ounce)
Macros: 1/12th
220 Calories
20g Fat
18g Total Carbs
6g Fiber
10g Sugar Alcohol
2g Net Carbs
6g Protein

I like the idea of making the full recipes and freezing the rest. Having premade foods ready to go is so convenient sometimes. I never regret freezing extras.
Surprisingly it was, doesn't happen often in experiments! Yes freezing is almost always an option with keto goodies and great way to have stuff on hand! I freeze most everything and it all still tastes great!

My last attempt to make one of your recipes failed miserably (but I learned that allulose alone is not my friend, so that was a good thing). I do miss chocolate chip cookies and brownies, and this recipe is a bit more flexible on sweeteners, so I'm willing to give this a go. Thanks!
I have a video all about sweeteners. You can't interchange them in all recipes. If you use all allulose, items will stay soft or even mushy and fall apart. Or burn before they are cooked through. I use part allulose in my brownies to keep them soft and moist. You're welcome.

OMG THANK YOU SO SO SO SO MUCH! I've been over in Germany, and they have this cultural thing called "Kuchen Zeit" where they literally pause for afternoon tea and drink filter coffee and have a slice of cake!!! Now that I'm back home in Australia, I'm trying to work out how to add this cultural icon into my Aussie life, but Keto of course!! (because I couldn't eat any of the cakes over there for obvious reasons). So your recipe is SO HELPFUL THANK YOU! For a suggestion for a future recipe, can you please recreate the famous "Kaiserschmarrn" from Cafe Demel in Vienna? It tastes absolutely incredible (I think they put Quark in it?!) and they serve it with hot sliced red plums... I would like to know how on earth I recreate this epic dish but Keto!!!!!!!

Basically a big pancake, which I have a recipe for and I've debated on trying the separate egg white thing with them, which is what that recipe is like. I recently found your channel and watched the vanilla wafer recipe. I only had chocolate protein powder (keto chow, actually) so I omitted the stevia and most of the vanilla and they turned out quite tasty. They didn't spread but were more like little domed lovelies. I also appreciate that you don't use almond flour, because after doing low carb for over a year, I've discovered that the vast majority of recipes I've found use that and I'd rather not because of oxalates. Now I want to try your chocolate chip cookie recipe from this video and use Irish cream powder since that's what I have on hand.

After watching this, I had to order the Wilton baking pan you linked to just for these. I can’t believe I don’t have this size, because I have about 50 freaking baking pans/trays. Now you have me wondering if this could be done for a cheese cake, with baked on cookie dough, not just the raw dough mixed in. You make Keto so freaking delicious. Thank you so much
@@lanamcquown3063 oh yeah that would be cool. The cheesecake might be doable with adding more extra xanthen gum then rolling out a 9x13 sheet of cookie dough and refrigerating or freezing it then putting it on a chilled uncooked cheesecake and baking. If it's not frozen or chilled it might cook to fast compared to the cheesecake. That's always how it goes with baking dishes. I always think I have everything I need but am always buying new stuff, lol. Thanks for using my link!

Yes, I just don't have the time. And I use powdered mostly for frosting and no blender will get it fine enough for frosting. I do have a bunch because I use them for hamburger buns too. That's a good idea, I bought smaller ones to do Whoopi Pies also, haven't made that video yet though, I should, lol. Thanks! You too!

I looked it up. Is it the Swedish princess cake you are talking about? Sponge, jam, custard, whipped cream and marzipan? Sounds like it would be fun if that is what you are talking about.

@@Nazketo444 Aww thanks for that! You can always send stuff to my PO Box, the monkfruit/erythritol sweeteners are the most expensive things I run through a lot. I have a jam and a sponge cake recipe already. Just got to master a custard which I've been trying off and on for the last few years. Then the marzipan, I looked at almond paste once at Walmart and it is basically just almonds and sugar, lol. So I hope that will be somewhat easy. I think the hard part will be to get the almond crushed enough to a paste. But never made marzipan either so it will be interesting. Just looked it up, apparently it's pretty easy, just almond flour powdered sweetener, extracts and egg white.
