I just now learned of the brand Aragon automatic watches I like the large sizes do you consider them to be of good quality and accurate as well..
Yes man they are nice. A watch is only as accurate as the movement. In all honesty all watches are accurate unless something is wrong

I’m new to Aragon and have been totally impressed. I don’t get the Aragon vs Invicta comparisons just because they both build bigger watches.
This is just my personal opinion but, I believe the reason companies like Aragon get a pass on the "hate" directed towards Invicta is that at the end of the day, Aragon:
1) Hasn't made a 1:1 copy of a popular expensive brand.
2) None of their models/designs have been over the top outlandish visually.
(i.e. skull shaped watch cases, snakes lining bracelets & wrapped around dials, overproduction of licensed limited edition models - making minor changes in order to start a new run... just to name a few).
3) Though "larger" in size than the regular go-to brands; Aragon designs are visually appealing & well constructed.
There's only 2 models IMO that might be borderline over the top:
1. The Hydraumatic. The watch itself is normal. All the attention goes to the bracelet.
2. The Concept S (rectangle case). I love this design because it makes me think that one of the designers at Cartier wanted to try a concept piece larger than they'd previously done.
Don't get me wrong; I'm not ragging on Invicta as I have several models. I just prefer their more "conservative" lines.
I mean I hear ya but that is subjective. I think this watch is quite outlandish ( I hear you though regarding snakes and that nonsense as I am not a fan of those either)
They did make this in a 55mm back in the andoid days but aragon has kinda toned down the sizing. I completely hear what your saying though. If Invicta just didnt do the crazy MSRP, crazy hard selling Evine nonsense and stopped with the "on sale" every other day nonsense they would def help their brand image.

I love Aragon brand…I’m late to the party unfortunately…they release relatively small batches and I’ve yet to see them re-release a prior model to the same specs…they have released same watch different color scheme but that’s it…I now have 8 Aragon automatic watches…great specs and very reasonable prices…take away is if they release a model you love, buy it before it sells out…if not you’re looking a secondary market

check out alexander watches. Ive owned a few dress watches and they are quite nice
to say the ETAs aren't better than an NH35 is quite a stretch. Even for "normal use" its very noticeably better. the NH35 will be a minute fast in 2 days or less. the ETA will take a week to be a minute fast, often times much much longer. One of my watches that gains 10-15 seconds a day (much better than an NH35) is sometimes annoying to correct, so I dont wear it as much as the others.
If you have an nh 35 running that fast you should have it looked at. That's not normal. Side note and nh35 can be regulated to plus 1 or two seconds a day . That's Rolex spec man
@@PhatkatCollections 30 seconds a day is the NH35 spec - if you send it in on warranty they will send it back and say its within spec.
And no, you cannot regulate one to be as accurate as you say, unless you are stretching teh truth on some very important details. Have you regulated a watch before?
with a lower tier automatic movement like the NH35, you get significantly different performance based on the position of the watch. Dial up, it performs a certain spec, dial down, a different spec, and same with on the sides.
So yes, you could put it on a timegrapher, and get it to say +1 sec/day for a very specific time snapshot in a very specific position, but just changing its position will drastically change the measurement - and when you seal it up and wear it for a couple of weeks, even in the original position it will not maintain that 1 sec per day.

@@PhatkatCollections If you read my comment carefully you will realize that what you posted is the exact scenario I stated, and that I am 100 percent correct. It was measured in one position. He didnt then flip it upside down and remeasure it without readjusting the regulator. He didn't put it on a watchwinder or on his wrist for 2 weeks and then remeasure it. These things make a big difference.
You also need to factor in the cost for regulating a watch. Are you going to buy the tools and get the practice to do it yourself? or are you going to pay a professional to do it for you?
Personally I could care less, ann nh35 tells time perfectly fine. All I am stating is an nh35 is accurate enough for most folks and the price is an ETA is quite a bit more . I hear what your stating, I guess I should have just stated it just isnt a big deal , to me anyways. I wear my watches for a few days at a time then put something else on. I guess it just depends on the person.

The box or no box thing..
If you pick a box you get the blue Aragon like you just showed. ( can be a display box as well. ) some people only keep their watches in those boxes.
NO BOX- is just that. Instead of the blue Aragon box, they bubble wrap each piece & place out in a smaller thinner cardboard box & place that in a more sturdy cardboard box for shipping. For the people that don't keep all their watches in the blue box. Still safe & reliable!
