If you just want some fun 90’s stupidity, then this is exactly the film for you.
While I do think this is a terrible Godzilla movie but a decent monster movie if you remove the name, this trailer is expertly crafted and the moment in the film where they have the cars shaking at the steps of this giant fish eating reptile is brilliant in my opinion, and I really wish the current Godzilla movies would use this
This Movie was okay why do people call it crap im no zilla fanboy but zilla was not godzilla but he was cool and i LOVED his design and its really sad that they canceled the sequal
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzziiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiilllllllllllllllllllllllllllaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 is the best
I'm glad the sequel of 1998 atroci live action is canceled.
This movie is like Jurassic Park with a lonely very big dinosaur...so rare
I just realize the music at the end of the trailer was from mortal kombat 1995
It's interesting looking back how the ads made the movie seem a lot cooler than the movie ended up being and, lo and behold, it's because the main trailer focused entirely on, like, 2 scenes from the movie
This movie gets too much hate. I saw this when I was 7 years old. It's a great monster movie, maybe not a good godzilla movie but a good movie in general. Sure this movie has its issues, the acting can be pretty bad at times and some scenes can feel a bit unrealistic. ( but when has that ever stopped a godzilla movie before) either way, this is a GOOD MOVIE! If you disagree I completely understand. If you grew up watching the Japanese movies and saw this, I'd understand your hate for this movie too. Overall we're all godzilla fans. We just have different preferences on what we like in a godzilla movie.
I remember seeing this movie when it came out, and loved it so much. Then the next year Godzilla 2000 came out. Sweet double whammy of Godzilla in the theaters. I was born in 92, but watched classic Godzilla to that point.
"The following preview has been approved" screen 📺 [Orange]: Godzilla (1998) - Rated PG-13 🧡
I loved this movie so fuckn much when I was a kid
That Camera Man was my childhood.Lol
0:50-1:40 who else heard the music from mortal kombat?
Happy belated birthday, Matthew. Have a good one.
While I’ll admit this interpretation definitely isn’t Godzilla, the film itself was way more fun than Godzilla 2014 or King of the Monsters
Uh....no...more entertaining than g14? More than likely (at least til the final battle) but definitely not more enjoyable than kotm. This is the type of movie that would be more enjoyable to the casual normie who has no knowledge of who godzilla is supposed to be
Guilty Pleasure for me,but can’t forget about the Trailers and Commercials of this movie when I was a kid
Those days were the most beautiful days of our lives. 😢
Am I the only guy who wants to see Zilla return to the MonsterVerse?
>"Size does matter"
>"Zilla died from 12 missiles"
*FUCK GODZILLA LOGIC*
Theres a scene where theres a Independence day alien on a computer
Loved this movie. Still looks more real than the newer Godzilla movies and in my opinion better than the newer movies as well
I think this movie is better than the monsterverse ones (in my opinion)
How does this movie look more real when this movie's cgi was rushed and needed tons of rain to cover up how badly unfinished it was?
As in 8 year old the vibe this movie casted upon the city made me feel like a guppy. It was bananas
"Oh no it's zilla, a terrible mutated and dated cgi iguana!!! Run!!!!" LOL XD
Of all Godzilla movies this is the best movie! 👍😁
This movie of 1998 is a shit film
@@LuisRivera-jk1vo wrong
Not the best but definitely not the worst it’s so action packed and the cgi is done well I still love this movie to this day.
Say what you will about the film itself. But god damn this trailer is super ominous and cool as hell.
Really gets a bad rap, this movie was good and the toys were awesome
Many people thought Godzilla 1998 would be great! It wasn‘t
Aah good old days..
i love this movie it was the first ever godzilla movie i watched,at first i said ''Thats just a t rex'' same with king kong 2005 i said ''Thats just a gorilla not king kong'' also that was the first king kong movie i watched
One of the best
