@@dr__spinach Thank you Dr, even though I did not practice in India but this information is quite useful for me. Sometimes it is so difficult to explain to GMC. Different countries, then different policies and laws.
Hello dr spinach , i have a question if you could answer . So i did my undergrad in Karnataka, got my license there and got noc and changed my license to tamilnadu . But then i got a job in Bangalore and shifted there , i worked in Bangalore with my old registration thinking it would be valid as it says its a permanent registration. But when i recently applied for good standing from Karnataka council , it says that the registration is permanent, bur the license wasn't valid any longer. ( License was only valid until i got noc to tamilnadu) . Now my question is , can i show this for applying jobs ? Or for registration? Will it be a problem?
@@dr__spinach oh, so what can I do now 😅 I actually thought I’ll submit no objection certificate from my state and dmc appointment date since those were the documents my hospital required as proof that we would get the registration in a few days time.
Dmc has very clear guidenlines on woking in Delhi as a medical doctor. Only permanently registered doctors are eligible, provisional registration is not considered. Call them once to clear your doubts regarding that.
Thank you Dr Spinach, it means do not mention that time period in the GMC registration document, isn't it?
Its advisable not to
