Fun tie in: this Audi dealership used to share a (terrible) building with the Porsche dealership where Doug DeMuro filmed his Carrera GT video. They both built new buildings and split up about 10 years ago.

So let me get this straight, the guy who put the rally together was charging $2,000 plus per car and although some discounts had been given to some of the cars, he did in fact receive payment in advance from some 30 plus cars but on the very day and at the exact time the rally is supposed to start he gives a speech telling everyone who paid that it's been cancelled and there is no refunds and because he wasn't assaulted or at least threatened everyone seemed OK with that but after a few days everyone was refunded through pay pail? If that is correct the title should be "Ohio rocked because exotic car owners didn't get scammed"
Didn't even really try to escape... hit the club VI style afterwards like ... forget these marks. He De-Bo'ed his way into $45K, and got their ID's attached to a "we cool with it" letter. That wasn't his first hustle.
The reason he was collecting the Drivers Licenses and the waivers is because he was planning on everyone disputing their PayPal charges, and he figured that having signed waivers, and copies of Licenses would show that the rally actually happened.
