so i’m walking through epcot last year, just minding my own business, when who do i see? doug. sitting on a bench near the america pavilion, absolutely chowing down on a lobster roll like it’s the last food on earth. at first, i think, alright, a little snack, nothing crazy. but as i get closer, i see he has a whole tray of them. so i say, “doug… how many is that?” and without even looking up, barely even chewing, he goes, “lost count after the third one.” weird guy.
i had the opportunity to live in Newport for 5-6 years and loved seeing all of the amazing cars driving around year round! the audrain museum has some great exhibits too and they change out the cars usually seasonally
I was a Journalist in the Navy. In the mid-'90s I was stationed in the Seattle area and assigned to cover the Seafair boat races. I was in uniform with another Navy Journalist, and we pretty much could go anywhere we wanted. I really don't remember how it happened, but we were let through a gate and somehow wound up in Bernie Little's personal motor coach. We were greeted warmly, talked for a few minutes and were on our way. I could not have asked for a better job in the Navy but retired 2006 after 20 years.
I love the Audrain. I have seen you there on Bellevue. Disappointed the morning Cars and Coffee open to us has been moved from Fort Adams to First Beach.
Great story. 😂. I used to work for BofA and they were one of the sponsors of the Detroit Free Press marathon. I ran in the race and they had a tent setup for the employees that ran. They had fresh bagels, oranges, bananas, bottled water etc. Your story brought back memories. 😊 good times.
It was an amazing event to be at, we probably brought the car that was most out of place, a beat up old formula ford driven and worked on by college students. Couldn’t recommend the event enough
As a guy from the Corvette capitol. Absolutely. Newest thing I’ve seen is motorized displays that show off a miniature model of the car in the frunk of the C8s. With a 1 of 1 plaque of course.
I have a private banking account with Bank of America. It's so private that Bank of America doesn't even know about it.
The art of the deal = Cannonball + Lobster Rolls
Loabstah
This is probably the only story of mine that my wife enjoyed watching again. Such a fantastic accidental adventure
Great story and storytelling as usual Doug! Keep ‘em coming!
Loved it, BTW you need $3 million just to talk to Bank of America Private Bank
Love it because I am also from Maine and love lobster
Don't sell your record short Doug, you and Arne are the only ones not milking it for all you should 🤘🏽🤘🏽
As a deckhand on a lobster boat I endorse this behavior 😂
It’s very rare that I laugh out loud watching any RUclips upload. Today was the exception. Well done!
If Doug invites you on a trip you go. I had such a blast making memories that will last a lifetime!
You bring the extra sauce as well! This dude asks the waitress "Do you accept a wire transfer?" for the check....
This is the perfect example of why VinWiki has the coolest car-guy stories ever!

Sounds completely reasonable. But not me, never been to epcot
Don’t switchcars, switch rolls
Take a swig of butter, everytime Lobster roll is mentioned
You'll almost have enough butter for a lobster roll
Any cannonballer could use a friend in lobster enforcement.
I live in MA and can confirm that we have the best lobster rolls
This is the kind of story I love watching.

Always great when Doug is on!
Just came off a 12 hour graveyard shift, this will be great sleep material
Same
😂😂
Literally
Love hearing these stories early morning!! Thanks Vinwiki !!
8:41 "Don't you know who I am?" 😂🙃😉
Pimping yourself out for lobster rolls is one of the most Doug things I've ever heard! Everybody has their price.
I love the Audrain. I have seen you there on Bellevue. Disappointed the morning Cars and Coffee open to us has been moved from Fort Adams to First Beach.
I have a similar story at Pebble Beach with Abalone.
We love Doug !
Guess it is time for Ed to take the record back so he can see how many “shrewd negotiations” he can make to get free stuff.
Yes! Doug is back. He’s the best guest, imo

Back when I was a bean counter, when a bank or an insolvency accounting firm put on an event, you knew the food was going to be good!
It was an amazing event to be at, we probably brought the car that was most out of place, a beat up old formula ford driven and worked on by college students. Couldn’t recommend the event enough
Love Doug’s stories, even though he won’t bring back full episodes of switch cast back to RUclips.
Newport Ri mentioned ❤❤
You're a great story teller, thanks for the laugh's!
Congrats on this awesome video! Your jokes are amazing!
Where was that picture taken of that blue 507 shown at 9:22? (Where Doug says “But whatever, Lobster rolls 🤷🏻♂️”)
Please & thank you!
Let’s not lie if you didn’t need the lobster rolls they would end up in the garbage anyways if anything you did those lobsters a favor
Feels like this would be a rabbit story. Man I miss that guy.
"Only the good for young" : Billy Joel
I support the dedication to a good lobster roll
Lols calling Doug a used car salesman is like calling Jay Leno some random comedian.
2:35 thought this was about to be a story from Doug @switchwives
😂
I condone nearly everything legal (and several things that aren’t) to obtain premium lobster rolls
Doug is the king of dissing, f..king love his chats, Rj in Oz
Lobster rolls do sound good right now
I took meticulous notes. Wish me luck in 2025. #lobsterrolls
My first time stumbling upon a video posted a minute ago
This guy doesn’t fail to disappoint
4:52 Doug does a Nazi salute oh no. Alert the media.
Brock would have loved this story. 😊
Should have gone for the tuna fish sandwich
This is a fantastic story!
Awesome new video!! I'm down!!
Love it. 😂 Great story
I’m so hungry right now
What Porsche is at 7:26 & those wheels?!
Is it a 992 or 997?
One-off Porsche 996 Classic Club Coupe
@@switchcarsThankyou!
Canon ball privilege's lol
This is a classic!
I've never had lobster before. Is it really salty?
Nailed the corvette guys to a t

This is a serious video.
You done good, do it again
Good content after some duds 👍
Where is the scam?
Yes doug!

Good one!
Hey Mr.EB!
Who going Amelia island this year?! Link up down below!!
This was great
Wife🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
this was the longest more drawn out story to say "i wore a cannonball jacket and used it to get food from a BOA suite."
Used go love Doug's stories but lately they've been underwealming or off-putting. Time for some new tallent.
This story was entirely too long
shouldn’t have watched it then. you’ll never get that time back
@ I’m just giving feedback. I usually love the stories but this one was really slow rolled
Summary- Doug is cheap, doesn't have >$10M with BofA, and story features 0 cars.
It is inspiring to watch your channel. Your videos are always filled with passion and energy. Keep up the good work!🐱🥒🥍
