  • Today I'm working on a 2006 Suzuki RM85L rescue. I'll be pulling and cleaning the carburetor as well as inspecting the reeds and intake while I'm waiting for the new top end.

    Hey mate my bikes been giving my shit been fine for 2 weeks and did the same thing basically start her up let her warm up for about 2 mins tickle her to 3rd gear go for power coughs dies and won’t start just back firing have vids of it before fitting new crank seal right side imagine I passed my full uk mot today then she died on the way home🤦🏼

    How would you set it up to run V force 4R reeds and an fmf fatty pipe? Purchased a new carb so I’m gonna start with the factory settings and hope for the best

      Try the FMF jetting chart, if stock doesn't work. See how it feels and adjust from there.

      12:23 no they are JIS screws in the bowl. I use a #2 Snap-on bit, they work awesome and have tiny teeth to grab the screw.
