Dirt Bike Carb Clean | Bike Running Rough? | 2016 Suzuki RM 85 2-Stroke, Carburetor Removal

A few weeks ago we came across a marketplace ad and couldn't pass up the opportunity to save this Suzuki rm 85 2 stroke and prep it for a few races this summer. In this video we take off and inspect the carb for issues, turns out this carb was really clean and didn't need the simple carb rebuild kit that we had purchased!

Check my vids bro fully rebuilt mine new oem gearbox etc always happy to help 4 wheeler doctor also does 2 very good tear down and rebuild vids mate brought my bike as a project and never opened cases in my life lol finally I’ve pretty much done everything lol forks shock literally every components in engine apart from clutch baskets lol and there fucked tho and still having issues after 35 hours she’s also fully uk road legal your see it I abuse the fuck out it so I expect problems but there very very easy and simple to work on

Where was/is your needle clip I have a 38 pilot jet and my rebuild kit came with a 50 bike runs mint no coughs bogs or nothing I just freshly fully rebuilt the engine I do a lot of random work on random bikes but never went that full on but seems to run 100% but just wondering why I could be so low everything is stock apart from hgs ehr pipe I’m in the uk too
