I can’t thank you guys enough for having me along! I could never have imagined getting close to 25 minutes but my PB thanks to you guys is now 24:07. Since then I’ve taken all the tips from the day and have dipped below 25 minutes two more times! Thanks again - so pleased!
Your inclusion of all different runners (shape, size, and abilities) is what sets you apart from the other running channels. My goal is for a sub 1hr 10K and a sub 29min 5K.
This was awesome…normal people grinding it out! I have been trying to break 25 mins for over a year and have just accepted it’s not going to happen but after watching this, I’m reinvigorated. I’ll use those tips and won’t give up! Thanks to this team and Puma for sponsoring this, just terrific!
This video literally brought tears to my eyes. I’ve been a runner my whole life. I’m now 62 years old and a cancer survivor. I am still running. Not nearly as fast as when I was in my prime but that doesn’t matter. To see all those people do so well was inspiring. To see Andy and Sarah encouraging everyone was even better. Thank you to everyone on and off camera for producing awesome videos that help keep me going when my morale gets low. I wish I could thank you all in person, but my words will have to suffice. Keep on runnin’ 👍😎🏅
Thank you so much for this! I was SO HAPPY AND PROUD to get my new 5k PB of 24:46. I absolutely loved every bit of this day with you guys! The support and encouragement was incredible and I just feel so privileged to have met such a lovely bunch of people (not that I’m surprised-all runners are amazing people right?!) Can’t wait for the 10km in November!
Finally got back into running in the last 4 months after struggling with weight gain and depression. My goal is to remain consistent and hopefully finish my first half marathon in October. So many inspirational goals in the comments ❤
Excellent inspiring video - thanks! I turn 70 in December, and my goal is to dip inside 2 hours in the Reykjavik Half Marathon on 19th August. It's gonna be tough though! 💪
Love it. At 67 years I started off at 39m on 5k. Now 68, Slowly progressed to a 28:47. Aiming for 27:30 next. Doing strength exercises now to make those legs go faster.
😭😭 no joke I have tears streaming down my face. I am so happy to be apart of a community like this. It is truly inspiring and heart warming. Hearing all these runners talk about running, and seeing all the effort and heart they put in makes me want to run even more. Watching videos like this make me feel running sub 5 in a marathon is possible for me. Especially if I can find a group going after the same goal. ❤❤❤
The encouragement all the way round for these runners is amazing. Particularly stoked for Stuart! For me I was hoping to get a Half Marathon PB in Cardiff in October, but due to injury and illness that's not on the cards. But I still want to get round in a respectable time. So still something to aim for!
Congrats everyone! Love this type of content, I'm 61 and been running all my life, my actual goal is to keep running for as long as I can, as for a 5k and times, it would be nice to a sub 23:00 again this year! :)
Wow, this feels like a sign! I'm going to be trying for a sub 25min 5k pb this weekend! Seeing everyone make it is giving me hope that I can do it too! Good job everyone!
My running goal for this year is to a run in a 10km event. I’m nearly 53 and only discovered Parkruns in September last year. With the help of channels like yours I’ve been getting fitter and I’ve been able to break 25 mins like these great people🎉❤
Beautiful video! I remember how much my first sub-25 felt. I have never ran with others but I know how much these people have appreciated all the support. My ultimate goal is a BQ-marathon! I started running last October and have my first marathon this October (aiming for 4 hours). A BQ will be 3:30 for me, and I am sure I will get there
Great video and so good to see all those people chasing the same goal as I am, sub 25 5K! They all did amazingly and your encouragement was brilliant, well done all!
You’ve totally got this-this challenge was mentally one of the hardest I’ve ever done, but it taught me that when you dig deep, anything is possible ❤❤❤
When I see runners carrying a few extra lbs I always have massive respect for them. The amount of force on the calves, legs, back and also there is some peer reviewed research which suggests exercising at high intensity whilst overweight can restrict the lungs oxygen reserve, for someone to have the strength to complete a run with all that shows they are absolute beasts.
Totally inspiring me to keep training hard to try and hit sub 26.30 by the end of the year! Finding it so tough but I am determined to get there again. Thanks for the content guys
Thanks to my Garmin and a bit of motivation from you guys I managed to get from 28:00 to 21:13 min 5K. Also from about 50 min 10K to 45:50. Will keep pushing and my next milestone is 20 min 5K and 40 min 10K but there is a long road until I'll get there. 😁
That is awesome! I am still trying to break the 28min 5K barrier without much success yet... any recommendations for a Garmin? I need to get serious about improving my pace.
@@rich0006 Hi! No worries, take it step by step and you'll be there. The last thing you want an injury. I used Garmin 55 and now 255S but 55 is just as good for this.
25 minute 5k is a great milestone. I feel like getting to the point where I could do that when I wanted was the point where I felt like I was an above average runner. My next milestone goal is sub-20 minute 5k - I’m doing a 5k in a little more than a week where that’ll be my aim. My Garmin seems to think that I can do it in 18:51, but that would be a three minute PB, so really anything under 20 minutes would be incredible for me.
My goal for the year is to get back to a sub1 10k after open heart surgery to replace radiotherapy-damaged aortic valve (used to be sub 50 mins before and 44 mins on treadmill). First step is getting comfortable with 5km distance, then ramping up to 10k goal…
I am on my new year resolution of running 720kms in an year by running 2km everday and you guys are a huge source of motivation and techniques to me , which makes me to complete my resolution hopefully this year. I was very delighted when i got to know about your channel last year .thanks for creating awareness about importance of running and also educating people by breaking a lot of myths on running and giving them various techniques to run longer. Kudos to you guys.
This was a really heart warming video to watch! More like this please! Personally, I started running in January - 30 minute 5k, and now on 25:12! So close, I think I might just push that bit harder... I love this community and the encouragement you give to others - amazing.
Fantastic to see so many people smash their PBs and be cheered along by Andy and Sarah! Currently training for a 10K then half marathon and this has given me a real boost!
It was such a brilliant day! You smashed it matey and no doubt you’ll get under that 25! I didn’t get to see your finish as I was too busy trying to recover - how strong was your run in! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Well done to everyone who achieved a PB in this vid and great work Running Channel for always spreading the love 👍🏼👍🏼🏃♂️ I started running in May last year at 38 years with no running background, a decent level of fitness but a few knee grumbles. I was doing about 35km/week and managed to get my 5k time down from 27:00 to 22:32 by October. I also acheived a best 10km time of 49:10 and a sub 2 hour half marathon, (although i shied away from that kind of distance because it seemed to wreck my knees). I can't say I ever particularly enjoyed it to be honest and in November it got cold and rainy and I just stopped running completely 😂 I started running again in May this year, primarily to help with mood and I was initially dismayed to see how much fitness I had lost over winter. So I decided that if I was going to continue that i'd get a little more 'serious' about it all. First, doing regular strength training (which seems to have also helped my knees no end). Second, mixing proper 'sessions' into my weekly running (some hill sprints, kilometer repeats etc) and third, increasing my mileage to the 80km minimum/week mark, mainly slower runs but with some speed/tempo/interval work thrown in. Shock! I genuinely love running now, 🤯 it's normally the highlight of my day and channels like this one, Philly B and Harry Morgan have played a big part in shaping that love, providing session/training guidance and just getting me out the door on those days when motivation is perhaps a little lower 😁. I definitely wont be giving up running this winter, it feels like part of who I am now somehow. So far this year i have got my 5k down to 21:28, 10k down to 48:00 and half down to 1:54:00 (although i've never really tried an all out effort for a half...). My 10km time was set in early July and I feel that I've definitely unlocked some speed and endurance since then, probably thanks to the consistant mileage and my Sunday 'long' runs now regularly hitting the 25km mark. In terms of goals, I would like to keep my mileage consistent throughout winter, get my 10k time to at the 44:xx range by the end of the year and my 5k down to 20:00 by the end of next (which may or may not be possible, we'll see!). I'm sure these times are not particularly impressive to many who watch this channel, but these were so far out of reach to me last year that it feels almost surreal to be setting them as personal targets now. Regardless, I plan to have fun trying even if I can't acheive them, i'm just enjoying the process of finding out what i'm capable of. Seeing myself improve, being consistent and disciplined, watching the miles pay off is so rewarding and frankly, very addictive! I guess that's a big part of why we all do it. ❤
This was such an incredible day and experience! Being pushed beyond what I thought I was capable of not only gave me a confidence boost on the day, but now, two months later, I’ve had the boost to PB in the 10k and Half Marathon as well 🎉 Thanks for having me!
Why do I always watch videos of TRC after my runs😂?! Now I feel so excited and I’d love to go out again!! Currently training for a sub 1:30 hours half marathon, which would be a massive PB, but I’m optimistic :)!
I'm just returning to running after stopping completely during university. Im just getting back into it now, and my goal is to run a 10k non-stop before the end of the year. No matter how fast (or slow)! I came accross one of your videos a few months ago and decided to give running another go. I've learned so much from your videos. I love the feeling of getting a new PB and challenging myself to go further. Thank you!
This right here epitomises the running community. A bunch of strangers coming together to be guided by those that are willing to give up their time for others to achieve their goals. Great work. Love this channel!! ❤
My 5k pb currently is 31:20. I have a race (my first one!) on the 9th of September and I hope to hit the 30 minute mark. I have been running for about 7 months now, and it's been fun (and also hard, but fun). After that, I want to slowly up my distance and speed, but looking forward for that sub 30 min 5k right now.
@@CED99 yeah, I've recently started longer warmups (like, 1.5k of slow running before) and it has really helped. So I'm definitely making sure I can do that there as well, as it really improved the experience and my speed
There's something special about the running community. One of the most supportive and positive out there, Great to see, Well done to all in this video. My goal: Not so much a PB but to emulate this level of support to others in my local community down here in Aus.
I’m going to run the great north run!!! Only started running 2 years ago with a challenge to complete a 5k before I turned 50. I’ve never been a runner and I’m loving it. Thanks for all the great content, it’s been so helpful on this journey. 😊
I'm running London Marathon 24 (very lucky in the ballot!) and want to beat my marathon PB of 4 hr 46 mins. Right now, I'm really looking forward to it. And feel like I have a good chance to run less than 4 hrs 30 mins.
Great to see runners closer to myself on the channel! I'm running my first Half Marathon in October and Im aiming for sub 2:30, but also hoping to crack a sub 30 5k soon!
Back in 2009, I made a pledge that if I ever stop using crutches, I would start running. I did. 14 years later and having recovered from 4 knee operations I am running! My goal is to keep running as it gives me the biggest joy and sense of freedom. I completed my first trail half marathon in June this year - this was my biggest motivation for recovery after the last operation in 2022. My goal now is to see if I can get a little faster (maybe break that 25minute 5k) and continue running injury free 😊
I just love what you guys do for the running community! I have a bit of a niggle in my glute muscle at the moment, thus I am doing faster sessions under a bit of control. Very tempted to try for PB's in my 5km and 10km times, but I shall wait a bit. I am going to go for a sub 4 hour marathon in the Cape Town Marathon on 15 October this year. It is ambitious, because my PB is a 4:30, but I am confident that I can pull it off. You at TRC is such an inspiration and your videos have helped me so much! Thanks 🙏
Stuart coming up the rear with Sarah, giving encouragement! LOVED IT!!! I'm not sure about the short white shorts, 😅 I remember Sarah saying most female runners don't have a thigh gap (true), so those shorts 😂 not sure ha.
Fantastic video guys, that is my exact 1st goal. I have been running for 11 weeks and when I go for my 1st park run I am hoping for a 25 minute pace. Amazing to see so many happy people!!
As someone who’s 5k PB is 25:14 I’m very jealous of this. Well done all. My goal this year is to get to 125 park runs which is easy to be honest but I did welcome a daughter into my life and I do work about half of my weekends. So I only set an easy target for the year.
I love this! Getting back into running and have always been slower than average. I would love to be running easy 5k within 30 minutes. Can't imagine how proud of myself I'd be!
Great to see lovely people smashing their PBs like this, when I started running sub 25 mins 5k seemed so out of reach, but now since I achieved it it just opened so many possibilities in my future challenges, Thank you guys for promoting the sport and for the inspiring content you're putting, big fan from ALGERIA
I definitely teared up when Sarah hung back to make sure those who were a little bit behind the group weren't running alone. Love the running community, love this running community. (And I'm currently training for my first ever marathon!)
It so true-and actually it wasn’t just Sarah-what Andy says in the video is true-there were runners on the day who we felt “sacrificed themselves” to support everyone. It was honestly amazing. To say that none of us had ever met before that day, and we felt like the best of friends only a few hours later. It was amazing and so uplifting. An experience I’ll never forget ❤❤❤
Great job to all the runners! I ran my first ever 10k this year, and will be aiming to complete both my first ever half-marathon, and first marathon in Seoul, South Korea this November!
I absolutely love the running channel ❤ i started running in April. Before then I used to say I hated running and couldn't run from one lamppost to the next. I now love running and am training to do a half marathon in October. I did a new 5k pb of 26.40 on Saturday with the support of my amazing husband.
Having started running 7 weeks ago…. From literally nothing. Work in an office and never focused on fitness. I ran 8km non stop in just under an hour last week. I massively surprised myself and proved that anyone can be a runner if they chose to do it! Loved this video - My current goal is that get that non stop run to 10km.. without stressing about the time!
Great watch and a brilliant effort !.. seeing you smashing your 5k pBs was very inspirational ! Well done all and Team Running Channel ! Would love to get mine done sometime 👏👏👏
I absolutely love how the running channel team uplift others and help them achieve their goals. My goal for this year is consistency and increasing distance.
Thanks Andy and Sarah! I used this as inspiration/ motivation to push for a 5km PB, at Park Run, today. Previous, hard fought, PB was 29:09…today, 27:45. The most pleasing thing was that I was able to maintain a relatively steady pace all the way through, even speeding up, slightly for the last 1km! Next stop, 25 minutes!
One the best videos i have seen. I was in tears, what agreat achievement and a big congractulations to all the group. This video touched me because i can relate to all those in the group, people just like me aiming for a pb. I wish something like this is available in Leicester, i would pay to take part to achieve a pb. My current pb is 30mins but want to aim for sub 25. Thank you for this amazing video. Please make more like this, its so motivating.❤
Thanks to the running channel for these great videos. No more PB's for me, but I am still running with guys I went to college with over 40 years ago!!!
Great job everyone! ! I’m a new run girl, and this year, I have been working on running 4 miles in 30 minutes or less. To do this, I’ve been practicing low heart rate training and resistance training. Why do I love my newfound exercise? I feel accomplished and motivated at every run 🏃♀️ my ultimate goal… half marathon next year and finish because I can.
Very inspiring. I run alone and have only done a couple of 10k races and you can definitely feel the tremendous benefit of running with others helping you pace yourself. My goal is to get under 25 mins now as my best previous was 26:20. Well done to all those runners getting their pb's. Superb video
Started running in July last year, first parkrun was a 42 minute slog. Finally managed to break sub 30 a few weeks before my 40th parkrun in June this year. I have a half marathon in the calendar for April 24 and this would be a great addition to my running gear! Keep up the amazing inspirational content!
I basically avoided running my whole life until this year, and somehow I really fell in love this time around! Obviously couch to 5k and 10k means I’m dead slow, but after my first 10k at the end of September (Vitality10k in London), I’m shooting for that sub 28mins 5k PB. Nothing compares to most of the ppl watching your channel, just racing myself❤
Thank you for putting together this video, motivating me to keep working for it! I haven't ran under 30 mins for the 5k yet but hoping to do so soon. Andy makes it look so easy...
Well done to everyone who took part in this. I imagine running alongside Sarah & Andy was an inspiration & a tremendous incentive but the pace still had to be maintained. My goals are sub 45minutes 10k which is slightly out of my reach at the moment but something I think I can achieve with some consistent training & good health🤞
It was amazing-I was struggling to keep with the main lead group so the couple of bits where you see Andy hanging back a bit is the pep talks to me and a couple of others in that middle group. It was genuinely amazing having his calm guidance-at 3.5k I was nearly done, but his advice at that point was definitely what got me to the 24:46 that I managed to finish in. I was so happy I did it, and it was definitely thanks to Andy!! ❤❤❤
Congratulations to everyone who participated. I love pacing folks to their best efforts. I hope many other running “influencers” can take this model for their own channels. After smashing 1hr 10mins off my trail marathon time this year my goal is to focus on a sub 20 5km, some new Puma kit to do this in would be nice!
Goal is 25 mins as well, and signed up for this, but I just live too far away (Scotland). I have and love the FR and Velocity Nitros, and Deviate is next on my wishlist. You guys do an amazing job of motivating everyone with run tips and inspiration, keep it up!
Great video. Congrats to all the people that got their PBs! I'm in week 3 of my preparation for the Athens Marathon in mid November. The goal is to reach the starting line healthy, reach the finish line smiling and enjoy the whole thing as much as possible.
It was so nice to see these people chasing their PB. Everybody was amazing.Thank you for doing this. 10K PB would be great but I live in Berlin :) Andy looked like he was just walking. A super easy run for him because he's a superhuman :) Sarah with the slower group
It has only been 2months since I started running, my current PB is just sub 30 5k. Hopefully I get that sub 25 soon! Thanks for this awesome channel which has helped my journey a lot!
Managed to achieve a 22:49 5k earlier last month smashing 1:30 off previous best by following your excellent videos and advice… run the km/Mile you’re in is one of my new favourites!!! Goal of sub 50 10k in September-current best 53:30 so need to push the 10k pace more…next goal after that is to run first marathon next year in memory of my mum who passed away 10 yrs ago! She would never believe I could run a marathon and want to do it for her. Keep the content coming guys it’s inspirational and helpful to all types of runner!
I started running two years ago at age 49 and probably six stone overweight. I've been running three times a week but without any particular plan. The Running Channel encouraged me to get on a Runna plan and my goal is to run under 30 minute 5k at a race in early October. Thanks for the inspiration!
My goal this year is to run a marathon, and in fact this Monday I will be starting the TRC 16 week training plan! So thanks a tonne for that already, and for the video which is bringing me up during a moment of low inspiration. Congratulations to everyone who ran!
This is the year I am going to run a half marathon! I'm two weeks and 5 days into training - couch to half marathon 15 weeks. Longest run will be 11 miles. The new kicks and outfit would be incredibly motivating! Currently I am focusing on form - seeing everyone run so quickly is inspiring. Great job, everyone!
cant wait for a new 5k pb! Also intend to keep working towards a marathon. After running for 6 months, I can now run around 9 miles comfortably and have done a 5 mile race.
I love seeing @puma stepping up and sponsoring content like this. I'm way more likely to support a brand when I see them sponsoring content like this versus putting out commercials or billboards
Felt emotional watching this at the finish 😊 massive well done to all. My goal is to keep running. Show my young kids the power of running and the unbelievable inpact it can have on emotional well being. Keep on trucking guys!
Loving your videos and the channel, so inspiring for me. Having never done an organised run, or would have even considered doing it in the past as I always thought I was never good enough, have now entered my first 10K run in September and have to do it in 1h15. This is thanks to the positive love of running on this channel and advice and seeing it can be done, so thank you all the challenges you do and keep up the amazing work you put into the channel
Great job to help a group of runners achieve this. Working together can be such a massive benefit. My objective is to crack 20mins for 5k, with 30 seconds needed to achieve this target and hopefully before I am 50 in March next year. That’s when I can treat myself to some carbon shoes!
Its great to see people achieving PB's, it's one of the many reasons I volunteer at parkrun every weekend 😊. Over the last few years I've actually developed a real dislike for doing my own 5k and 10k efforts but am loving my training for York marathon where I am planning on a sub 3hr30 before I fully commit to my passion for ultras. Hoping to progress up to 100k or maybe more next year. Keep up the great content guys, it's inspiring to think my marathon pb is actually better (for now) than Andy's!
Great video by TRC & Puma encouraging everyone to run an awesome 5K! I’m hoping one day I’ll be able to run again after being Floxed from Levofloxacin with Achilles Tendinitis back in late Feb. Currently I’m just grateful to be able to walk!
I am running 10 miles on September 17th. Aiming for 1.39 hrs. Imagining that 12 months ago just finished cancer treatment and now doing so well that next year will be going for a half marathonl Running has been a life saver for me.
My Goal is completing my first Marathon this October Goal: A- 3:55 B-4:25 C-Finish Ive been watching your videos to help me in my training. Most recently focusing on mindfulness and mindset in my long runs. Great video!

What a shame you’re in the UK! I’d love to be a part of this, but you’re on the wrong side of the world! 😜
When does it close?
This is the year I run an unbroken 5k, regardless of pace this would be a huge milestone for me. Update: I ran a 28 minute 5k, super proud of it!
The best feeling ever!! good job :D
Good job
That's awesome!
Good job ❤ same for me ! Awsome feeling. 2nd part of the year I ran the 5k in 26. Goal is sub24 before December 🎉
We’ll done.
I can’t thank you guys enough for having me along! I could never have imagined getting close to 25 minutes but my PB thanks to you guys is now 24:07. Since then I’ve taken all the tips from the day and have dipped below 25 minutes two more times! Thanks again - so pleased!
Wow!! Absolutely smashed it! 👏
Nicely run ❤
Love this Andrew! It was so good to have you there on the day - I loved every second of it! Andy
Your inclusion of all different runners (shape, size, and abilities) is what sets you apart from the other running channels. My goal is for a sub 1hr 10K and a sub 29min 5K.
How did it go?

Keep on runnin’ 👍😎🏅
Thank you so much. This comment means a lot!
Thank you so much for this! I was SO HAPPY AND PROUD to get my new 5k PB of 24:46. I absolutely loved every bit of this day with you guys!
I ran my first 5k last week and did 32:14. 25 seemed far away but after watching this I feel like I could do it. Thanks for the motivation.
😭😭 no joke I have tears streaming down my face. I am so happy to be apart of a community like this. It is truly inspiring and heart warming. Hearing all these runners talk about running, and seeing all the effort and heart they put in makes me want to run even more. Thank you so much! Anything is possible 💪
The encouragement all the way round for these runners is amazing. Particularly stoked for Stuart! For me I was hoping to get a Half Marathon PB in Cardiff in October, but due to injury and illness that's not on the cards. But I still want to get round in a respectable time.
All the best with it!
Good luck!!
Did you make it?
My running goal for this year is to a run in a 10km event. I’m nearly 53 and only discovered Parkruns in September last year. With the help of channels like yours I’ve been getting fitter and I’ve been able to break 25 mins like these great people🎉❤

I started running last October and have my first marathon this October (aiming for 4 hours). A BQ will be 3:30 for me, and I am sure I will get there
Stuart had such good running form in the last kilometer. Great coaching!

I agree with you. Gained about 4-5kg last year and oh my running was difficult
Congratulations 🎊
@@adeolawalsh7240 Thank you so much! 🙂
@@deiu9999 thanks - appreciated!
Awesome! Stuart is an absolute machine !!!
My goal for the year is to get back to a sub1 10k after open heart surgery to replace radiotherapy-damaged aortic valve (used to be sub 50 mins before and 44 mins on treadmill). First step is getting comfortable with 5km distance, then ramping up to 10k goal…
Love the vibe of this video. Would love to see a similar one with a sub 20 group!
24:42!
Fantastic to see so many people smash their PBs and be cheered along by Andy and Sarah! Currently training for a 10K then half marathon and this has given me a real boost!
Amazing day out with so many brilliant people. Thank you TRC and Puma. I will find those 16seconds and break 25!
It was such a brilliant day! You smashed it matey and no doubt you’ll get under that 25! I didn’t get to see your finish as I was too busy trying to recover - how strong was your run in! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Well done to everyone who achieved a PB in this vid and great work Running Channel for always spreading the love 👍🏼👍🏼🏃♂️
I started running in May last year at 38 years with no running background, a decent level of fitness but a few knee grumbles. I was doing about 35km/week and managed to get my 5k time down from 27:00 to 22:32 by October. I also acheived a best 10km time of 49:10 and a sub 2 hour half marathon, (although i shied away from that kind of distance because it seemed to wreck my knees). I can't say I ever particularly enjoyed it to be honest and in November it got cold and rainy and I just stopped running completely 😂
I started running again in May this year, primarily to help with mood and I was initially dismayed to see how much fitness I had lost over winter.
❤
Incredible...So many PBs!, Well done to everyone involved! :) My ultimate goal is to stay consistent so that I can run further than I have before...
This was such an incredible day and experience!
Being pushed beyond what I thought I was capable of not only gave me a confidence boost on the day, but now, two months later, I’ve had the boost to PB in the 10k and Half Marathon as well 🎉
Thanks for having me!
Sub 30 is a great feeling, good luck in the race, have a great warm up and don't go out too hard (basically follow TRC advice) 🎉
Wow, been running for around 5 months and loving it, my 5k PB is 33 minutes.. I would love to go sub 30 mins.
I’m going to run the great north run!!! Only started running 2 years ago with a challenge to complete a 5k before I turned 50. I’ve never been a runner and I’m loving it. Thanks for all the great content, it’s been so helpful on this journey. 😊
Working towards a sub 1h 10k!! Loved this video, really inspiring 😍
This was so wholesome and inspiring - loved seeing the encouragement from everyone. This is what the running community needs!
I'm running London Marathon 24 (very lucky in the ballot!) and want to beat my marathon PB of 4 hr 46 mins. Right now, I'm really looking forward to it. And feel like I have a good chance to run less than 4 hrs 30 mins.
Good luck! How are you feeling?
This was so lovely to watch! Thank you and well done everyone 👏🏻
Great to see runners closer to myself on the channel!
I'm running my first Half Marathon in October and Im aiming for sub 2:30, but also hoping to crack a sub 30 5k soon!
Are you me? I have the exact same goals 😅
@@chiarahopkins4756 Amazing! Which Half Marathon are you doing? I hope we both smash it 😁
@@mukluck11I hope we do too! I'm doing the London Royal Parks half, what about you?
@@chiarahopkins4756 Cool! I'm doing the Manchester Half Marathon, it's my first ever official race, I've gone in a bit at the deep end 😂
@@mukluck11 Wow, good luck, that sounds amazing!
Well done guys!
I'm currently chasing that infamous sub-20 5k. I'm also looking to enter my first race this year, which might be a half-marathon 😬
On the day we all joked with Andy that he has to invite us all back again next year to get sub-20!! 🤭
A sub 22 5k - would be incredible. A minute seems a lot to take off my current PB ! Great video. Well done to everyone on making it
I’m hoping for a sub 40 10k before I’m 40 years old. Just over a year to take off 4 minutes!
You’re amazing-you can defo get that sub-25, you’re closer than most of us were on the morning of this challenge!! ❤❤❤
I love this! Getting back into running and have always been slower than average. I would love to be running easy 5k within 30 minutes. Can't imagine how proud of myself I'd be!
goal is to run a sub 1:45 half marathon!!
@@another_thing_running and that just makes it even more special!! ❤
The camaraderie and spirit in the running community is a joy. Complete strangers helping each other to achieve their goals is so special 😃❤
Couldn’t agree more 👏👏👏
Great job to all the runners!
Training for a sub 3:30 marathon. You guys have always been a great inspiration, thank you! ❤
Very lovely video, absolutely phenomenal ! Has all the reasons why runners love running!
Thank you
Great watch and a brilliant effort !.. seeing you smashing your 5k pBs was very inspirational !
That’s awesome!
Boy - really need to call out Stuart. That was an epic PB!!! I see many more in your future.
👏👏👏
10K PB would be great but I live in Berlin :)
Andy looked like he was just walking.
Hi! I’m planning to run my first 5k after a traumatic fracture and 6 hour surgery earlier this year. This kit will really help this effort, thank you.
So good to see TRC making inspirational videos like this with this group of runners all going for the same goal. Loved it👍
I started running two years ago at age 49 and probably six stone overweight.
Congratulation to everyone, what a great motivational video. I need this team in my life ❤❤ I can’t wait to do my morning run. “ I can & I will”
cant wait for a new 5k pb!
Seeing people cross finish lines honestly makes me emotional. 38 and a bloke. Damn you running channel!
Great stuff guys! Really amazing to see the unity between runners. Motivating and helping each other improve. Well done everyone! Keep it up.
My Goal is completing my first Marathon this October Goal: A- 3:55 B-4:25 C-Finish
Ive been watching your videos to help me in my training. Most recently focusing on mindfulness and mindset in my long runs. Great video!
Puma couldn't spring for some caps? Their poor eyes! A good humbling video!
Was rooting for stuart, well done lad
