I was one of the 2 runners that Sarah mentioned ran off ahead 😅. Just felt good that day and the conditions felt right. I ended up shaving over 6 minutes off my PB. Ended up with 51:30, so thank you again to the running channel. I am also the guy at the end who mentioned losing the weight. So much has changed for me since coming across these guys. Just started running half marathons on my Sunday long runs now. New PB this sunday of 1hr 56m. Keep in mind when i started running 5 months ago. My 10k pb then was 1hr 40. 😮
It was the most amazing day. I managed to stay with Sarah's group at 55 minutes for 5k, but despite slipping back a little, I got a PB! Thank you to all at The Running Channel and Puma for a running day I will never forget!
I was one of the runner trying to get sub 40 being paced by Andy! I was gutted that I could not do this but I got so much closer than I ever was before 🥳 I would love to be able to try this again if you ever do another 10k event Thank you to all the pacers and volunteers, this has to be my favourite race so far. Just incredible
17:37 Sarah: ‘feeling good?’ Me (literally dying inside) : ‘Yeah’ with a 👍🏼. 🤣🤣🤣 Loved everything on this day and was truly emotional. Thanks Sarah for pacing us and TRC for a brilliant event 🙌
I’m a runner. And this channel really gives me goosebumps every time. Let’s be honest running can be a bit dull. These video’s help marking the fun part about running. Thanks a mill from The Netherlands.
I think parkrun created a culture of everyone can run, its fun, and everyone is the winner. This is great, celebrating one person is nonsense, celebrating everyone is awesome. This is inspiring.
That guy towards the end who came across the running channel watching Sarah and her Garmin watch was exactly my story too. Never ran previously. Amazing episode guys. ❤
I think you’re an inspiration well done! Trying to pick up running again and lose more weight. Down 3 1/2 stone and up to 50 mins running at a slow pace😊
What a way to wind down 2023. Couldn't help getting emotional watching everyone achieving their goals. Please make this the new tradition for The Running Channel
What an incredible community! I ran my first official Half-Marathon on Saturday 25 November and using a Pace Pro Plan I set a 10k PB of 51:26 (down from 56:10) and a 21.1k PB of 1:58.11 (down from 2:08.36). Running has changed my life for the better! Keep putting in the work and the results will come 🙂
I recently started running and found this channel I have ADHD and anxiety and struggle with excutive dysfunction as part of that which makes running consistently really hard. This channel really helps me over come that and this video in particular is really really special
Thankyou The Running Channel and Puma or putting on such a fantastic day! All of the presenters were so friendly and professional, and it was a real treat to be involved with. I started with Sarah's group and managed to improve my PB by 2min 24seconds, so was very pleased! Well done and thankyou to everyone that organised and took part in the event..
My watch just congratulated me for having a 25 minute restful period watching this and added +1 to my body battery 🤣 Congrats to everyone who PBed and *next time* to everyone who didn't. You're all stars.
Was a great event and I am grateful for the energy from the TRC. I usually run alone fuelled by nothing but hatred, towards myself. Was a great day to pull a sub 1 hour PB. Would love to do more events with them in the future.
So so so emotional watching this back!! What an amazing amazing day 😍 I got my PB even though I didn’t manage to stay with Jess, so I guess I’m one of Jess’s PBs 😊😊😊 thank you again so much for such a great experience team ❤
The. Best. Day! Someone talked about it being a life-changer and I've often wondered how many people's lives this channel has changed (for the better, obvs!). Ten years ago I was 20kg heavier and the thought of running was just that... a thought. Its been slow progress but The Running Channel makes you realise you can acheive more than you think and it is so good at catering for so many types of runner. Everyone was just so happy seeing everyone else cross the finish-line that day and Jess got me to a new 5km and 10km PB... so thank you!
I love TRC, the presenters and all the challenges you set out. This was one of the very best. Congrats to the runners who achieved their PBs, and to those who didn't get the PB they were looking for but completed the race anyway!
A absolutely blast. Reliving it on the video was so special. I took 3 mins off my PB , not quite the sub 60 with James but I held on and got through. This was all thanks to the support of all the other runners (overtaking me plus on the other side of the lap!). Such a fabulous day 😊. Please let’s do it again 🎉 Awesome channel and presenters, honestly so warm and welcoming ❤
I am not in the UK, so I miss out on being able to join these group events. But this past Thursday I decided to try and get a better 10k PB. I set a route and planned on improving from 56min to 54min... I finished my 10K in 49.58!! Smashed it! Thank you for the motivation kick. Well done to everyone that got PB's at the event ❤
It was a great day, thanks TRC. Such positivity from everyone involved. Excellent pacing from Sarah and smashed my pb by over 3 minutes. You're all stars. PS - Anna we need more cannicross content!
I love pacing!! Done plenty of 10k, 21.1k, 30k and 42.2k pacing jobs and there's NOTHING better than getting a few people across the line in a PB. This looked like an awesome day - *almost* makes me wish I could be back in the UK to come along to things like this! Well done everybody
Great video and well done everyone! Even more devastated now that I had to pull out due to injury. I kept thinking if I’m okay with 6 weeks to go I’ll be fine - then 5,4,3,2 and then I just knew that at 65 years old I was kidding myself. .. can’t help but think I missed a once in a lifetime experience. 😢
Whats an amazing video this is. Goosebumps watching it. So inspirational, especially when the fella talking about how much weight he has lost in 4 and a half months. Keeping going guys. You are changing people's lives. George from prenton wirral.
Of all the vidoes you guys have put out this is one of the best, you should all be so proud of what you achieved! Great work, and thank you for being one of the only running channels out there that is so inclusive of peoples abilities. It's so much more motivational to see people you can relate to in videos. Keep up the Good work
TRC/Puma that was an awesome day. The location was spot on the weather was excellent the kit was brilliant and to come away with a PB what more can you ask for. It was a day and race that I will remember for a long time. I would like to thank all the team at TRC for putting on the event and Puma for sponsoring the day. 👋👋👋
One of the best videos for quite some time. What a frankly brilliant thing to do for those runners, and it was lovely how much you celebrated and encouraged them from start to finish. Also, I loved Rick's commentary - so funny.
Guys, you are all amazing! I only started running a year ago at the age of 57 knowing nothing about running. I’ve since done 5k, 10k now ½ marathon next week. The Running Channel is amazing, informative and, most of all, inspirational! Just like this video. Well done!
Thanks so much! I had a lovely day and a 10k PB! Couldn't be more proud of the medal! Definitely worth coming over from Belgium for this amazing event!
Another great video of yours. Started running about 3 months ago for an event together with some colleages and I got completely hooked. Since then I'm following the running channel and drawing so much motivation from you. Love the different characters and the whole attitude where your speed doesn't matter that much as long as you achieve your personal goals. Right now I'm training for my first 10k race at the end of september and my goal is sub 50. Fingers crossed ;)
ahhhhhhh 😍🤩😩 serious FOMO here and so sad I couldn't make it! My guess for the best pacer to get a pb would be Mo... because there's where I would have been. Awesome job TRC!!! This is amazing to watch.
Pacing is so hard! I loved the pacers at my last race, who guided me to a huge PR that would've been much tougher without them. Y'all are doing the Lord's work!
This is probably the best thing you guys have ever done! It must be such a nice feeling to help others achieve their PBs. Would love to join one day too!
That's amazing, one of the best video I have seen from the running channel and Ive been around from the start! Well done everyone! I remember breaking 1 hour for a 10K and ending up getting a 5K PB in the second half of the race - 9 months later that PB still stands! (was focussing on 10 mile training). Finish strong!
Amazing video. Really inspiring. My 10k PB is 45:47. My half marathon PB is 1:37:02. I haven't done many 10k races but my dream would be to get under 44. I wish I was part of these incredible runners and running channel pacers. I started running a little more than a year ago. You are the first channel I subscribed to. Well done all you... I love it.
What a crazy moment, just sat down after running my first 10k for a couple of years. Happy with comfortably completing it in 58 mins as easy run. Would have been great to have been with you guys to smash a PB, oh and the free shoes would have been handy. I've signed up to run 3 HM next year and I'm building for the first in May (Leeds) ending in October (Mchr). The plan is to start sub-2 and end the year targeting 1:45. So any help is greatly appreciated.
So excellent! Congratulations to all those who participated and a huge clap on the back of TRC presenters. This made my day. I wish there were people in my area this dedicated.
Talk about getting motivated. This is so awesome! I love the Running Channel. You guys are so awesome. I started watching and I had a goal of just completing a 10k at 55 minutes and because of the awesome content and vibrant and informative team I was motivated to just keep going . I am signed up for my first marathon this year and there is literally a video for everything I need to know ! If you guys find yourself in Cape Town I will one hundred percent come and support! Thanks guys for amazing content !
Fantastic video as always. Would love to get involved if this happens again! Just wanted to say what a brilliant addition Jess has been to the team, she’s awesome (as you all are)
Having Running Channel team as pacers is incredible!! I would have loved joining this group if I could! It would be amazing if I can also join in this type of challenge in a near future with all of you and get my PB (current PB is 53minutes from half marathon race), and ultimate goal for now is to run 10k under 50minutes! Thanks a lot always for amazing videos and podcasts. Your podcasts always entertain me whenever I'm running.
This was incredible!! Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone crush their goals. Congratulations to all the runners 🎉 I love The Running Channel ❤
That was one of the best videos yet! Loved seeing all the people get their 10k PBs! Fabulous pacing from everyone, can't wait for another similar video :D
Incredible watch! It's so inspiring to see people push to faster times and new distances. This video scratched that itch for personal self-improvement, a hundred-fold!
I’m watching this and clapping people in 🙈 So good to see pacing for different paces. It was the one thing I appreciated when I ran a TRC x Puma event. I do hope there’s a chance to have this event or similar again ❤
This was such a wonderful and inspiring video to watch. What running is all about! Everyone pushing themselves and supporting each other no matter what your goal is
Big congratulations to all!!! I love watching this channel because of the positive energy each runner gives to themselves and everyone around. Thank you so much for continuing to motivate. I would love to participate in one of these with you guys. Looking for a 5k PB. Can’t seem to break that one. But from a year ago I improved my 10K by almost 11 mins last month. Looking to improve my half marathon time soon and then I will be taking the leap to my first Marathon. Can’t wait to watch Andy’s first Marathon video.
i've heard you guys talk about this event in the podcast, this is even better than you made it out to be! such an amazing event, congratulations everyone!

Well done!!
Well done guys. Great pacing. I think I know Aileen: well done Aileen!
I absolutely love how Andy just runs at 4min/km pace and calls it "nice and relaxed". What an animal!
I think that's the pace he plans to run his marathon in 😊
I was one of the runner trying to get sub 40 being paced by Andy! I was gutted that I could not do this but I got so much closer than I ever was before 🥳 I would love to be able to try this again if you ever do another 10k event
