    This video feels like a breath of fresh air as a passionate BMW lover in a world where we have the iX fighting with its family members over its advantage through technology. This content is the most enjoyable BMW Group content I have seen in a long time. The presenting is on point, the German banter is lovely and the in-depth knowledge featuring all those little details gives you goosebumps. Job well done, guys. More of this please, make it longer and more episodes. I can watch this for days.

      You have to understand that it's possible for brands to make different products. BMW can make the iX as well as the M2 CS. Just like how Mercedes is making a supercar with an F1 drivetrain as well as vans.

    Such iconic cars and a golden era for BMW design and engineering. The battles the Batmobile had on the track with the equally legendary Ford Capri RS2600 and then RS3400 were epic, with each manufacturer slugging it out for supremacy. Fantastic to still see so many of them on the circuits almost 50 years after they were launched.

    So, 50th anniversary huh? How about that? Back in the day I absolutely loved that white 3.0 with the stripes, air dam & big rear shelf flares! So, you don't need much of an imagination to strongly SUGGEST/RECOMMEND that BMW duplicates this car for the ANNIVERSARY! The front end, I wouldn't touch; vintage air dam, lights & grill couldn't be any more PERFECT. Big shelf flares for the rear quarters. However, the rear end needs to "evolve" shall we say? The white "Batmobile" 's rear end definitely looks it's age. It's really not making it, nor is the "Walmart wing" Maybe steal the M8's rear end for this car?
    Not for nothing, to see this 2021 white 3.0 CSL with the M stripes, air dam, big shelf rear quarter flares that's all M'ed out (interior, suspension, exhaust) with a 500 hp + motor coming down the street; what else could you possibly say but; WOW!?!
    OK, yeah there's a mid engine fever out there; no doubt about it, with 🇮🇹 leading the charge. But who, in their wildest dreams ever thought of putting a car on the street that looks like it just escaped, from being in the middle of a race; from the track? Is it you Mr. BMW??! Every HUGE BMW fan I ever ran into said that this one was, and still is; their absolute favorite. How could you not? It's MINE! Great opportunity to make a Big Play here. If you decide to do it, be nice; please don't kill us on the price,,,,,,,🤭 🤔 😎!

    As the owner of an E9 (2800csa), I was thrilled to see this. What's so puzzling to me is that the beautiful configuration of the front of this car amongst its other beautiful vantage points, is that modern BMWs have strayed away from this recipe in a big way. All you've got to do is look at how bloated the kidney grill is on the new BMWs. It's absolutely disappointing and revolting from an aesthetical standpoint. I advise BMW to go back to a small kidney grill and bezel lights if nothing else

    • @unowen-nh9ov
      @unowen-nh9ov 3 года назад

      Have you seen original 1938 328? Entire front end is kidneys. The front of the E9 you enjoy (& who doesn't?) is facelift of 2000 CS, only thing they shared was kidneys. If you know the history of the company, what do you think of the kidneys on Isetta, 700, 507? Latter auctions for million$ (Elvis owned 2), BMW don't let their past keep them from pursuing their future. The large grilles are only on low volume halo vehicles & 1 reason BMW did record quarters before & after COVID. Those grilles announce to the world when neu BMW have arrived, whether ICE or BEV. Also house autonomous drive sensor hardware, as BMW continue to grow into their 21st next century future,

      Still, garish and ugly.
      The neu classe had it right.
      Understated and elegant. Like
      the Aston Martin DB5, Classic. Those old BMWs with their giant grills ,other than the sleek version that was used on the 507, are not considered the most beautiful BMWs ever made. The e9 is ,and for good reason. Less is more, as they say. Keep your big plastic grill. When this car falls off of the classic car radar, which it will never make by the way, you could use the grill as a pasta strainer
