    I would like to share my personal experience... I have been working out since 10 yrs... I have strong muscular legs... few years back I had an accident... I had plaster and had to go for physiotherapy... In the same hospital there was another gentle man with same injury... now the interesting thing is we had same injury but he was given a supportive stick to walk but I wasn't because I had muscular strength... plus he recovered in 8 physiotherapy session and I got recovered in only 4... I recovered in almost 2 months... while his it took 6 months...

    Hi Siddharth! Always enjoy your perspectives as I am a neurobiologist. During covid times I took up running mostly to keep sane and ran half marathon as well. Later I contracted covid in the delta wave and had pneumonia. But at no point I had to be given oxygen when i was hospitalized even though I am in my 40s. The docs said that due to running my lungs were in great shape and I could recover and run again. I hope more people realise the power of exercise in mental and physical health and also in recovery. Thanks for this video!

    I never exercise consistently however i started so many times but eventually end up with laziness in a week
    I thought maybe it is because I don't know what is the best way of exercise or I do not have enough calcium in my bones that's why i felt like injury after doing exercises
    ..... But all things were vain
    It is my mind who stops my body to do exercise
    ... But nowadays i start exercise day again in only 5-10 mins with an easy module
    And i do it consistently and
    ..
    After seeing this video I decided that I do cardiovascular and full body mobile exercise daily at least 25-30 mins per day with consistency 26_30 days per month

    As for video suggestion - We hope to get more videos on health probably. But people who are aging (past their 20s) often suffer from small muscle injuries more. This means we tend to forget small muscles, fascia, tendon, cartilage strengthening. Maybe you can create a video on that as well? Because I feel those are the secret sauce of the overall health that not many people talk about, unless and until people are not injured.

    • @VK-oc2bx
      @VK-oc2bx Месяц назад +1

      Normal. Ideally your subcutaneous and visceral fat will be reducing and increasing lean muscle mass instead. This will set off and wont show any differnece on a regular scale. Get a bio-impedence smart scale in which you get all metrics of bodyfat muscle fat segmental trunk protein % etc etc. Track once every 3 months. If you observe decrease in fat while increase in muscle mass. It's a win win. And i'm sure there should be visible difference in your body before and now. You might still look reduced weight but just no differnece on scale.

    • @snehapradeep6091
      @snehapradeep6091 Месяц назад +1

      Another suggestion - dont keep body weight as your goal. We tend to lean towards social validation and stop enjoying our workouts. Instead, just keep showing up everyday for yourself and be kind to your body. It will reduce stress response in your body and boost your weight loss journey as a bonus. 3 kgs is also great in 2 months, you’ve got a lot to be proud of! Cheers

So, it's not so easy to hit zone 2 requirements. And so people say just do NEAT more. This video could have been perfect if you showed us a sample weekly schedule of the workouts in a week.
