    As someone who has completed 720+ kms of running in 2022 and moderate bodyweight training everyday, I can confirm that it helps a lot to keep the thinking clear and sharp.

    Thanks for this video, I was a lazy person and thought it's ok to have some weight gain I don't need exercise as I use my brain more than my muscles but now I know to sharpen my brain I need physical exercise

    It was very informative video sir. We want a complete detailed video on what is mindfulness or meditation and how it affects brain and improve quality of life.

    • @sakht-
      @sakht- 8 месяцев назад

      Mindfulness is mindfully doing whatever we do in layman terms being present at the moment living in the moment, in other words monotasking, u r traveling by throughout the journey u r just capturing the things on ur mobile n not installing them into ur vision or brain, it is like u r looking at the things but not perceiving it not sensing it, if u r working but still thinking of a family issue ur mind actually is not there at ur work n this will affect it thus affecting ur professional growth as well, this inturn will invite stress so that's the demerit of not mindfully doing the task, if u r walking just walk, eating just eat, driving just drive, if working just work leave house issues in the house only office drama in the office only. Hope this helps.
      Now meditation - what we know about it from spiritual gurus ancient texts n monks is sitting still either open eyed or closed focusing on just one thing either outside at a dot or the inside at a pt bw the eyes, but why do we even need to do it what is the benefit, so diving deep into the pros n meticulously looking at the process all it tells us to do is focus no matter where, so that we got a practice of focusing n whenever we do any task we can focus on it thus improving the efficiency n increasing the quality, but the thing ppl don't understand is that not everyone needs it, but only those who hv difficultly focusing teacher tells a kid write this spelling 10 times coz he is poor in that,that doesn't mean all students hv to write it that no. Of times, like me, i can focus without any problem so i don't need meditation, adding that if u can do any work with complete focus that is nothing but meditation coz that's what we do while meditating bring the attention back to that single pt. Or breath whenever it flies away, so if the purpose is fulfilled which way u do it doesn't matter, u can achieve focus by meditation or u can hv it without meditating too, we can also say that meditation is synonymous to focusing 💯 on a task, one imp point to notice here is that meditation or focusing on a task needs mindfulness , coz u can't focus on sth if u r not mindful of what u r doing so, mindfulness is must for meditation n if u choose meditating u r already practising mindfulness

    • @sakht-

      The brain is still in calm state after u hv woken up, so do low intensity works just after waking up like washing the face or peeping out of the window use the washroom have a mild walk on rooftop say while brushing coz nobody gets up n starts running straight away, our brain needs sm time to adapt

    Hi Doc! To begin with, I want to tell you that you nailed the intro because you said everything I was looking forward to, so thank you!
    Here are my questions, I would be glad, if you could help me on this:
    1.As you mentioned that the Hippocampus is responsible for the memory, and not exercising leads to its shrinkage. Does this mean that when one does not exercise, we tend to start forgetting things...be it things that happened weeks ago, or minutes ago??
    2. Also, as you said that exercising build new neural connections, does this also mean that exercising helps to keep the existing neural connections in check?

      Ah! It's obvious but u got the concept a little wrong - one doesn't feel energetic right after or while doing the exercise, it is afterwards thing however if u r feeling tired throughout the day check on ur calories n diet quality, above all in the starting it is a shock to ur body so bear with it.
