I have gone back to 16:8 intermittent fasting. I found that when I eat a complete nutritious meal when I break my fast, it is a lot more rewarding. It lets me enjoy even simple home food. It’s like training the brain to know that the body is getting food only twice a day.
I break the fast with salad, then fruits, then basic roti sabzi. So the insulin level doesn’t shoot up immediately.
I tried to monitor when I feel most hungry, and if it’s not time for me to break the fast yet, I found that a cup of cold brew black coffee works like a silver bullet for the ghrelin spike.
And yes, I did a lot of reading before tricking my limbic system into not eating more than two times a day. 😂 Phew, it takes a while, but like you always say, “You have a PFC. Use it.” 😆

I just want to know one thing Sid warrier if u can share your insight on it
As per neuroscientist, they are saying our brain make all pf our decision of life choices and then we are aware of that.. And the process is in miliseconds
Which means human dont make their decision conciously for choice, it is by default set by brain which challenges free will
    Please explain this once

All these being said, there is this thing that i dislike rather actually do not get- when someone refuses to eat something they dont want to like sweets or junk food, be it for any reason, either they do not like or trying to be successful in their diet, people pressurise to eat it. If they repeatedly refuse they get offended and start saying- itna se kya hoga, kya itna style kar rha hai etc efc. I would really like to know what can that person say if repeatedly asked to have those things?

Whoever is looking for how to lose weight, you can stop right here at this comment: Just eat a single meal a day, you'll lose weight. You don't have to cut sweets or carbs or anything specific; eat whatever you want . . . but only once a day. Your body will adjust and you won't feel as hungry after a week or so, it's easy. (you can do some small snacking between to satiate, and take a multivitamin if you're not getting much nutrition.) Abracadabra, you'll lose weight and stay alive.
