Hi bro, loved your videos. As someone who makes a video series with csgo bots, please hear me out : - Bots in CSGO are nothing compared to 1.6 or source bots. I mean not even close. I use custom bots btw. Some problems with csgo bots are : -Csgo bots never aim for head, they shoot at dick level, even if only head is visible. They will spam boxes and walls rather than hit the poking head. - Their grenade usage is weird. They pull the pin and try to hit opponents precisely with grenades like you shoot guns rather than throwing at general direction. Its like bots pull the pin and be like " don't push me man, I will throw...". - CT bots are tough to play along. They mostly never rotate till c4 is planted even if bomb carrier is spotted. They almost always get the site wrong after plant (CT). They'll go to empty site and be like "sector clear". By the time they come to correct site match is over. Sometimes they do some random things and I'll be like " wtf are you even trying to do...?". They are not the cream of the crop, but they sure are entertaining.
Could you do a comparison of the different CS 1.6 bots and maybe benchmark them against the "official" CZ ones? There are some community-made bots, particularly PODBot and YAPB which are still maintained today, so they could be quite viable or even better than the CZ ones. I imagine many younger viewers weren't even aware that there were 5 or 6 different bots available for CS 1.6 (technically there are even more, but most are so old they either aren't compatible with 1.6, or they're just too primitive to consider).
The reason Alfred didn't switch to his secondary is because Alfred has a skill level of 25 while Dave has a skill of 60, since alfred's skill is 25, he will not switch to his secondary while needing to reload, ontop of that he will also not use his knife at the beginning of a round.
Actually, 1.6 bots are weird. They sometimes try to defuse even when somebody is shooting at them, but when they are free from enemy, they will just walking around, face to the ground and reloading, then defuse. And those wasted time sometimes come to a lost game
@@QuakeMasterX I recently learned that 1.6 doesn't have any bots, that "cs 1.6 bots" are actually from cs condition zero, but someone mod it into 1.6. So if you have 1.6 buy from Steam, you won't see any bots (I guess, since I never played that ver), but in many 1.6 pirate ver on the internet (cs 1.6 WarzOne as an example), it's very common that it has bots in the game
@insperia2761 It's confusing because CS 1.6 had a LOT of different bots made for it in the community as well. PODBot is the most popular community-made bot, but there is also RealBot, RCBot, YAPB, among others. I can understand labelling the CZ bots as "the" CS 1.6 bots given they're the closest thing to an official bot, but I did notice on some maps that YAPB is actually better than the CZ bots. For example, on Nuke the CZ bots never plant at B. Ever.
the bots are actually quite better than the older versions and they are not the same you will start seeing the difference if you put bots on expert, but nice work.
Cs 1.6,cs cz and source expert it look like player use aimbot when they face you even long distance and they still finnish to kill you in less than 10 seconds

Search up "better bots mod" it improves the AI and also has an override that makes them aim at head level.
