    I love your demonstration of the turning signal switch.....imagine how nice roads would be if people actually all used those!

    Well done sir. I am strongly considering buying this generation of Accord Sport.

    I prefer the stick shifter to push button layout on my 2021 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T. Also wish leather seats were included in the model I purchased. Too much road noise is due to the 19" all season tires. Others have told me changing to Pirelli summer tires greatly reduces this problem. Accord has a solid feel and the steering is precise with not too much play like other cars competing in this segment. I think 192 hp/192 torque is enough power even though I opted for the larger engine. The Accord is a top pick as a mid-sized sedan by Car&Driver, Motor Trend, KBB, US News and Edmunds.

      Hey Kat!!! How do you like your 2022 2.0 Compared to the 2021? I am finally getting rid of my 06 Accord EX-L and stepping into this 2.0 sport on Monday. 192 hp doesn't do it for me, I live in South FL so the 2.0 t is a MUST. Anything you really dislike about the car?

    Will soon be receiving a 2022 Sport SE. WIth all the safety features and thereby, excellent safety rating overall I'm surprised blind spot monitoring isn't a standard feature.

    I have always loved this look. But Honda needs to get with the times on the Accord. They need to trim down on their models...just have two or three. No one buys an Accord thinking that they can race around and beat a Camaro (Sport is not needed) especially now that they just offer a four cylinder. On the higher end model, it needs to have a 360 camera, power folding mirrors, higher output motor, bigger center display, both seats fully powered, heated steering wheel, get rid of the prop-rod when you open the hood (replace with shocks), and as you mentioned...give us an available AWD version.

      That’s why you get an Acura. Just like Lexus as an upgrade to Camrys.

    • @osiyal
      @osiyal 3 года назад +2

      I like the prop rod. One less thing that will break overtime. The engine is also plenty powerful. If the touring adds all the extra features, expect to pay more, near Acura TLX price.

    Such a nice car. I really wanted one. But to get everything on was just too much. This special edition sport is a very nice alternative. When I looked at it . Then realized the new Civic was a better option for me if I wanted it loaded. So I got a hatch sport touring. I'm happy with it. But man maybe next time.

    Hello. I have a question about the auto start. Mine works fine, but I haven't figured out how to make the cabin pre-condition itself before I get into the vehicle. Is there a setting or something that I'm missing. The temperature panel and fan display doesn't even light up. Thanks

    What are the safety features? Blind spot monitoring? Lane assist? Backup camera? I'd like to know more about that.

    • @VehicleVisionary
      @VehicleVisionary  3 года назад +1

      All vehicles now will come with a back up camera standard. That was actually required by law by the year 2020. Most carmakers were way ahead.
      Additional safety features include forward collision warning with mitigation braking, Lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, Lane keeping assist, and road departure mitigation. In other words, disaccord as is the case with all others for 2022 come with Honda sensing.

      Thank you for putting together this informative video. I just put down a deposit on the vehicle you just reviewed. I'm a little confused. What is the difference between blindspot recognition and blind spot monitoring (which is my understanding the you don't get with the Sport SE)? Only the Accord Hybrid Sport, EX-L and Touring trims have BSI.

    How are the seats in this car, comfort wise? Are the leather seats any more or less comfortable than the cloth seats? Thanks in advance.

    • @VehicleVisionary
      @VehicleVisionary  3 года назад +1

      Based on my brief time with the car, the seats are definitely comfortable. In my opinion, the leather seats are more comfortable than the cloth. Although, I wish I had a couple of days with the car to be able to give a more thorough answer. I feel like only driving a few miles does not give as accurate of an answer as it would otherwise.

    2021 made special edition as well. I have the 2021 sport special edition

    • @VehicleVisionary
      @VehicleVisionary  2 года назад +1

      Normally, a special edition model from Honda indicates that the current generation is coming to a close. The 2022 accord was originally supposed to be redesigned but that has now been pushed back to the 2023 model year. Hence, a special edition two years in a row.

    Great car and Sonic Gray Pearl is a unique, beautiful color. Plus, it doesn't show the dirt. Biggest knock...no blindspot monitoring. And this us a mid-level model. Should be on all their models. What was Honda thinking? Especially sense Honda is so safety conscious. Doesn't make sense. Go figure.

    I don't recommend honda accord to anyone. I own a 2017 accord with 35000 miles and the car is making a static noise that is unbearable to listen to while driving. This is u known problem that refuses to have a recall for.

    • @ahamrick12

      I agree and I hated how low level my 2017 sport SE felt. So many issue with that model, for me. No issues on the 2021 sport though.
