- In this video I show you how I designed and made a smart sensing insole to monitor and analyse information from your feet to help improve sporting performance and reduce injury all through a remote mobile app.
Some knowledge of electronics and programming of micro-controllers would be useful to complete this project. You will also need to purchase the following items:
2 x ESP32 Micro-controller (one for each foot) (amzn.to/2SXXEEp)
8 x 10k ohm resistors (www.banggood.c...)
Copper Tape (www.banggood.c...)
Sheet of Velostat conductive sensing material (amzn.to/2wOCK2b)
Printed insole templates
2 x WS2812RGB LED (www.banggood.c...)
2 x Push Button Switch (amzn.to/2HWYWt2)
2 x MU-6050 Accelerometer (For angular measurements) (www.banggood.c...)
2 x 3D-Printed housing (If required)
More details at my website (www.cabuu.com) and via instructables (www.instructab...) and thingiverse
This is such a cool project! Thank you so much for sharing this with us. May I ask, is it possible to connect the pizoelectric sensors in matrix? So you can basically create a more precise (heat) mapping in the app to see even more accurate weight distribution?
Looking forward to your answer!
The blynk app is it still working still for the pressure insole template?
heo, may i know what widgets do you use for the foot pressure display as the angle measurement?
Hello, this is good content for education in technology. Can i see your code for the esp32 and the blynk about this insole. I am a student and I want to learn about this insole. Thanks.
Thanks Ahmad. Full details can be found at: www.instructables.com/id/Wearable-Smart-Sensing-Insole/
