    -peeled/cook/cut into halves
    0.5 lb Pork
    -cook and cut into thin slices
    Fried shallots
    -store bought/use generously
    Peanuts
    -roasted/crushed
    Black pepper (optional)
    -sprinkle on before served

    Sugar (6tbsp)
    Fish sauce (3 tbsp)
    2 lime
    Salt (1/2 tsp)
