Today I wanted to share an updated morning routine…while pregnant! This is how my morning routine has changed a little since getting pregnant, not much has changed…but a little has. I am now #15weekspregnant

I get so excited for your pregnancy videos, you’re going to be such a good momma!! I’m excited to see your family grow. I hope you feel better and not so sick as your pregnancy continues. I’m so glad you get to sit outside in the crisp air in the mornings, that’s so peaceful. I love to sit outside when it’s chilly, I always am in such awe of the world our God created when I spend time in nature. Our God created that sky, that grass, the flat land and the hills, he created the sun and the trees, woah!!! He is SO good!! I can’t wait to see what He’s bringing your way and the many blessings. I love this so much. I had the same food issues with my first 2, my 3rd liked the foods I liked and it was BLISS! I was pregnant with my best friend the first go round and she ate anything and everything, I still get nauseous thinking about it. 🤣

So happy you are feeling better! You look awesome and so happy! I have had those seasons when I was neglecting my devotional time. It's difficult when you are not feeling well or in my case letting other things take up too much of my time. Being in His presence is such a Blessing & the enemy loves it when he can distract us from our time with Jesus! 💖🙏💖
@Judy Mcintire: I agree as well! When we get very distracted and being busy definitely takes our time with Jesus! The enemy is a liar and a deceiver! Spending time with Jesus first before your day starts is amazing! Ginger ale or ginger spice tea helps. They have morning sickness lollipops too. I'll continue to pray for you. Youversion app has audio bible readings. I been using when I feel yucky in the mornings.
They do? Could you please tell me where I can find that? Or do you mean just go the “read” part and hit play? I would love if there was a “ listen only” section of devotionals. Thanks!
@@LindsayD228 it depends on what translation your using. I been using ESV and NIV. Go through the translation list and see if your translation has a little speaker by it. If it does, there should be a play button at the bottom, while doing your devotions . It does follow the current reading your doing, even with audio. Good luck, let me know if you have any more questions.

I’m only 7 weeks but struggling SO much with nausea and food aversions. All I can eat are tan bland foods at this point… no cravings whatsoever, just aversions. Struggling to find joy in these moments.
Is there a group chat or reddit of some kind where people discuss devos? And/or discuss your Happy Soul Devo together?
God understands that you are going through a ton of changes right now with pregnancy. Don't feel you have to do your whole morning routine as usual. If you just say, "Hi Lord!" or "Good Morning Holy Spirit!" everyday of your pregnancy and that's it, you are acknowledging Him throughout it and that makes God happy. I have learned that God craves praise and to be known. He said, "I am who am." Don't feel bad about not spending a certain amount of 'quality' time with the Lord and don't let the devil make you feel guilty because you didn't read the Bible. God just wants us to acknowledge Him daily. It is that simple. He is ever present no matter if we spend 'quality' time or not. You can also think of it as a different season or temporary time of total trust in the Lord, not much effort on your part, all Him. Think of it more as a positive thing. You will grow closer to the Lord by being weak (in full fledge morning devotions) and Him being strong. Maybe just read Jesus Calling when you get a chance and switch it up. I think it is always good to do something new in different seasons. Enjoy every second of your pregnancy and may God bless you with an easy one and an easy delivery in Jesus' name. Love your decorations in your house. I need to get some of those white Christmas lights. I love that look. Love and peace.

I have a question that I've always been curious about: When my mom was pregnant with my little brother (we are 17 years apart), she was too afraid to drink regular coffee so she switched to decaf? Is a cup of regular coffee okay to have? I'm curious if your doctor told you anything or if you just researched. I'm an avid coffee drinker so this is something I worry about often when the time comes for me to get pregnant haha.
Evemarie my doctor approved 200mg of caffeine a day. I drink one cup a day :) I didn’t drink it during my first trimester just because it was a huge aversion for me!
