Hmm.. since you mentioned you like drawing ballerinas, maybe you’d like drawing figure skaters. I use figure skater pictures as references all the time and they’ve helped me improve with poses and my drawing in general! :) EDIT: Plus, some of them have flashy and interesting costumes, which is sort of fun to draw, in my opinion.

I use the little pocket in the back of the sketchbook for extra paper because often when I'm out sketching, little kids will come up and want to draw as well, so I can just give them their own paper and I'll just bring an extra utensil for them to use. :3

When I draw my two nieces come around and they want to draw too so I bought them each dollar sketchbooks so they can draw alongside with me

OMG I love sketch book tours! This was one of my favorites!! The one marker challenge sketch is amazing, it's like the sister to the final piece!! Don't think I will ever finish my sketchbook to make a tour video

YesI! love sketchbook tours! I'm still trying to finish mine, but hopefully I'll get there one day! I keep starting new ones and getting bored, but I'm way over half way now so maybe ones day soon! :)
One tip: Keep the sketchbook next to your computer, that way whenever you are waiting for something to load you can whip up a quick doodle!

Your sketchbook reviews make me feel good about getting back into art. I used to be way too critical of my art. I enjoy the way you find positive things about your art even if you have things you didn't like about a piece.
Omg how did you fill up a sketchbook so fast? I'm always struggling with coming up with ideas to draw as well as being able to draw/sketch more than one thing in one sitting.
Kirascarlett I’m not completely sure, but I think she has a video where she gives some tips on that if you wanna look for it. [If it wasn’t her then it was a different art channel so you might be able to check out some others.]
Sometimes its cool to try to draw different mannequins from storea you like and tey to give them some personality!!

i literally finished a 70 page sketchbook in 8 days
Kirascarlett look around the room you’re in for ideas!! Like if you’re at a cafe you could draw a donut or and coffee or a frappe with a cherry!! If you’re in your room draw piles of clothes or shoes or a vanity
You could always use references! Just don't forget to give credit to the people they came from if you do! It's a great way to do some low stress sketching :)

I love how most of your sketches use bold colors and you don't use colors that blend you try puting colors like teal and red together. I would have never thought of doing something like that.

I don't know if you've heard but theirs this render sketchbook and the paper is made where even copic doesn't bleed through. I tried it out and it works! It's really expensive though. 😅

I looked back at some previous sketchbooks recently, and i could see where my sketchbooks went from plain, to having pops of color, and honestly looking much better (although theres still room for improvement). It made me come back to watch your videos bc i you could see when i started watching you as my sketchbooks continued 🥰 it was really nice to see for myself and i still love watching your videos now 🥰🥰

You have inspired me to start drawing again, I went to collage after school and did art and that’s the last time I did any art since these last few weeks...I’m now 32. Iv bought nearly the whole set of ohuhua markers thanks to you lol. I have a disabled young daughter so getting get to drawing and colouring again in the evenings is helping me so much. I got so much inspiration for a new style in this video! I'm always pushing myself to do realistic, and I'm literally still a kid, so I'm trying to work on a cute cartoonie style, and you've really helped me with it! I love your style, and just the way you draw in general! 👍👍
These sketches are lovely! I remember seeing a lot of your old art a few years back and being really inspired :) It's super cool looking at how far you've come! Ever since discovering your old sketchbook videos I've kind of been keeping tabs on them as a sort of reminder of how I've developed and what I want to improve on (not in a weird/competitive way, just for motivation), and while doing that I noticed that you've diversified your subject matter a lot (!) in the last few years.
Also, I like your shaky sketches. They have a lot of life in them! I've seen art styles where artists had to accommodate for their physical attributes, and I think it creates really interesting results. Anyways. What I'm trying to say is that this is rad. Keep it coming!
