I am a 32 year old dad picking up the pencil for a first time since school I am having a fun time trying to learn to draw. I don't know how I found myself on your channel but I am glad I did. Wow what a amazing talent you have I hope that at some point i will be able to draw half as good as you so I can help my little lads draw for fun too. Please keep up the amazing work and wow ya really smashed these faces 👏.
I undertook that challenge last year when I torn a ligament in my ankle and had alot of home time. I was excited from head 1 to 20 then tired from head 40 to 70, push myself from head 80 to 99, was happy when I drew my 100th head. Just letting know the journey in emotional.

I completely agree! Especially with ones like the older men with beards and facial hair. The older ones with wrinkles and oddly-shaped/unique features too, really highlight her talent and skills. As much as I enjoy watching Rin draw her comfort zone of cute girls, it was fantastic to see her draw something so different to normal. Very refreshing.
Never wanted to try this, because I feel like it’s going to be too much in 10 days.. but seeing this video- why limit myself to 10 days.. if I can get 100 heads in whatever time I need, it’ll still be 100heads of practice. Thank you Rin, wonderful job, loved every head!!
Completely agree. I once tried a 100 birds challenge, but my only time-frame was to fill a sketchbook page a day until I reached 100 birds. Not a full two page spread, just a single side and however many birds fit. It definitely helped make it more manageable. You do your version of it to benefit you.

I did this challenge half a year ago, watching this totally brought me back since I also loved drawing the young women. I loved sketching with highlighter and coloured pencil like you did☺️ I did them in ten days in a row but from day 7 I was struggling. Too many bearded men😅🙈 thank you for showing your journey. You're amazing❤️
i am soo glad that you as an artist still have fun almost every time you draw. Because i see a lot of drawing artist who started drawing as fun for them but now they just make videos for the veiwers and thats so sad bc drawing should be fun and make you feel happy. You are my favorite artist and you always make me more happy with drawing even thoe im not feeling very happy or motevatet by drawing. You make me feel like its okay not to be super good at drawing or have you'r style perfect always. thankue so much for that

You art style is so gorgeous! Also random but would you be open to making a video drawing people you normally don’t? Like people with disabilities or different body types, amputees, wheelchairs, etc. Maybe even pregnant characters as well! I’d love to see how you approached such a variety of different body types!
You did do a great job on number 41 cuz when you unveiled it I went "That's Jimin!" XD so you were very successful, wasn't expecting to see someone I recognized during this challenge
Man, this would be a tough challenge. You did amazing! I loved watching you draw each head and really going out of your comfort zone! This is going to make for a cool sketchbook tour. I also loved your commentary!!
Wow! I'm so glad that this challenge isn't just 100 almost identical faces that I learned to draw, so you're repeating the same thing. Thank you very much for being so diverse and interesting🥰🥰
May i just thank you? Seeing all these different heads and faces made me grab a pencil a draw the first few things in like six month - even a male face, what is pretty uncommon for me. Thanks for sharing your creativity and the journey through the 100 faces.
I LOVE THIS SO MUCH. and it's so much fun listening to your thoughts about each face, hehe. also i know jimin's face (the kpop star looking one) is on the pinterest board so whenever someoen does this challenge i'm like waiting for that one, lol. :D

That's so cool! I did this challenge a couple of years ago, and I still remember the faces so it was super nice to recognize them from your drawings :) I loved the variety of references!
Dear Rin, I can't ever thank you enough for another wonderful video! I don't tend to comment on videos generally speaking, but I feel the urge to comment on yours from time to time. Actually,I could comment on them all but I don't want to sound repetitive. I'm such a big fan of yours... words could never describe how much I enjoy and appreciate your videos. Even though I'm much older than you, you've taught me so much!! You're the art teacher I never had. I'm a tutor myself, living in Greece and teaching English as a second language. I say tutor because I teach kids and adults at their homes, giving them private lessons. When I teach kids,I invariably draw something for them and recently I gave a student of mine a little drawing I did of her in a cartoonish way. While talking with her in English yesterday asking her about a thing she found challenging but didn't give up on,she said that as she likes drawing, she's always been struggling with drawing people but the drawing I did of her helped her to improve on it. I was so happy!! I told her about you and how YOU've helped me improve my humble skills. I do thank you!!💜
I'm currently preparing for the third round of interviews for two jobs that I really want and a waffles video is just what I need to take my mind off things for a while 💜 thank you for always being a source of positivity. I know that title can come with a lot of pressure but I don't mean that you always have to act as that for your viewers, I just mean that your content is like a big fuzzy blanket that's all 😊 the comfort is kind of inherent at this point
I've been doing some version of this challenge for almost 2 1/2 years now, seeing you do it in ten days astounds me. Amazing work as always!! I love how excited you sound in a lot of the voiceover. I gotta get my sketchbook out now and actually finish this challenge!!
Yess! You go girl! This turned out so amazing, the way your style really made all of the heads have so much interest is really cool. I definitely think I'll try this in the future💛💛
Wow!!! That’s a lot of heads 😂 such a fun (and challenging) idea!!! Always love your videos. You are one of the reasons I started my own channel! You’re awesome and so inspiring and creative! Keep up the amazing work!!!
I adore watching your drawing videos. You have such a fun personality and just love how you express your process the likes and the learnings. Also super inspired by your ability to practice and branch out and create amazing work. 🥰
I love this, your style is incredible but I've noticed one thing. You drew quite a few goofy-looking older men but I don't think I've seen any exaggerated and goofy or older women in this collection. It would have been nice to see this kind of variety. Don't get me wrong, as I said, I love your style and I think you're an incredibly skilled artist but all the women you drew were young and beautiful/cute. Sometimes it's a nice breath of fresh air to see some unconventional female beauty or even features considered ugly in our society.
I started this challenge Mid March 2022 as a way to finish filling my sketchbook and I'm up to my 46th head and with only 8 pages left. I wish i had 10 days in a row to sit n draw but I don't bcuz life and adulting. Your time span was encouraging and I too will get through this lovely challenge soon. It really is a great learning challenge I've surprised myself with my capabilities and my improvements. I plan to do a video about this when I'm finally done. Keep up the great work Waffles, u are awesome!

I loved sketching with highlighter and coloured pencil like you did☺️ I did them in ten days in a row but from day 7 I was struggling. Too many bearded men😅🙈 thank you for showing your journey. You're amazing❤️
fun fact: rin could have just drew 100 circles but because she loves us, she drew actual heads with facial features 🥺🥰
i am soo glad that you as an artist still have fun almost every time you draw. You make me feel like its okay not to be super good at drawing or have you'r style perfect always. thankue so much for that
As a long time watcher you have no idea how confused I was when you mentioned having children 💀
9:43 i LOOOOVE this drawing so good. i was gonna say it was my fav but as i watched the rest of the video.... WOW! so inspiring! pls draw like this more, the sculpted faces and especially the older men are so gorgeous
You are very good at drawing! You give me inspiration on what I'll draw next.
Thanks Jada! hope you enjoy your stay at my channel! 💜
I did the hundred eye challenge... Time to take on another one... Rinspiration is an official word
ohmy gosh! that sounds fun!
Wow! I'm so glad that this challenge isn't just 100 almost identical faces that I learned to draw, so you're repeating the same thing. Thank you very much for being so diverse and interesting🥰🥰
18:50 for those who are in a similar situation, just glue the pages together!! no worries!
May i just thank you? Seeing all these different heads and faces made me grab a pencil a draw the first few things in like six month - even a male face, what is pretty uncommon for me. Thanks for sharing your creativity and the journey through the 100 faces.
This would be a great challenge for me… I'm still trying to learn how to draw heads... this would be great for helping me do better!!!
Wow, it turned out amazing! Good job Rin, it's super inspiring. Thanks for finishing it and sharing with us!
I LOVE THIS SO MUCH. and it's so much fun listening to your thoughts about each face, hehe. also i know jimin's face (the kpop star looking one) is on the pinterest board so whenever someoen does this challenge i'm like waiting for that one, lol. :D
I thought no one but me recognized jimin
Guess there are more armys in yt
me too I also wait for jimin's one whenever someone does this challenge hehe
I’d love to see you go back and marker/line art these over time
your art is so good i wish i could draw as good as you, im getting there though, your so gifted and talented and please don’t stop drawing. I get so much inspo from you and your the best!
That's so cool! I did this challenge a couple of years ago, and I still remember the faces so it was super nice to recognize them from your drawings :) I loved the variety of references!
Wow this challenge looks like exactly like what I need to improve something I've struggled with for a while!
Thanks for the inspiration :D
hope you give it a try! you'll learn a lot. i did.
Dear Rin,
I can't ever thank you enough for another wonderful video!
Thank you Ash. It means a lot to hear that. Wish you the best with your interviews! hope you get the best job for you!
@@drawingwiffwaffles thank you!! I hope so too
Good luck with those 💕 sending good vibes to you ❤ you got this 🐼💕
@@wajihawajih14 thank you so much!! I really appreciate it 💕
I've been doing some version of this challenge for almost 2 1/2 years now, seeing you do it in ten days astounds me. Amazing work as always!! I love how excited you sound in a lot of the voiceover. I gotta get my sketchbook out now and actually finish this challenge!!
I wanna see the reference for number 42 because she looks like gowon from loona and I wanna know if it's actually her
i saw the board, 42 is gowon and 09 is Yeojin!
Yess! You go girl! This turned out so amazing, the way your style really made all of the heads have so much interest is really cool. I definitely think I'll try this in the future💛💛
I remember when you recreated your first sketchbook and you hinted at this and I feel like that means it didn't take 10 days 😅😅😅 let's see
actually that was me doing 100 animals. that never was completed. XP
but, you are also right at the same time. XP
Oh yeah! 😂
Wow!!! That’s a lot of heads 😂 such a fun (and challenging) idea!!! Always love your videos. You are one of the reasons I started my own channel! You’re awesome and so inspiring and creative! Keep up the amazing work!!!
Rin: Tries to draw 100 heads in 10 days.
Me: Tries to draw 2 heads without time limit. (And fails miserably)
I’ve been thinking about doing this challenge a lot, I really need more practice with heads. Just found my sign to get started! Thanks Rin!
I can’t even draw a circle let alone a head 💀
I have a video for that: ruclips.net/video/6oVG8DCHhlY/видео.html

I started this challenge Mid March 2022 as a way to finish filling my sketchbook and I'm up to my 46th head and with only 8 pages left.
I wish i had 10 days in a row to sit n draw but I don't bcuz life and adulting.
Your time span was encouraging and I too will get through this lovely challenge soon.
It really is a great learning challenge I've surprised myself with my capabilities and my improvements.
I plan to do a video about this when I'm finally done.
Keep up the great work Waffles, u are awesome!
your art style is amazing, i am on a journey of taking my art serious for the first time as an adult. and finding my art style seems to be difficult. but your art along wit many others are so inspiring. thank you for sharing your amazing talent.
Dude every single one of these heads were stunning, like seriously it’s amazing how well you were able to recreate such a wide variety of faces!
I haven't watched your channel in a very long time, I forgot how much I love your art and personality
been having the itch to draw the last few days but didn’t know what to draw but was actually sick yesterday and this was the inspiration i’ve been looking for so i might try this challenge. good job rin! they all look great!
Rin, I am slowly go through your entire channel, so I don’t know if you ever go back and read comments from old videos, but I had to say, besides being one of the funnest commentaries you’ve ever done, this challenge really showed the depth of your talent. I know, as artists, we are hyper critical of our own work, but I hope you see in what you’ve achieved here, that you have so much ability and variety. I absolutely loved this challenge and continue to look forward to every new video you put out. Much love from Australia! 💖
OMG your commentary is so funny and bubbly, I could listen to you all day. You really inspired me with this one. You are really amazing at drawing faces and hair. I'll be grabbing my sketchbook and joining you in this as soon as life gives me a minute. 😆
I'm really glad you put the digital ones in your sketchbook too. I like digital art but I also love sketchbooks because you can look back on your art so I'll probably do the same.
Im going to try this challenge. You inspire me a lot to find my art style, and it means SO much to me.
