I bought a old house and I'm doing some extensive repairs! This is gonna be in many parts showing all the steps of fixing a old house! We are upgrading everything!
That’s just so much work! I used to do all of that kind of work in the 80’s and 90’s and wound down by 2010. My last major rebuild was 2013. It came with with hand demo and a foundation replacement with the house overhead! Now I’m done for good. I ended up with many rentals and sold a bunch. It’s good to see your son helping out! My kids wanted nothing to do with it all. Now they’ve seen my success and believe they can do it from their computer screen because they want extra money too! They have no construction knowledge or experience and no rental management knowledge or experience. What could go wrong?😉
Yes, I know!!! But I kinda like to work for me, Im sure you know what I mean! Rentals are fun... Appilcation fee helps alot😉 I got a few to fix up in the next couple of years and 2 new ones to build too... Lotsa videos to come! Thanks four your watchin!
