Minute 40: This was the last chance to insulate the roof correctly. You would have had room for at least 15 cm of insulation wool behind the wooden cladding. Why are you wasting so much energy? The 2-3 cm of construction foam under the roof tiles doesn't help and pollutes the environment. Don't get me wrong. You have done almost everything well, but your roof is very poorly insulated and you will notice it when you live in it. In summer and winter. Or do you always have weather with 21° celsius ???

I have spent almost an hour watching a man produce the coldest dwelling, in all of Asia, that single glazed skylight has undone anything he has done to add a tiny amount of insulation and that concrete floor in the winter will be a block of ice, whoever lives there will be better off in an igloo.

You got a cat and a parakeet roaming around, but no evidence you are staying there, so I’m assuming you drove them there to keep you company. Anyway, I’m not seeing a beautiful house.
