- Lian, I don't think this is an abandoned silo. There is an R-9 "Deviatka" sitting here ready to launch. Phagan WAS planning something big. - Can you see the launch computer? - It shows countdown in progress and the access codes I have won't let me in. - Damn, you won't be able to stop it from launching! You have to get its self-destruct codes and detonate it when it reaches the atmosphere. - Where do I find the codes? - There's a panel on missile itself near its base. Get down to level 3 before it launches. Once it's launched you have to get to level 2 to trigger its detonation.
I used to watch my brothers play the game when I was a lot younger, like 2005 AD sort of deal. I was no good at it. Anyway, I shuddered hard reading that comment, it's scary stuff. Probably because I forgot what the mission was like since being a kid, or probably because I thought at first that I was reading a RUclips comment joke dialogue. Nope, it's just the straight up dialogue from the game. In the insane level where the whole world is nearly ruined by an ominous-looking missile that's already going into the air before you have the chance to deal with it. And it is bone-chilling. And well-transcribed. Well done, Robostomp.
The robotic countdown in Russian language in this level used to scare me. I became worried, and I didn't know what to do. eventually I got Parameter Failure because the missile have lauched without me doing anything..
"Markinson..." "Of course I knew you'd solve the puzzle eventually. I expect only the best from my men. Where is Rhoemer?" "You're asking me? How long has Rhoemer been working for _you_ Markinson?" "Since your mission to Costa Rica. When you discovered the connection between Rhoemer's plantation and Phagan, I did some digging of my own through our monitor at the W.H.O." "And decided you wanted the virus for yourself." "For The Agency actually." "And the missile?" _Gunshot_ "The missile was MY idea! Markinson came to stop it but he was too late, as are you." "Who's the target, Rhoemer?!" "Doesn't matter!"
+Colby Peacher "Since your Mission to Costa Rica. When you discovered the connection between Rhoemer's Plantation and Phagan, I did some digging of my own through our monitoring at the W.H.O"
Lord Ruyan the hardest part is that you didn't know this was a tightly-timed mission eventhough you didn't see time limit for first half of the level. you know you are fucked when you hear robotic countdown in Russian language..
Did anyone else think they needed to go up the elevator where Rhomer was standing earlier and get through the door before the flames from the rocket engulfed you? Finally found out I needed to go back into the elevator I came down in.
The launch codes can be found on top the missle. Take the elevator down and climb up the ledges where the missle is and get the codes. After that, the missle will launch and you have to quickly run back to where you took the elevator before the door closes so you don't get killed by the missle launch. Once the door opens, take the elevator on opposite side and hurry to the control room where detonation panel is. There are baddies along the way, including a scientist who drops a key card, so you'll need that. The panel can be found in the final room, but it's a maze, but not too hard to locate. Oh, and I strongly suggest you get the gas grenades in that same room where the guards are shooting from the ledges. The reason for the this is because you'll be facing Rhoemer after detonating the missle. The only way to kill him is with the gas grenades. Other than that, the guy's invincible to everything else. He has an M-79, so he'll instantly kill you. He's actually a pretty easy boss, but may take some practice. Hope this helps.

I never noticed until I listened with headphones, the similar sounds to the track for Rhoemer's Base.
Logan : Markinson ....

EndlessBard00 And decided you wanted the virus for yourself.
*shoots him in the head* I wanted the virus for my self Markinson came to stop it!
Whos the target Rhoemer?
Maybe the hardest part about this mission is that you barely had any ammo during your first playthroughs.

If you don't get to the detonator on level 2 in time we're looking at world war 3

"Какого хера Ромера ничего не берёт?" Подумал я при встрече с ним. Я не знал, что его надо убить газом.
This is the worst level i have ever played. Your time limit is so small. Can anyone tell me who had the launch codes in this level?
