Bruh, you gotta realize that this game was created in the 90s when acid rave and break beat music was popular. And it took place in the 90s. so don’t expect modern games to have this particular sound.
@@Guitarist888 I kinda agree with that, but there are plenty of good electronic music today too, and it's a shame that major part of developers are overlooking the possibility to create a good OST for their games. Terrorists taking over a public park with IEDs set all over containing a deadly nerve agent. A monument guarded by a heavy armored soldier wielding a flamethrower guarding the main IED. And the people trained specifically to defuse these bombs are wiped out while the remaining few are taken hostage by a small platoon of armed soldiers. Damn if that's not an awesome opening for just one mission in this game from an awesome series.
@@agentstone4249 The entire park and surrounding areas were completely sealed off. Prior hand to the park being raided, the city had to evac citizens because there were skirmishes. Police were getting shot and killed by terrorists who were pretty much military types. As well several IEDs being planted around under the subway station, which weren't the real threat but rather used as ploys, though they were still dangerous nonetheless. The main threat was the IED at Washington park which was a biological weapon set to detonate and release a deadly pathogen, the park itself was guarded by heavily armed troops so regular police weren't equipped to handle it nor could they as many if them were killed or severely injured.

NYG5 "And if you haven't alerted FEMA, you better do it soon. Rhoemer is gonna trigger the main viral device rather or not the government meets his demands!"
This theme is my favorites along with the level, since the atmosphere of the rain and the night give you a little view, besides that the music gives you that insecurity touch because all the terrorists are on the lookout, the music gives me that feeling of fear And more with the sound the intense rain sets.
Did anyone else spot the narrative additions to this level in the SF2 Multiplayer? The briefings for the levels there have some great background info...like what the hell happened with Marcos and the mobile detonator, and the final fate of Jenkins' CBDC team
if you played SF3 Multiplayer in "Nangarhar Afghanistan" there is a memorial from Mohammad Anvar Amin trying to convince all the rebels (in a jihadist way) to stand united chasing out all foreigner from their homeland. (at that time Kabul was under siege of Soviet) Those fuckers are the ones giving you trouble in CONVOY mission.
ZombrexAbuse they show you how Jenkins' team dies first hand in SF2, they let you kill about 8-9 guys in flak jackets using a flamethrower. (It was implied that Anton Girdeux killed Jenkins' team)
I think this is the first level that provides a legitimate challenge. The enemies aim is sharper and you're on a timer for a good bit of the level. More enemies have armor as well.
The best part about the second time you play the game is that you know you won't be able to use explosives in the next level and your equipment will reset after that, so you can spam all your explosive ammo here :3
Haven't played this game in years. Late the other night, I stepped out on my patio during a rainy, foggy thunderstorm here in Texas. I had this track in my head the whole time I was standing there.
